Guy did an excellent job in repairing my wife's Lexus RX 330. He replace both of the CV joints and fix our shaking issue while the car accelerate. The price was extremely reasonable as well. If you need a honest mechanic who does the job right at a reasonable price, you need to come by and get an estimate from Guy. We will definitely be going back for more service.

Best shop in town hands down! Been using this place for years and not had 1 bad experience. The staff is not only professional but extremely down to earth, helpful, and friendly. Last week we had my boyfriends Honda Ridgeline towed here for repairs and the next morning received a call stating it was the axle and it needed a new transmission. We were Leary with the results after having his brother with us the night it broke down who is a master mechanic. After talking we decided to have the vehicle towed to another garage for diagnosis and repairs. Received the call that it was in fact the axel. I told my boyfriend this guy was looking for a Christmas bonus and in fact he was. Turns out there was absolutely nothing wrong with the transmission after this guy insisted it was. Be weary of ratchets and wrenches.

I took my fiance car up to him, and he replaced the catalytic converter, and the car don't even have 90,000 miles on it. We took it to him on a Monday, and he said the part will be in on Wednesday. He called said it was ready on tuesday not even 5 minutes down the road the light came back on so we took it back that Tuesday it was ready again on Wednesday but then a week later the light is back on and he will not give us a refund when we asked because he had done got rid of the original it been a month and the guy still hasn't fix the car and we paid 1200 for him to do so just to find out he over charged up 400 for the part if I could u would give him 0 starts and then blocked are number so we could call himWanted to update this we finally got our money back and went to a different person just to find out he charged us 400 more for a knock off part when there dealer ships part was was 400 cheaper this guy is a scamer and will over charge for knock off part and once we get the part off and new one on we will know if he even did replace it or not when we find out I will keep an updateUpdateThe second machine up at randys auto car got my car fixed he replaced the catalytic converter with on from the dealership and the o2 sensor for 900 come to find out that wrenches and ratchets auto shop charged us 1200 for on a catalytic converter and it was a after market.

Very very slow. So if you're in a hurry go elsewhere. And the majority of the waiting is the front desk lady chatting it up with customers and then going to put your order in for the worker to do the work that's needed for you.

Replaced starter (I supplied part) for my Honda CR-V. Owner can t commit to hard time and date and surprised me with the miscellaneous shop fee which he didn t mention when quoting the price over the phone but all in all the part functions properly and he did it within a few hours of dropping off. I d definitely go back!

I work for a bank and had to repo a truck that was taken to this facility for repairs. My customer passed away and I had to get the truck because money was still owed on it. They charged us $50 a day in storage fees, refused to negotiate the price and gave me an hour to pick it up or face two more days of storage fees. Unbelievable!!!

Worst service ever!!!Ripped me off and bullied me just because I am a woman. I had to get the police officer to help me to finish paying the bill and get my car since they refused to allow me to pay by my credit card just because i challenged them the price 358 other than 350 which i thought was the right price we agreed about.And the worst is, with the help of the police officer who he called, I got back my car, however, only drove less than half a mile, my car got new problems. Since i hate this place so much and definitely would never come back, so I just chose to pay hundreds more to get it fixed in a good place.

Great customer service good honest mechanic it's hard to find the honest mechanic that won't lie to you this man have my car for 3 weeks trying to figure out what was wrong with it he lost money on fixing my car cuz he gave me a price and he's stuck to that price but after what all he did to my car I couldn't believe that he only charged me what he charged me he had to lose money but he was honest about it he gave me a price and the price was that he didn't go no more or no less he gave me an honest price and I took it and I'd have to say if I ever need anything worked on again they'll get all my business and my family's business and everybody I know because what a good place the man owns that place his name is Guy and what a good honest man it's hard to find out anymore look what times we live in

If you cannot tell me whether or not I can get my car in for a service and it s sitting on a rollback, then you don t need to run a shop. Completely unprofessional. Sad that I had to give it one star. Maybe have someone aside your girlfriend answering the phone and doing business for you. Grr! Completely incompetent & unprofessional.

I had dropped my car off Thursday Friday they gave me my details on what needed to be done Saturday I go pick it up at 12:30 and at 2:00 and the place is closed when the business hours are from 8-5 so i don t understand and the charge a $50 a day storage fee this wasn t our fault so I hope something can be done about this

Very professional and nice forgot the guys name on the phone but he stopped his other scheduled cars to come get my car cuz I was stuck and I thank him for that highly recommended thank u
