Very blessed and thankful to have gotten the pleasure to work with Sales Rep: Jeremy Olmeda.He is knowledgeable, and family oriented around our needs as a whole. We appreciate and value his character and integrity in being transparent with the car in mind. During our test drive he was fun to tag along and reassuring despite the common anxiety of car shopping / test driving.I have never gone to a dealership before, but I am so thankful to have this experience here at this location.Left with my new to me car that works for my family.

Sales team went above and beyond to get me and my wife into the type of vehicle we wanted. They showed us several options and possibilities and let us look over each one to make our decision. The time spent finding the right loan company to fit our budget was much appreciated. I have made several purchases over the years with Deacon and will continue to use them when a new vehicle is needed.

Love Deacon Jones Kia of Goldsboro, the staff are so friendly and courteous. I drive 80 miles just to have my car serviced there. There is a Kia dealership 20 minutes from me, but I prefer to drive the 80 miles, that's how much I like doing business with them.

Caleb and PJ were great to work with and never did I feel pressured or rushed to make a decision on the vehicle purchase. Kia of Goldsboro is a great place to buy a vehicle and I highly recommend everyone give them a try. Wonderful atmosphere and they keep a very clean and neat facility. Keep up the great work fella s.

I had an amazing experience buying my car with Deacon Jones Kia. It is my first car and I had no idea how to proceed. Eduardo took care of everything and made the whole process easy for me. At that moment I had no driver s license, and I was not able to pick the car up. They delivered my car and I could not be more happy. Huge thanks to Deacon Jones Kia.

Always had a good experience there, I ve just purchased my 3rd vehicle from them .. I especially like my lifetime of oil change on my car. As a senior citizen I also like the nice waiting area with refreshments while you are waiting.The staff there has always been friendly and respectful.

Eduardo Pinon got me set up with my dream car! I have been wanting a telluride for 3 or more years now and finally decided to bite the bullet! Eduardo was very knowledgeable on all the features of the vehicle, and made sure to show me as much as he could in the small time frame that I gave him! (I was actually in a hurry as we were leaving to go out of town) He worked hard on getting my payments where I needed them to be and also threw in a cargo cover as a gift when I realized there wasn't one! The whole experience was great from start to finish! I'm absolutely in love with my telluride and I'm so glad Eduardo and his team were there to help! If you're looking to buy, Eduardo is your guy!

I took my vehicle in because of a noise it was making. The techs did an assessment and gave me advice on what steps to take next. Everyone at Deacon Jones Kia was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to have their car serviced.

Dropped off our truck for an appt at noon and because we had another ride the truck sat all day. No one called or provided an update. When we called the next morning it had not been touched and it would be 4p that afternoon before they could. Since they didn't think we was in a rush & had transportation the appt time was not honored, nor was it diagnosed at the least. This defeats the purpose of setting an appt. It shouldn't matter if you have another vehicle or not in a rush. It just means I don't want to sit here and wait for hours for a diagnostic and repair. The truck should of been checked regardless considering it wasn't even known if they could fix it and if we needed to take it elsewhere. Just a day wasted while my husband had 2 days off to get it fixed. Now we have to wait til next week and drive it up to Raleigh.The lady was apologetic as it was not her fault and the person who took the order was now off, yet it was a HUGE inconvenience.

Leasa has been PHENOMENAL! She cares about you as a Deacon Jones Kia customer. Always kind, wise, and thorough information on my car maintenance needs . We worked with Eduardo Pi��n, he was very helpful and professional. What I liked even more than that was his hustle and dedication to not only us but other customers. He would answers any and all my calls or text over the course of the month we were trying to decide what we wanted to purchase. Every time we came in he was the first one to jump up and help. We also worker with Jermaine Dawson the one day while Eduardo was with someone else. He was very experienced, and professional. He was also just a genuine person. We enjoyed our buying experience with both gentleman.

Needed a new car because I am getting my masters degree and am driving back and forth from school and work and an internship and my old car was running ragged. My dad told me he d take me up to Deacon Jones Kia and talk to Jermaine since it was my first time making a purchase this big. Jermaine greeted us professionally and worked quickly to get me a car that fit my budget and my needs. The whole team were super friendly and answered lots of questions. After having multiple negative experiences with private buyers I can t imagine taking my business elsewhere
