I absolutely love these guys! They know what they are doing for sure. They are so nice , honest and fair prices. They get it done quickly as well. I'll take all my business to them. They've done several things in my jeep so far. Lighting so far.

I called NC Sound to ask a few questions about an adapter for my amplifier I had just bought , (I am very uneducated about this stuff) I said that I didn t get the amp from them and they told me that they cannot help me unless I had bought the amp from them. I understand they may have a policy about that, but the gentleman over the phone did not have to be a jerk about me not owning one of his amplifiers. Just needed a simple question answered. But thank you to Adrenaline Autosound for helping me with my issue! Five stars for Adrenaline autosound.

In the past my son and i purchased alot of stuff from here. I haven't been here in a couple years, but went in yesterday. Yep , still super nice and helpful as always. This is the only place i will let mess with my cars audio system. Great place if you need anything. Since then they have installed my wifes electric start, my amp, speakers and multiple stereos. The people are always very nice and helpful.

Top notch in all aspects. I wish I would have come across this gem before I went to another stereo business on Berkley Blvd. Selma was WONDERFUL! So knowledgeable and genuinely invested in our questions and concerns because we had such a bad experience somewhere else. We ended up having a subwoofer/amp installed in our Jeep Wrangler JK and the sound is phenomenal! Gives me goosebumps every time we ride! We will be forever customers here! Wish I could give 10 stars

I came to NC Sound & Security initially to have my wife's cars stereo overhauled and ended up coming back 2 days later to have my 2019 Super Duty stereo worked on. The staff here is absolutely top notch. I think I have spoken to just about everyone who works here and they are all very knowledgeable and very nice. Omar had already done several Super Duty trucks and knew exactly what I was after. I expected it to sound better than factory but with two 8 inch subs wasn't expecting a ton of bass but just good clean music. I was wrong. This thing is beautiful and sounds amazing. These little subs have a ton of bass. As he was finalizing everything on the build the subs hit a weird note (he does a lot of tuning to get the best sound possible) causing the sub to hit the mesh speaker grate. He immediately moved the truck back inside to diagnose the issue. Turns out it is a problem that a few of the under seat box/sub combos have had from the manufacturer. I have not duplicated this problem and have had NO issues with the entire setup but that didn't stop the shop from pursuing a factory warranty claim and they have gotten me a new box and subs. This speaks to the integrity of this shop and its people. They never had to tell me anything and I would probably have never known. But there is a lot of pride in their work and it shows. They stayed in contact with me through the entire process and even apologized for it being a little over their estimated completion time. There was no need for that but just shows how serious they take this whole process. So a big thank you to NC Sound and Crew. You haven't seen the last of us and I hope to be sending some more business your way.

Owner was rude and refused to address me at all. Spoke to the employee like i wasnt there. Rudely told another customer hes not interested in ordering anything he doesnt have on hand, just threw a package and number at him, which was not what dude asked for. 0 stars and wont return

I stopped by on a Friday Afternoon around 4:30, talked with Omar. I wanted a complete System for my 2015 Nissan Versa, which had no Speakers in the rear doors or Wiring for Speakers. Omar went over several options that I could go with after choosing the items I wanted to go with he fixed an itemized quote for each area of the install, he listed all materials needed for the Stereo installation, the Speaker installation and the Subwoofers installation and priced the total out the door for complete install. I brought my car in the following Monday (May 16, 2022) at 9:00 AM my car was ready around 4:15 PM. Omar went over the installation and explained what functions the Stereo had and how to perform them, he also told me if I had any questions I could call or stop by and he would gladly answer all my questions. The install is awesome very clean and you can tell it was professionally installed and it sounds amazing. Its been about 20 years since I've had a system with subs and I'm loving my new system. The customer service and pricing can't be beat, I highly recommend NC Sounds and Security and ask for Omar he is the best and my new go to guy for anything car audio. Thanks Again, Omar you guys are the best.

They provide excellent customer service and truly value your business. Their selection of products and pricing is good, and love the design of their store. It lets you know that you are in a quality stereo shop where some others in the area make you feel as thouvh you are in a flea market. I highly recommend and suggest going midweek. They were slower which gave them the ability to install immediately.

I went there on a whim. I wanted a particular sound from my audio system in my '04 Ford Expedition.The guys not only met my expectations, they by far exceeded them. The workmanship was excellent. Everything looked stock and my sound I wanted was there. This is the best place in the region. I highly recommend them.The owner even talked me out of upgrading me to a set of 12" subs. He said the 10's would be a better choice. Imagine that, an owner wanting to sacrifice profit and save me money. And he was right. The 10" pair did sound better.If you're in the market for a new sound system, come by and talk to these guys. They are awesome.

Just had my system in my 2013 Tundra updated to a Sony. Staff (Abraham & Jay) were extremely helpful and actually sat down with me and went over all options before purchasing and thoroughly went over stereo after install. They will definitely get my business again. Made my second visit after over a year for upgrade and they still are awesome to work with and extremely knowledgeable in what they do. I will see them for a third time if I have a need!

Made an appointment and had to wait a week to get my truck in but it was worth the wait I had a radio installed in my f150 with a dash kit wire harness etc the service was great they kept me up to speed on everything going on and even had to fix some Wires I was unaware were messed up they reached out multiple times confirming wanting to move forward on fixing the issues and when all said and done they put new screws in my tweeters just to clean it all up and make everything 100% they could ve easily left it how I brought it up there but went the extra step I couldn t be happier with the outcome the service and the price to get all that done

I was quite pleased with the sales and service of a replacement stereo system in my older Mercedes. All the staff were quite helpful and the installer was especially helpful in dealing with the nuances of the car. I found the owner/manager to be very straightforward and honest in selling me a basic system. He was knowledgeable about the various models and was helpful in choosing the appropriate one without pressuring me in any way. I highly recommend this business. I am going back today to have them correct a problem with the sound or radio connection. I will post a followup.Later: They fixed it immediately!

I needed 2 amps tuned and my head unit adjusted and had a short window of time and they were absolutely phenomenal with the work and the customer service. Extremely kind and know their stuff for sure. the prices are very fair too. Made it to my destination afterwards not a minute late.

I went to this place because my front door speakers was busted but it was still playing when I got there I purchased a new set of speakers and I paid for them to install them which they did but after they installed them I went down the road and the right speaker went out I called the lady said bring it back after talking to hear all my speakers went out. I took my car back to them they looked at it and said nothing was wrong with it that the music went to playing when they got in but they still say they checked everything out to see if it was something that they did. Well to make a long story short I don't have no music in my car at all neither speaker is playing.i have called them several times they asked me to call before I bring it and they don't answer the phone I'm very disappointed in them all I want is some music in my car nothing fancy just some music and I don't have that.

Went there to have something finished wiring on my train horn. They were quick and friendly. Fare priced and honest. At least that's the staff that does the install on things because there was no front staff there.

well first of all they overcharged me for an old Jensen vx30 touch screen radio. And after four months of having the radio the screen is messed up will they warranty it and install me a new one I don't know I'll post when I find out...oh yeah. Hell no they didn't..had to mail the radio to jensen in illinois and wait 4 months....

I just finished paying over $300 for a head unit install (Only). Had to have the head unit installed twice due to improper installation the first time. After that, I hesitatingly purchased a set of $40 speakers. I went home to install them. One of the speakers had been damaged. When I went to return it to get another one, the owner came out and told me to never come back to his store after replacing the damage one, citing that I had in fact damaged it myself. I would never come back nor recommend anyone to bring there business there. Piss poor customer service. Of the OWNER to boot.

Absolute garbage.Spent over $900 getting 4 speakers and a head unit installed. 1 year later, the ground shorted out, headunit doesnt work, and my speakers are shot.NC Sounds techs are terrible at wiring. There was a rats nest behind the headunit, and no conduit on ANY wires they ran throughout the car so I had alternator feedback and cracking.Also, they wont help you fix your stereo that THEY installed poorly (which lead to the malfunction of all parts) if you cant physically bring it to them. I moved to Texas, and now have a $1000 piece of garbage in my car.

Quality work, even though price wasn't an issue for me they made sure to let me know if anything extra needed to be added during the installation. "Head unit installation only, I bought one off Amazon.

Great selection, very inviting showroom, knowledgeable staff, the latest in technology and professional services, had my Classic car stereo and speakers replaced with new upgrades system, and my wife's full size SUV, very pleased with the work and dedication to there customers, thanks to Jay & John along with other sound tech's, and very reasonable prices.
