Worst place to deal with, they come to you with an attitude and then get offended when you treat them with the same attitude. I started out with 175$ and since they didn t like the fact I was questioning their procedures they raised it to 600$, It says you can pay with a credit card but when I tried to pay one of the workers there told the lady taking the payment don t take credit card from him he is from Florida and you know how they are letting me believe it was only because I have an accent. The only one that had any common sense there was a sweet old lady which is the owners sister, but when ever she tried to speak they wouldn't let her. They told me I needed to get a cashiers check. They don t provide a rate sheet so you know what you are paying, if you question it then they tell you to leave or you will be arrested for trespassing.. DO NOT GO HERE they are arrogant and they like to talk down on people.

Horrendous staff. They took in our vehicle after a wreck. We were not at fault and it could ve killed us but the staff asked us if the wreck was our fault, said what does it matter if our items are damaged if the cars already damaged and refused to answer simple questions about the vehicle that our lawyer told us to cover with them. Do not go here the staff has 0 empathy and if I can get the supervisor involved I will call until both involved no longer have a job.

Highly Not recommended after repairing my bumper and giving me a hard time until completion of the insurance claim these guys were very unprofessional got my truck back my son had to Xbox controllers inside the arm rest due to me putting him on punishment but only one of them worked as I recovered my vehicle someone in this company had rambled through my truck an had time to actually notice that one Xbox controller wasn t working which they put back in the arm rest and took the one that was working but when it s said in done it s common sense to know someone working here took it cuz why not take both if it s a random person

I called with just a general question as to which salvage yard my vehicle had been sent to as the car was completely totaled so I could retrieve the license plate. The amount of rudeness that lady displayed was unbelievable. She literally hurt her feelings to have to give me the name of the place. She obviously hates her job. Use any business but this one. If I could give it ZERO stars I would

I called needing a simple tow local in town. I had already been quoted $85 by two other towing companies. The lady at the front desk is as rude as it gets. They quoted me $200 which is insane. I said well that s expensive and she said alright bye bye then. I mean dang if you didn t feel like working or towing my car just tell me. There was a lot more said but this company is rude and they called me back telling me to watch myself which is very unprofessional. Do not use this company. There are plenty of others.

Worst shop and tow companyPlease never used they change the price after they said was 200 and after was 400 the owner are rude. Never used worst Tow truck and body shop.

They said the towing service would cost me 200 dollars and I ended up paying 650. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS !

Hes was very reasonable when towed my car, and nothing was missing from inside the car, which says alot about this business in my opinion! So other than that im unfamiliar with this business

The lady that works the desk is very rude has an attitude my dad got into a wreck recently and the vehicle was towed there and the lady gave us an attitude about getting our stuff out of the vehicle and told us that she was keeping the battery that was in the vehicle very rude
