Went to get my oil changed here good place kind an friendly I own a 2016 Nissan Titan XD diesel they did a great job big shootout to Chris an his team of professionals I ll definitely be coming back again an again highly recommended this place for all diesel owners

My Kia Sportage has been rode hard and put up wet , as one could say. About a week ago, it decided it has had enough of me and we had to LIMP it to these guys- thanks to family word-of-mouth. I am TERRIFIED of having a car in the shop because of experiences I ve heard from others about having to give up their first born to get their vehicle repaired. I rather like my first born.THE VERY NEXT DAY they called and told us that they d found the issue(s) AND went through the trouble of digging into the vehicles warranty policy, where they discovered a recall that probably pertained to me! They advised me to have it looked at by the dealership, and provided a low-cost/no-hassle tow to get it over there. Sure enough, the dealership called me today and let me know they are going to be replacing my engine at NO COST to me. The issue falls under the engine warranty! This is a HUGE and unexpected blessing!I will take my vehicles to Dearing till the cows come home. They could ve easily found the issue, and done the fix themselves instead of finding the small print for me and saving us THOUSANDS. The integrity, warranty understanding and lightning quick work of these guys is all you can ask for in a mechanic. Thanks y all!

This is the most honest, friendly, reliable and affordable auto repair place we have finally found in 11 years of being here.This is now the only place we bring our vehicles and highly recommend. You will not be over sold or high pressured to have unnecessary repairs done. I love that they are very pet friendly and that is hard to find at place of business. great front of the house staff. All the Technicians are well read and they are also informative and have extreme knowledge of everything that they are working on. Scott and Chris ,and the rest of the staff take pride in their care for your auto.

Dearing Automotive & Diesel did an outstanding job while repairing my sister's BMW. Not only did they do a great job repairing it, they also detailed it so it looks like it is new. I recommend their shop.

We gave Jason five stars but since the review he's now down to one .My BMW has not been properly repaired. The initial problem was never fixed correctly. I informed the manager and took it back to be repaired but instead of fixing the problem I was charged an additional fee when he told me that he would fix it for free. I informed the manager again and he said that he will come to get the car and repair it but never came. So now I am out of 2000 dollars for a problem they never repaired.

Well kind of late posting but just wanted to say how great of a experience we had. They were able to rid our tundra of an aweful smell from the AC and also a small transmission seal replaced. Still no smell a year later or leak!Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

I took my diesel truck to them in Feb 2022. They didn't return it until June. The next day the engine caught fire and destroyed my truck. After the insurance paid them 20,000 dollars to repair it, they kept the insurance money and refused to finish the repairs. After threatening legal action to return the vehicle repaired, they had someone repo it from their lot. I will never do business with them again. This was the best experience that I have ever had at an auto shop. The professionalism of the staff was phenomenal, pricing was extremely fair, and the communication was flawless regarding the services provided. First of all the dude ran into me into the store and gave me his card. Sent my car over there it sat for a month for a small fuse problem.It Messed up a week later and I call the dude he never answered the phone he knew my number by then also. First and foremost, the service is EXCELLENT! They treat you like family as soon as you walk in the door. I ve had 3 services done from them. They made sure I was knowledgeable about what was going on with my car AND honest. It s so hard to come by honest people, so I was grateful for that. As a woman, I have to talk about how CLEAN Dearing is! I feel uncomfortable going into car places sometimes because it makes me feel icky. Dearing s decor is beautiful and comfortable. I could literally sit there all day I also, love that they re a family owned business (wife and husband). From asking would you like anything to drink or snack on while you wait, to just some genuine conversation.
