I just bought and got delivered a new Roush Trakpak Mustang from Tindol Ford. The entire experience was exceptional.Lyle Sturgis, the sales rep who took care of me, makes promises and then over-delivers. I had never before bought a car sight unseen from a dealer in another state and the paperwork and process at first seemed overwhelming and confusing. That changed quickly with Lyle s help. His professional demeanor inspired the kind of trust and confidence that frankly I d never experienced before in buying a car. His knowledge of the vehicle was comprehensive. His exuberance was contagious. And, sure enough, the car arrived in Florida at my door when he said it would. As did the title, temporary plates, and later the Florida tags and registration. Lyle is a man you will enjoy doing business with. Five stars!

Best car buying experience to date and I've purchased a lot of vehicles over the years. Big thanks to Lyle for keeping in touch in the months we bugged him leading up to the purchase date with numerous questions. Top notch hospitality as well including picking us up from the airport and not wasting our time at the dealership before we drove our 2 "Hotrods" back home! Great experience. We'll be back!

By far the best quality staff and top notch customer service that you will find! I have bought multiple vehicles from Tindol and the experience has ALWAYS been second to none! And of course you can t top the quality and thrill of owning a Roush so that takes care of that too. No matter what you need these guys are in the business to make it happen and take care of you! Lyle will ALWAYS go above and beyond any expectation!

Tindol RoushPerformance has been a life changing experience for me. Not only is my car a real joy to drive but the family at Tindol has created a home away from for me, always a great time taking my car in for service. Great attention spent on making service time a great experience. Always greeted as an old friend and treated well.

I have been looking for several months for a new mustang. While traveling thru town on business, I decided to stop in and see the Roush Mustangs in person. Wow!!! What a great car, and great people to deal with. Lyle (and Ludger) are super nice, and helpful. Extremely knowledgeable, and not pushy. And in the end, gave us a very good deal. Terrific experience when coming back to pick up the car. I just got back from a drive with my new car - wow! What a great ride. Thank you Lyle!!! We can't wait to come back and meet Mr Roush in person.

Just wanted to let you guys know what a great experience that I had buying my new 2017 ruby red Roush Mustang .Lyle is the most knowledgeable and polite man that I have ever met ,being a car salesman. My fianc� and I visited last week to purchase a new(er) daily driver. We had the pleasure of working with Miguel, who was helpful, knowledgeable, and engaging from the very beginning.We were there well past closing time, but the staff was efficient and understanding while moving us through the process.We will recommend Tindol Roush Ford to each of our friends looking to buy new or used. I've owned a lot of cars in my life - all brands, foreign and domestic- and glad to be 'back home' in the seat of my favorite make/model - Ford Mustang GT! (with a few additional Roush ditties!) I've never had a smoother transaction nor anywhere near the personal service provided by my new friend, Lyle Sturgis ("Crazy Mustang Man") of Tindol Roush Performance. I could have spent the rest of my day discussing Mustangs (and life in general) if only time permitted. I definitely now have the car of my dreams and Lyle made it happen --- effortlessly! Looking forward to many miles in this beautiful RS2 ragtop ! Thanks Lyle, see you sometime soon! ....think I'll go wake up the neighbors now ;-)

Here is my buying experience with Lyle. I am extremely disappointed. Let me start at the beginning. We are in OK and are in the middle of building a place. We do NOT have cell service which Lyle knew and we are in record low temps with several horses and cattle to take care of. I find a Blue Roush F 150 I like. I email and chat w Lyle via email. Until I get where I can call him. We talk. He tells me he does not take deposits because he only deals in Roush and will hold this F 150 until I decide. This is Thursday afternoon. I again talk to Lyle Friday he tells me that Mr Roush is coming Feb 23rd to give an award and sign cars. I tell him we will take the F150 , we would see him the 23rd and I will get him license s, insurance text messaged the next day. Which is Saturday. My insurance papers were at home. I spend all Saturday morning chopping ice and feeding animals. I finally get cell service I have a message from Lyle wanting my paperwork, I messaged him pictures of the paperwork and he text back call you soon. Well awhile later he calls and SOLD the pickup I was dealing on. In his voice mail he didn t say anything about selling it. He said he needed my paperwork and he would overnight everything I needed Saturday or Monday. He tried to say since I hadn t heard from you . Well it s a little hard when I am out of cell service and he knows that!!! I guess the horses and cows should wait for feed and water so I could have been at Lyle s bechen call. Yes I should have emailed the information he needed. But he wanted it in text form and I didn t think about it, I thought we had a deal and it was even 24 hours after we agreed on selling the F 150.

Best experience ever. Lyle was very attentive and understanding. When we finally made it down here, we were picked up at the airport and treated exquisitely. He is a first class act. The easiest experience in buying a car ever.
