The first time I reached out to Josh was in December of 2020. My GTI was smoking, overheating, and just feeling sluggish. At the time he didn t have a shop, he did repairs in the comfort of customer s driveways or his. He was at my house a few days later, flashlight in hand. Unfortunately, my car needed to have the water pump, timing cover gaskets, and a few other things replaced. He came a few weeks later and replaced everything in my driveway. Ever since then, he has been my go-to for all my car repair and performance needs. Even when I had car issues on the side of a mountain, he was there to make sure everything was okay. He s done everything from oil changes and replacing gaskets and seals to replacing my sunroof, brakes and rotors, and the balance shafts. I don t think there s a part on my car that Josh hasn t touched.Josh is so passionate about what he does and you can see that in his work. His quality of work is unmatched. He s dependable, extremely knowledgeable, and fair. I m so thankful that he was able to find people who believe in him just as much as I do to help him open ACI. I can t think of anyone more deserving. Not to mention the relationship I ve been able to build with Charles as well. He is just as amazing as Josh is. I feel honored that he has part of my balance shaft on his desk ( ).As annoying as my car is, I m so thankful to have found Josh. I know I can call or text him anytime with the dumbest questions and he d only slightly judge me. I can t wait to see him continue to grow and take his knowledge even further. ACI will always be my recommendation for any auto repair or performance needs.

My car has been on life support (for too long) while trying to find another suitable vehicle. ACI is like an emergency room, they don't turn you away. Accommodating is a word that rings true in most of the reviews. They don't just get you in - the problems are fixed. Sometimes I have to wait an extra day, Josh gave me a loaner to get my Grands home.My most current issue was my starter, a one year old starter put in by another shop before I knew about ACI. The owner of that shop was not "accommodating", said his Vendor wouldn't extend the warranty a few days so there was nothing he could do. Honestly!!!Jada contacted their Vendor and he honored the warranty. Josh and his Staff work overtime for their customers, literally.

The service manager Eric and the lead tech/manager Josh are miles above satisfactory when it comes to knowledge ,quality of work and being great overall people.If you are a car guy or just want a repair/ work done and are worried about where you take your vehicle to, this is without a doubt the place to go. Josh is a car god if he can't fix it then it's not fixable I bought my Subaru WRX STI launch edition and in 3 days later check engine light came on took it to a ton of spots for 2 years struggling to get it fixed and no body could heard about aci performance so was like why not I will try it and josh got me straight he saved me and my car because the next month I was going to send it back and take the lost but trust me everyone there makes you feel like family been driving my car for 2 years with no problem now thanks to Josh sure it was a pain in butt but if my car needs anything will be coming back and if he shuts his doors I will be selling the car he is the cheapest in North Carolina and knows his stuff performance and all thanks again Josh once again you're the man

Please do not go to this business spent $1,500 needlessly according to a real mechanic that determine my car needed a new engine all along I feel like I was snowballed.. either that or this guy needs to go back to some basic mechanic classes.. if you're determined to go here DO NOT GIVE ANY MONEY UNTIL THE WORK IS DONE AND YOU ARE SATISFIED THAT WAS MY MISTAKE.. I just wish I could give a half a star or lower

ACI is my "one-stop" garage for all of my routine maintenance needs and emergency repairs. The ACI team members have always been professional and go above and beyond to ensure that work is completed correctly and efficiently. And there is a bonus, they are first responder and veteran friendly. Love these guys.

These guys replaced my transmission after they found that the old was trashed. None, I mean, none of the Burlington garages would even talk to me about transmissions, let alone Mercedes Benz vehicles. It was a difficult predicament that I was in, and ACI and Joshua came to the rescue. The customer service was great as well due to the hard work of Jada. Thanks ACI.

Top shelf customer service and commitment to quality. Joshua really knows his stuff and cares about proper vehicle repairs and maintenance. He will treat your car like it's his and make recommendations, but he's not pushy at all. He replaced the clutch/pressure plate/flywheel on my Golf R with OEM products at a reasonable price. While he was replacing my clutch he found a leaking water pump and replaced it as well. His rates are reasonable and he is honest and knowledgeable. He won't throw cheap parts at a fix, he replaced all of my failing components with OEM parts. I drove 2hrs for him to fix my car, if that tells you anything. I will be recommending him to my friends and will ABSOLUTELY be bringing my vehicles back to him for service.Services: Engine repair, Wheel alignment

Only shop I ll go to, a bit of a drive but definitely worth every minute. Been going to Josh for a bit now and don t plan on going anywhere else because her knows his stuff and I can always count on him when I need something done. The shop is very nice and everyone there are nice and welcome you when you go there. I've had timing jobs done on both of my vw's by Josh and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The repairs are done in a timely fashion and the quality of his work is out of this world! It may be a bit of a drive to get to his shop from where I am but it is definitely worth the trip!

Joshua and Charles will literally give you the shirt of their back to make sure that you re needs are met. I was a first time customer of ACI and had a little hiccup on timing during my appointment, but Joshua offered me his personal vehicle (which was phenomenal) to get around. I don t know any other shop that would do that. You will be taken care of if you can to ACI.Joshua will also tell you exactly what you need and why you should purchase it, and I would advise to listen to him. The recommendations he makes are solely to benefit you by either reducing cost or to make sure that you receive exactly what you wanting done. He told me the truth about what to expect from the parts I brought in and what I should expect from them. If he recommends it, just do it.I would highly recommend anyone go to ACI for their VW/Audi/General Needs. The pricing is morethan fair and the quality is better than anywhere else you can go. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Mark my words, ACI will become one the most well known Audi/VW shops in the East Coast in the near future.Services: Transmission, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Auto maintenance, Oil change
