If you are ever in Goldsboro, this is a great little gem. The store looks amazing and the decorations are cool. This business has been open for 35 years! Charlie does great work. I got a muffler Delete done on Memorial Day. Luckily he was open. The price is cheap and the owner is very respective, will do all my exhaust needs here!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Charlie's Muffler provided excellent service at a very reasonable price. The welding job was great as well. Service was quick and impressively good. The building itself was well worth the visit. Anyone into drag racing, nascar or any other type of motorsports should check out his setup. You can tell he put a lot of effort and pride into his business!

I've used Charlie's for all of my service needs for several years now. Honest appraisal of what needs to be done, regular updates if something changes, and extremely fair pricing. My wife and I both bring our vehicles here. And we've always had courteous, prompt, and professional service here. The porch inside by the service bays is also cool!

We have been bringing our cars to Charlie ever since we moved to Goldsboro 18 years ago. The owner has never been anything but polite, friendly, helpful and honest. We never had any issues with the repairs, and Charlie is the guy who will honestly tell you whether a repair is worth it or not, and whether you need it done now or later.The shop itself is probably the best-looking, cleanest shop I have ever seen, and while I hope that my car will not have any problems anytime soon, I would not hesitate a second to take it to Charlie's.

They tried to charge me $225 to put on mufflers that I already bought online. They took 2 hours to get to my car also. I don t recommend this shop. The guy also had a bad attitude towards me and I did not do anything? I waited 2 hours without saying anything? He even has a sign that says my garage my rules.

I've been to this place a few times and the owner can be gruff and defensive but if he says it needs to be done a certain way, and the price is higher than you expect or were quoted, the job will be done the way he describes. I went in needing a muffler and got a mostly new exhaust installed. He fixed what needed fixing and the car is quiet again.

I called just to ask a price for brake repair. The man that answered the phone was very rude. He kept saying he couldn't tell me and was rude. Definitely would not use this business nor recommend them to anyone

Went to have a muffler and tail pipe put on my vehicle and no one would come to the front entrance. I called for someone a few times and waited 5 minutes and no one came to the counter. No one was in the front work bays either. I have no idea were the workers were so I left and took my business to Bob's muffler shop. Sorry you lost my business Charlie!

Guy was rude and refused to explain why he couldn't at least take a look at my car before turning away potential business. I'd go to Valvoline before coming here again...

The owner was extremely rude and sexist when I walked in. Asked him what it would cost to change my brakes and he kept making rude remarks...so I went to precision tune instead...
