My wife and I were about an hour into a 12 hour drive when our Soul's transmission went about 20 min. from the dealership. They helped get us towed into the shop, checked the car out, explained the issue, and set us up with a rental to help us get back on the road while they got it fixed. Kia service is usually second to none but the team at Deacon Jones Kia went beyond to get us back on the road. These people are fantastic! Thank you so much, everyone at the Deacon Jones Kia service department!

Outstanding service center, on time, no delays, car gets serviced correctly and in very little time. Comfortable waiting room, friendly sales staff. They let us bring our puppy in his carrier while waiting for service. Enjoy a free water and coffee bar and clean restrooms. Go KIA

When my Kia K900 needed unexpected service, Barry the service manager under promised and over delivered. Despite not having an appointment, Barry and his team were able to diagnose and repair the problem much sooner than initially promised. Great service, thanks!
