I chose K.C s because of the excellent reviews, and I must say, I do not regret having my vehicle towed there!All signs pointed to a faulty alternator, and when I spoke with him, he was also convinced. He gave me an excellent quote for a new alternator and labor, but that s not the best part: he called on the day I was to pick it up and said that when he took the manifold off, the problem was much simpler - the alternator belt assembly had come loose, and the fix was easier. After resetting the belt and securing it, the alternator worked fine! And the cost of this repair was much less than what he quoted!It takes a lot of work to get to the alternator and belt, and the labor he charged was value-driven. In an economy like this, he could have easily said it s fixed and charged me what he quoted. His honesty and the quality of his work turned me into a life-long customer!!

I normally don t write reviews, however, they made a quick accommodation to get my starter fixed the same day and at a reasonable price for labor and the part. They kept me informed and the price they gave me over the phone was the price they actually charged me too. I will make sure next time I need any service and/or repairs on my vehicle they will be first call. I greatly appreciated you guys today.

I received a tire rotation today from KC. He was respectful and informed me of other issues with my car. He even provided a time line of when the issue should be fixed. I like that he informed and explained what would happen if the issue prolonged. I also like the fact that his prices were reasonable and he did not the try to pressure me to buy or receive unnecessary services. Thank you KC for your kindness and honesty.Service: Tire rotations

Roberto and his crew are awesome. I've been a loyal customer for years he's always done good work on my car and prices are very reasonable. I brought my car in needing a throttle body injector and wasn t expecting it to be done the same day but they went out of their way to get the part and get my car fixed the same day. I received great customer service and a great price as well. I will be taking my car here from now on.

Best service I have ever had I will be coming back to K.Cs from now on out he did a wonderful job he went out of his way to get me a part I needed the same day and had my vehicle ready the same day the price was amazing very honest business my family auto shop from now on out. I called and scheduled to have a check engine light analyzed. I dropped my vehicle off the next day and it was ready the same day. It was an issue with an oil pressure sensor. The sensor was replaced and problem resolved. Very satisfied with the service.
