I had a very pleasant experience at Musgraves. I was in the market to purchase a quality chainsaw. Michael was extremely knowledgeable and polite. I purchased the MS261 and I m extremely happy with my purchase. The saw is a beast!!

I just went by here a few minutes ago. I bought some expensive hydrologic oil for kubota. While at the counter at the store was empty the blonde haired lady interrupted me and yelled the price at me twice before I could finish speaking. She was very rude and rushing me out the store after spending 128 dollars. I was going to buy more things on the counter but she was very rude. This will be my last trip here I will go to sims from now on even though it s further. Very unprofessional and the lady probably shouldn t work with the public with her nasty attitude.

Don t buy anything from here! Had issues with the oil cooler lines blowing off of both my z726 zero turn mowers. First one I had to call the engine manufacturer due to them not providing the correct information to the manufacturer. The engine manufacturer agreed to replace the engines in both of my mowers and also relayed the information to the dealership. The first one went with no issues at all, the second one the dealership took it upon themselves to say that it just needed a valve adjustment when I had brought proof of the oil line breaking and gave it to Dede . Upon picking up the machine the owner Anthony was very disrespectful and said that they were not going to replace the engine and to get it out of there even tho Kawasaki had agreed to replace the engine. If you want great service I d recommend you go somewhere else. This place is a joke and the owner is a joke.

Unfortunately, I had to give it one star. I was told one thing over the phone and another thing once I got there. It was a warranty deal! It shouldn't matter where I bought it!! Then, some tough guy, whomever he was , told me to take my money and not come back because I challenged their lies. Hey genius, even if I paid your ridiculous price for nothing, I wouldn't come back! People like you forget about telling two friends who will tell two friends. I'm not surprised by all the bad reviews you have received!

Great people to do business with but do not have qualified personnel to do repairs on tractors expecially air conditioning on tractors. My tractor has been in their shop at least fifteen times and still does not work. Just had a $2500.00 compressor that they said was bad brought it home and it was not any better than it was. Anthony will not call you back when you call him.

Very unprofessional, would 't purchase any equipment from this business if I was a millionaire, and I am! This place was recommended to me by a individual I had just recently met at Sam's Club after relocating to Goldsboro, NC. My father has a 1998 custom van. ALL he wanted was to have the lights on the trailer connected the van. This was a challenge because of the age of the vehicle . After informing me that there was no compatible parts,I thanked the individual for their assistance, but I never hung the phone up. In the background I could hear the individual making rude remarks to I assume her manager about the conversation that she had with me concerning the van. Very unprofessional and it show how ignorant people can be. If they didn't want to assist me they should have just stated that they didn't have the part. In the future before you start bad mouthing the customers that are trying to bring you business over the phone hang the Dam phone up. SMFH

Went in to get a UWS ( United Welding Service) item which they are a dealer for UWS and was told they would not order the item I was looking!! Point blank! With no explanation just dry answer! Second time in store and staff was not helpful and almost to point of being rude! Last time in that store.

I recently purchased my first tractor from Musgrave. Anthony was a tremendous help on answering questions I had about what would best fit our needs and has been available for any other questions post purchase. When given the opportunity I will definitely buy from them again. Highly recommended.

I have purchased a tractor, a mower, several outdoor power tools, a trailer, tractor implements, and various accessories from Musgrave Equipment over the last 10+ years. I have always been very pleased with their staff. They have always been patient and informative while researching products before the purchase. After the purchase, they have always stood behind their products. I highly recommend them if you are in the market for quality equipment with great customer service. They are my go-to place for outdoor equipment.

I purchased a new Kubota BX 1880 in December of 2019. The price and financing experience was not bad , in fact it was pleasant. I spoke with and worked with Anthony who was very helpful upon my first visit, however after returning back to the store after the Kubota purchase, I tried to make small talk with Anthony and had the impression that I was bothering him. Perhaps he was just having a bad day. And now for the reason I am giving one star review; since owning this Kubota 1880 it has continuously leaked hydraulic fluid from the quick connect manifold. The machine has been in the shop at Musgrave at least 4 times beginning in the early spring of 2020. Most of the times they kept the tractor for 2-4 weeks. It would stop leaking for a couple weeks and the problem would persist. On one visit I was charged $200 and told that I caused the leak by excessively removing the bucket. I only remove the bucket 2-3 times a month just to cut my grass. This last visit being completely frustrated with this entire process after the tractor was returned to me covered in hydraulic oil and still leaking. I called back and talked to them and once again they came and picked up the tractor the week of Thanksgiving 2021. They just returned the tractor on December 27, 2021, guess what it s still leaking oil the same as it has been since I purchased it. Do not buy a Kubota!!! The hydraulic system is garbage and is caused by design flaws. This is an ongoing issue with many machines and I do not feel that the dealerships or Kubota Corporation really care to fix this issue. I believed that it was going to be a quality product, but has been disappointing this far. I know it s easy to say these things behind a keyboard, and I generally do not write reviews but this is a way for me to give the caveat to other potential buyers so you too don t get stuck making 80 payments of $180 for a tractor that has problems with its hydraulic system at a mere 110 hours of operations of less than 3 years of ownership tending less than an acre lot with primary usage of mowing grass with less than 20 hours of actual bucket usage.

Terrible customer service. Buy your kubota somewhere else. Mower has been back for the same repair 4 or 5 times, dealership now says problem was because owner put too much gas in the tank creating a vapor lock. Apparently he does not know what a vapor lock is... spoke in negative terms of the owner, that he had complained about the mower since day one...if it is not right, should he not complain. Poor service. Poor attitude.

I dropped my Kubota 95 skid steer off approximately 2 weeks when i began working for NCDOT in Goldsboro. My machine is having problems with DEF. After 1 week without a update I personally stopped by and asked when they would look at my machine. I was told , very soon. I stop by today and after 2 weeks no one has touched my machine. Poor busy, don't go there. THEY WILL NOT FIX YOUR MACHINE. They probably won't even look at it

Recently traded in a trailer for a bigger trailer and a Gravely Zero turn. James, Tyler, and Anthony we great to deal with the prices were fair and the staff was great to deal with. Thanks again for continuing to help us grow our Landscaping business. Will see you again we in need of a trailer or mower.

They lie alot and do not correctly repair the equipment that they company are specialized on but charged for it. They dondo not stand by their equipment and refused to honor their factory warranty. My new KUBOTA SV95-S got worse after they performed the recall and they wouldn't pick it up after I just paid a flatbed bed truck driver to go 110 miles to pick it up, only for the machine to stop working 10 minutes of running it. I recommend noone to buy any kubota products from them.

Great family owned company to work with, even when there was paperwork issues, my frustration was high, but Tyler handled it well, and the Owners were able to get it straight, I have bought multiple pieces of equipment from them, and I will continue to do so.

Musgraves Equipment has the most tools for a lady during yardwork and landscaping. They have great sales person that listens to a lady. If you need an rtv or chainsaw, they have it. They have a repair shop, also. They sharp chains for chainsaws, also. No need to wait for others for repairs.

Very poor service been waiting eight months for a hitch for my truck they said that they couldn't find one and I found one and had it delivered one three days to my house and they refused to install it so me and a friend did it in less than twenty minutes
