I purchased a 2023 F-150 XLT from Tindol Ford and had a wonderful buying experience! This place does not feel like a typical dealership with all the sweet Roush vehicles around. Cole was laid back with no pressure and even sent me info on his day off! The finance personnel was also very easy-going and made sure I understood all documents before signing. Sebastian took my call when I checked on a car I saw online for a great price. Sebastian coordinated everything seamlessly to share pictures, confirm condition and accessories and have it delivered to Atlanta. He is very responsive, friendly and professional. I had to purchase a new vehicle while out of town due to a break down of my previous vehicle. Everyone from the salesperson, to manager, and financial advisor were super nice and helpful to me. Got a good price and a nice used car. Don't think that you could go wrong if you want to check them out when you need a new car.

Arrived at Tindol Ford yesterday to purchase my new F-150 expecting the usual pressure to sign up for this, add that service "pep talk" Instead, I worked with Sebastian Zuluaga and Russel Adams. Sebastian knew his stuff and was prepared to answer all my questions...and what a nice guy; personable, polite, and happy. Loved the experience! Then when it was time for financing, Mr. Adams, was thorough, patient with our questions, and also a really nice man. I have raved about the service at Tindol for years, but it looks like they really know what they are doing when they hire...content, happy, helpful, and caring people from top to bottom. Would give 10 stars if I could.

I have bought soon to be 3 vehicles from Tindol within a years time (I am a vehicle enthusiast so I trade a lot) and have not been more pleased with a dealership. I have owned close to 30 vehicles in the last 15 years and dealt with many different dealerships. Many other dealerships couldn t care less about the customer. The atmosphere at Tindol is night and day from other dealerships from the second you walk in the door. It s an almost 6 hour round trip for me to go out there but it is well worth the drive. Sebastian is the salesman I have dealt with since day 1 and will continue dealing with. He is upfront. He is easy going. And, most importantly, he gets deals done and doesn t beat around the bush. Highly, highly recommend you ask for him if you are in the market. You won t be disappointed. That man deserves to be recognized as does Tindol overall.

Hello. I just wanted to send a quick note of how amazing Tindol Ford customer service is. I brought my son s truck in to be looked at to find out what was wrong. Long story short Tindol couldn t fix the problem. They referred me out, called the body shop and made sure they could do the work. Gave me the tow company to use to get the truck there and are sure when tow truck arrived they had the info they needed so I could get back to work! Tremendous. Jason in the service dept. Amazing. When my son graduates high school in June 2025, we will purchase his new truck right from Tindol. They are A+

I had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Tindol Ford in Gastonia today and can say it was nothing short of a 5 star experience. I had been in contact with the salesman Greg for about a week prior and also met with him the day of purchase. Greg was very professional and responsive throughout the entire process. The finance manager Mike was also great to work with and made the financial piece smooth and painless. It was very comforting to not only receive a great vehicle but an equally as impactful customer experience. Highly recommend Tindol Ford. I hope to purchase with them again in the future.

Very friendly staff, great prices and service. I take my vehicles in for service and have been happy, but I recommend buying the Ford service contract. It will pay for itself if you take your vehicle in for scheduled service or repair. I Would definitely buy again from this dealer.The only problem with buying a vehicle from most any dealer these days is the Documentation Fee . It s really just markup. It s not required by the state , registration fees are. Some dealers don t charge this fee, but it s rare to find one.

Sebastian was very easy going and knowledgeable. He insisted we get the Ford Pass app, to save us money on maintenance. The process was seamless.Russell, who financed for us, was able to help us keep within budget and get an extraordinary warranty on everything for 8 years/85k miles. We did tell him that our plan was an investment for 10 years (at least.) I do miss out 1998 ranger, but was happy to snag up a limited edition Bronco Sport Heritage.Thank you both!

I found the Grabber Blue Mustang that I wanted to buy for my daughter at Tindol Ford over five hours away. Matt the Sales Manager was great to deal with and we hammered out the details of the purchase. Upon arrival, we were greeted with their friendly staff and was assisted by Product Specialist, Heath Dubuclet. Heath made the whole experience easy and answered any question. Heath was very professional and takes pride in his job. Definitely will call Heath and Matt at Tindol Ford when it's time for another purchase.

My wife Tiffany and I heard many positive reviews from friends and coworkers about Tindol Ford in Gastonia, so we decided to begin our search for a new Ford Explorer there. Although we had only intended to browse Tindol's selection, we were impressed by the warm welcome we received from Parker Davis, our salesperson. Best experience at a car dealership ever! From start to finish everyone there made the process simple. Nate & finance guy(cant remember his name) was great. I really like the no pressure attitude. I hate dealing with dealerships that put pressure on. I am either going to buy the car or not. No presure can sway me one way or the other. I also appreciated how all employees we dealt with spoke so highly of the owner. It makes me think if she treats her employees that well then that will transfer over to her customers. I had a pleasurable experience (even though deep down I hate buying a car) and we buy another vehicle from them.

If you re looking for a good place for all your car needs, this is the place! Bought my car here about 3 years ago. I have also exclusively serviced my vehicle here as well. I ve owned and serviced cars before elsewhere and nothing compared to Tindol. My sales experience was quick and easy. But the 5 star has to go to the service department. For the past two years I have yet to have a bad experience. I ve had my car repaired at the body shop as well and same STELLAR experience. You definitely get a small business vibe here but with unmatched customer service. Whoever is managing this location needs to make a course to show others how to run a business.

I have had such a great experience with Tindol Ford Service department. I started taking my Lincoln Corsair there for service after several bad experiences with the Lincoln dealership and Tindol has been flawless! They greet customers immediately and go over the needed service, escort you to the waiting area if you are staying and perform service in an efficient way. They explain what has been done and whether or not further service is needed. The entire staff is friendly and they seem to have a great team approach. I highly recommend this dealership.

Bought a truck from these guys last weekend, insightful and really great attitudes. My salesman Jack Bailey stayed late to help me secure a very well cared for truck, and went above and beyond ensuring it would be a truck that lasted. I'd never been to Tindol Ford and stopped by on an impulse to check out their selection of Mustangs based on website inventory. Thanks to Eric Sims and the finance team making negotiation and trade-in a comfortable process, I ended up leaving with a brand-new GT that I absolutely love. And when I'm ready for performance upgrades, I know exactly where to go!

Very poor service department. Couldn't get an oil change on a Wednesday afternoon. They have a "quick lane" on the right side to get oil changes but the guy there said you have to make an appointment. Let that sink in... you need to make an appointment to get an oil change at the "quick lane". On the left side of the building is supposed to be the main service department, but there's only one service rep there. Talked to the service rep and asked if they could pull diagnostic codes over an engine light situation I had, but he said you have to make an appointment for that and it's two weeks out. So it takes two weeks to pull an engine light code. Didn't see any other customers the whole time I was there. My Ford truck shows zero on the oil pressure gauge and a red warning light on the dash that says CHECK GAUGE until I've driven two miles, and the service rep tried to tell me that's normal behavior. It might be a known problem, but no it isn't normal. Maybe for Fords it is. In general my impression is they are not equipped to handle much business here, and they definitely don't want your business. Plus they don't like you, and you're annoying them and interrupting their day just by showing up. Very unfriendly, sketchy, unprofessional place. Will not be making any appointments to get my vehicle serviced here, nor would I be inclined to purchase a vehicle from Tindol Ford because of the extremely dodgy quality of the service department.

I purchased my wife a new Ford and worked with Sebastian and Uriah Jackson. My experience with this dealership was great, smooth, and no pressure sales. Tindall Ford was a great experience for me as the staff worked past closing time to deliver my wife's Christmas present. Great place to do business with.
