DO NOT take your car to Mavis tires and breaks on US Hwy 70!!!! My car was perfectly fine until they touched it!!!! The oil light never came on until literally 30 minutes after they touched it. I took my car back to them so they could fix what they did and of course they didn t do anything and won t do anything about what they messed up!!! They are a joke

I went into Mavis today for 2 new tires, rotation, and oil change. This is my first time doing business with Mavis and I ll be sure they take care of my car from now on! Krystopher was extremely helpful in getting my car everything it needed, and very informative with applying for the credit card. We were in and out of there in no time! He made sure to give us the best deal he could! Very happy with the service and friendliness! I appreciate y all!

Chris and the team were amazing! I called on Tuesday in a time crunch and Chris was able to order better tires than I had picked out on the website that could be here in the time I needed! Great customer service is hard to find these day and Chris went above and beyond!

Kris helped me pick out the best tire for my money. The environment was clean, service was exceptional, and the way my car is driving now with these Hankook tires I will be back to service my Toyota. Sam s club was charging an arm and a leg but Mavis beat the prices more than a couple hundred!

I live in Raleigh and was in town for an appointment and stopped by Mavis Tires & Brakes for service. Important to note that just the day before the Dealership quoted me a much hire rate cut the same service. Christopher was SUPER helpful and knowledgeable in what I needed. After giving me several quotes I went with the service and couldn t be more satisfied. I highly recommend this place!

Best oil change experience I ve ever had! Kept me very informed while I was waiting and answered all the questions I had concerning my vehicle! If I could give them 10 stars I would! I will definitely be coming here for anything my car needs.

I ve taken two vehicles to Mavis Tires and Brakes so far. Both trips I ve had very similar experiences. Great customer service at the front desk, assessing my issues and providing me with options, quick and efficient service, and both of the vehicles left Mavis better than they came! Thanks guys!

All the staff I encountered at Mavis Tire & Brakes, in Goldsboro NC, were extremely helpful and concerned for their customers. They provided outstanding service. Charles sacrificed his break time to assist in the repair of my vehicle and he also kept meinformed of the repair completion process. Kristopher and Chris T. assisted in the vehicle repair and provided essential information from their vast knowledge base to give me a better understanding of vehicle parts and the installation process.Bottom line: Charles, Kristopher and Chris T. enabled me to transport my elderly mother to her medical appointments in a safe operating vehicle. I highly recommend them!

The staff at this Mavis store was AWESOME! We were headed out of town with the Boy Scouts when we discovered a trailer tire was losing it tread. They lent us a floor jack to change the tire and then replaced the ruined tire while we changed the tire. Thank you to Mavis!

Amazing service! Was very quick and easy. The waiting area was also very comfortable and even has a kids area. I would recommend this shop to everyone needing anything tires.

Hands down the best service I have ever experienced in any automotive business. Not only are Chris and the staff professional, they are very prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. This will be my new tire shop! I highly recommend you come check them out!

Always a pleasant experience when taking my vehicles for service. I've had a variety of work done here. From getting a tire patched, brakes, shocks, oil changes, battery. They're even open and extremely friendly on Sunday's.

Came in 20 minutes before closing on a busy Friday night. I was helped immediately and no hassle about how late it was. So glad Rosewood got a great business with friendly staff! Super clean waiting area and a play area with toys for the kids.

I brought my daughter's car in after taking it to a mechanic and a tire place. They couldn't find anything wrong but the car drove horribly and I expressed that to them. I was met at the service desk by Christopher (Service manager) and I felt at ease from the start. They put the car on the lift and found the two back tires were worn and lumpy. The shocks needed replacing as well as an alignment and two new tires on the back. I have never liked going to a mechanic or tire place or anything, as a woman especially, but I would send either one of my daughters there anytime for anything! They were absolutely wonderful to deal with and they fixed the problem and I feel much better about my daughter or myself being on the road in this car! Thank you so much, Christopher and the whole team!! I would give 10 stars if I could!

Needed 2 tires plus rotation, and oil change and got the car back in a timely fashion. Go talk to Krys! He is very personable and will point you in the right direction.

This Mavis Tires is the BEST. I wentto them after horrible service in Greensboro, not having high hopes and they BLEW my mind. Krystopher was incredibly knowledgeable and taught me different signs of wear and tear on my Mustang s brakes. As a girl who was worried about not knowing too much and having severe anxiety, I felt incredibly relieved to be welcomed and not feel as if I was an idiot for not knowing anything. I highly recommend them!

I took my riding mower to Mavis to reinflate the tire. It turned out that it needed more than just air. The staff at Mavis was tremendously helpful and generous. They fixed the tire quickly and didn't even charge me. Wonderful place! 10/10 would recommend!

Kristopher and DJ were both exceptionally great I give them both 10 s . I went in due to needing my tire repaired I didn t think it was repairable but DJ was able to fix it . I will definitely go back in the future for oil changes , tires , & brakes . I highly recommend you to stop by there for your tires and more . Great job guys !

Great place and prices. Asked for a brake replacement and they informed me that my brakes were still good and didn't need to be replaced, don't know how many other places wouldn't have notified me and went through with it anyways.

Took my truck in for brake work. They performed the work timely and did a nice job. The staff explained what was needed and prices were fair. Job was completed the same afternoon.
