Window tinting is fine, but they will smoke in your vehicle in an enclosed garage bay while doing the work. And since you have freshly tinted windows, you can't roll the windows down to air it out. It was awful, non-smokers don't appreciate having their new vehicles smoked in.

Great place to have some rail put on the truck. Had to oder them took about 3 to 4 days and made an appointment after they called to tell me they were in. Set an appointment and they had them installed in about an hour. If you are in need of truck accessories they are the people to go see.

They did a Great job on my 2009 GT Mustang... They did Window Tinting, Chrome Accessories, Headlights, Back Side Windows Racing Strips... An A+...Yesterday they Just Finshed putting New Headlights & New Fog lights.. Thanks Auto Image... Love the Halo to lights Tammy ordered Special for Me

Phenomenal job with the window tint and done within 45 minutes. They also answered every question I asked and gave detailed answers. They are very communicative and friendly. Best place by far when it comes to the pricing and the job they do. Would highly recommend

I highly recommend this business! I had my car windows tinted here almost 7 years ago when I first bought my car. In the last few years 3 of my windows started to bubble and ripple. I took the receipt with me and they are going to replace the tint at no charge to me. Thanks to them for taking care of their customers! That doesn't always happen anymore. Thank you Auto Image!

Tint is always perfect. Have had every vehicle tinted here. Will not go anywhere else for window tint. They also put on my bed cover after the first place screwed it up. Great work and they stand by everything. Highly recommend.

Great place to go if you need some tinting or like a bed liner or something put in your vehicle they're pretty good with that kind of stuff and great customer service.

They tell you their work is under warranty but if you lose a paper receipt after a year or two they have no way to pull you up in their system as back up. An excuse to charge people again. They using a system that old that they can t track customer transactions? Really?

Great job on our car, this is the second car we've had tinted by Auto Image! They did all the windows in our car and it didn't take as long as I expected it to and it looks so good. Everyone was so nice and respectful, we will most definitely be bringing any other vehicle we get to them!! A+++++++++++++

Called made an appointment and had to cancel. I was told the new appointment would be the same day and time. Arrived on Monday for the appointment and was told it was Tuesday. Maybe it was a honest mistake on their part, but they should have said something to me at the time on phone. I wont be going back for the appointment on Tuesday. I've already schedule an appointment in Wednesday in Raleigh. You won't see me again - PEACE!!!

They installed splash guards, and chrome wheel well trim on my father's 2019 Kia Sedona. The work was done fast and very well. It looks good, and I am confident that it will last. The owners and staff are very friendly. Don't hesitate to bring your vehicle to them.

i had just bought a brand new mustang, took it to them first to get my windows tinted. about 2 days later i noticed they had cut a hole in my headrest! A brand new car with a hole the size of a dime! Would not recommend at all! take your time and find somewhere else!

This team has done a quality amount of work over many visits for me, as I've been tricking out my FJ and Auto Image has done a superb job with my add-ons! Friendly service, and they stand behibd their work!

COULDN'T BE HAPPIER! Both my husband and my vehicles have been outfitted by Auto Image and we look forward to working with them on other projects for our cars. They have installed HID's and other accessories on my husbands Silverado and will soon be doing redoing the tint someone else messed up. My Honda Crosstour received new tint, a gorgeous champagne pin-stripping and in-channel vent visors. They also keep the best line of car detail products for my car which I refuse to buy the typical products from Walmart. So, after having several issues at other businesses, we are VERY happy to have found this place. Just the fact that they have been in business and in this location so long speaks volumes to us. The owners have always been the most upfront and honest with us on what realistically can be done and have been very fairly priced. I am extremely picky and critical when it comes to my car and thankfully so is the owner Richard. He has always been very meticulous and it shows in the quality job that has been done. I can't thank them enough for the work they have done for my husband and I. We both always recommend Auto Image to our family and friends. It is a bit of a drive (2 hours one way), but it has always been well worth it. My son will be driving soon and he is already looking forward to getting his car tricked out by them. Thank you Richard, Tammy and Mikey for all you do!

They have tinted at least 3 or 4 of the cars I have owned, and I intend to take all future purchases to them as well. The service, speed, and overall quality is outstanding and I highly recommend this business to anyone looking auto accessories and/or window tinting.

I've had multiple vehicles tinted at different shops throughout Goldsboro, by far the best product and customer service is at Auto Image. Tinted my Sedan with a visor strip in about an hour and a half.I personally would not go anywhere else.

I'm sorry to say. The only time this new Buick has not been out of my site was at Auto Image. I trusted them to do a good job. Sorry to say that the Marine Corps sticker that I had posted on the outside rear window is now gone. Can't see any excuse for this.

This business would do soo much better without the lady that runs the desk/appointments. Horrible attitude, and will charge you more for an "illegal" job because darker film "costs more and is illegal". Simply not true. It is not illegal for them to apply the tint, only for you to operate the motor vehicle with it on it.(if below 35 %) Simple scam for them to get more money. When confronted about the issue, she simply says to bring your business elsewhere! Not a problem, and hope you will do the same! Cash payers deserve more, without all the attitude. She obviously needs to find a career other than customer service, I hope the company realizes this.

Just called to make an appointment, the lady I spoke to was very rude.. they do close in about 45 minutes so I understand it is the end of the day, but I hope the tint job is better than the customer service and I pray I don t have to actually cross paths with this angry lady when I drop my vehicle off for service.

Needed tint to block sun beating down on baby. They were able to get me in immediately and only took an hour from start to finish 9 windows! Awesome job!
