Chris and his crew do a great job. Sam called me with a quote on our 2010 Expedition. I was adding it up in my head and he was only $80 higher than what I thought it would be. They kept me informed during the process. Repairs were completed in a timely manner. The most efficient and accommodating place I ve taken my Raptor. As I pack on the mileage on my truck, things are going to break on it. Their turn-around time is awesome and their customer service process is refreshing. I use Tindol commercial truck shop regularly. We have a fleet of trucks that constant s require maintenance.I have always found Scott and Sammy ( tech advisors ) to be knowledgeable, courteous and professional.Prices for services is no different than industry average.The one area in which I have found them to be most helpful to my business is in their turnaround time for repairs. This is especially helpful when you are using trucks for business as we do.I highly recommend Tindol truck shop.

I m so insanely impressed with this truck shop and wish I could use them for all my diesel repairs. I don t live anywhere near them and was driving down I-85 when my truck lost fuel pressure. These guys not only recommended me a tow company but got it in and fixed it the same day - two days before Thanksgiving!! The guy working the front counter/phones is a legend. Side note to my fellow backyard mechanics - make sure you tighten the fuel filter so you don t break down on I-85!

What an experience!Brought my Motorhome in for front tires balance and they let me know a stud broke off when removing one tire (happens).They fixed it and on top of that did not want to charge me for the balancing service How many service shops nowadays perform a service for free?God bless!

Been a wonderful experience from start to finish. Service has been excellent! Prices for all work are provided up front and are competitive. Quick turn around which means less downtime. Great group of people here. Had to have back-up camera and IPMB module on my Raptor replaced - was frustrated that these had to be replaced on a brand new vehicle (only months old, never even been off roading). It's taken a couple visits to get it right, but Jen Wagner (lead service advisor) and Chris Tolbert (Service Director) have been a pleasure to work with, accommodating, and professional. Highly recommend to anyone who has a Ford truck that needs to be repaired!UPDATE (2/5/21): Brought my Raptor in for 10k maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, etc), State Inspection, and Front camera recall. Excellent customer service and super accommodating per usual. Sam was an awesome service advisor, and his team did a great job. Prices were very reasonable for a dealership shop. Wouldn't trust my Raptor with anyone else!!

My 1st visit to this shop. Had a 1pm appointment. There was confusion on the part of the service writer. After sorting out that I had and appointment . A mechanic looked at my F350 with a ride along inspection. He talked like front sway bar was bad. Later I was told my truck needed shocks. Was at this shop till 4pm. I will not use them again.

Bunch of crooks! Sam the service advisor told me all this work that needed to be done to fix my truck for a total of $5,500!A employee of mine may or may not have put two gallons of gas in a Diesel engine which caused it to run rough, Sam told me the entire fuel system would have to be gone through along with replacing the fuel pump and even told me I should contact my insurance company to see if they would pay for it.I declined the service and had it towed to a diesel shop for a second opinion, within two hours he called me to tell me they flushed the system and the truck was running perfect and my total bill was $276.This is a huge disappointment considering I have spent $300,000 with their truck sales in the past two years, they will never get my business again and I have a growing plumbing company that will be adding several trucks through the years and they all need serviced.The Truck shop I took it to found no trace of gasoline in the fuel system and stated it was probably just trash in the system from running it empty

Entire process at Tindol's Truck Shop was excellent. Friendly office personnel and writers. Professional technicians that are well versed in their field and willing to take time to explain an issue to the customer. State of the art shop, super clean.

I live in Ellenboro and the Ford dealership in Shelby is an absolute joke! Tindol is everything it should be. Fast, polite, knowledgeable and have a great lounge for you to wait in.

It seems like all I do is work to spend money here and even after 2 brand new engines, the vehicles keep breaking down. I keep imagining them with a jar of Vaseline as I drive up, rather get towed up. Once they get the vehicle it is a LONG time before I hear back. Ready to give up Ford products altogether!

100% highly recommend this place! Have a 2015 F250 thats been given me issues, it was a sensor! After several places charging me for nothing Tindol Ford found the problem and fixed it!
