Didn't go to tire and battery. Went to store. Very busy. Spent a lot of time looking for stuff. Got my big stuff and left.

Not much help on Ordering Tires (4 ) for My 2013 Ford F-150 / Regular Cab 2 Wheel Drive Need Michelin Tire Size 235-75 R -17 Ser Desc: 109- T / UTQG 800AA Tried since February 2023

Had headlight renewal scheduled, the guy on the phone had told me 1.5 hours at most. Planned my other errands around the service. Got here 10 minutes early and they told me it was going to 2 hours because there was a new guy working on it. I was like fine ok, no big deal. 2 hours ends I come back and they said it's going to be at least another half an hour of not mine and explained that the manager had ordered that they take care of another angry customer before me even though I was scheduled. They offered me a $10 gift card, I said I need more cause this is taking up my entire day and I have other things to do. Brenda the manager would not allow it and said only $10. So if you want any service done here just forget about it cause they don't value your time, or respect that you called in and scheduled a service, and definitely don't not bother with management, especially Brenda. Not coming back here anymore, going to the next closest one from now on. Waste of my damn time. Horrid service.

Have called 7 times now, with no answer it just rings until someone hangs up on me ! Already paid for installation but no one bothers to answer the phone to get it scheduled . I hear them answer then send to music then hang up. Gurss my next call needs to be corprate .

Used the scan and go app for the first time. Great app allows you to know the total for your order as you put it in the cart, and avoid the check out register. Really impressed.

Loved sam and everyone there I just went this morning and seen he sold it and it is now grease monkey. Gonna miss "Sam's tire" !!!

The manager was very rude and didn t seem willing to help me out. I have a warranty on my tires buying them through Sam s club and they didn t want to put in the extra work with the warranty.

Well stocked and clean store.Restroom...is clean...Employee are helpful and knowledgeable of the store and products.Meat Dept.gets two thumbs up

Nobody ever answers the phone. No mention of tire department in recorded listing! Does a TIRE DEPARTMENT EXIST AT SAM s??? Very disappointing! Does not even deserve 1 star!

Make an appointment and you're in and out without delays or hassles...walk-ins are a different story...make the appointment for your convenience

Waited for 1.5 hours for information on tires I need could not wait any longer. Sams needs a different set up I n the tire dept.
