It was a great experience getting 4 new tires and alignment. I also had to get back brakes. Got my Dodge Journey riding like it just came off the lot. Great service and good people.

The company had just switched over Management and I had a little trouble problem with my truck tires and Clarence took care of the problem. Really good team thank y all very much. They made me feel like family.

ATTENTION: Roosevelt Tire Pros is nothing but a DEN OF THIEVES. This longtime establishment of Gastonia has become degraded to the point where the owner himself condones his employees STEALING from loyal, well-paying, customer personal vehicles! Paul Smith, the mechanic there is a thief.I have gone out of my way to give my business to this company over and over again only to be burned. Please share and make others aware, so if they may be considered giving this degraded establishment their time and money, there is more reputable trust worthy options out there.

I walked in this establishment on nov 30, 2023 an older guy and and lady in which I could not see clearly did not speak to once I entered their establishment . As I entered the door bell went off letting them know a customer has entered their establishment .the lady spinner back around in her chair and older guy never looked up . Stood there 3 mins and no acknowledgment . This company prove that they didn t want my service ..TO ALL TRAVELERS PLEASE DO NOT STOP AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT EXPECTING EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE .BE PREPARED TO IGNORE

I shopped around for custom rims and tires for my 13' Sonata. They had the best deal hands down. Six months later sent my aunt to get get new tires for her Jeep, also sent my youngest sister for new tires. Great service and prices.

I bought a car and it had cupping on the rear tires from not rotating the tires. I went to two other shops and was told there was nothing I could do and would need two tires. My tires were like new Michelins and I didn't want to have to replace them with so much tread on them. I went to Roosevelt and they took care of my problem and saved me a lot of money. Great people and great service!! Would definitely recommend them.

I had made an appt to get my brakes evaluated thinking that I may need new brake pads. This establishment was so honest with me and told me my pads still looked new and did not need replaced. I will definitely continue my car needs with this business. I feel like any other place would have replaced my pads just to make money, but they were 100% honest. Thank you again!

Worse experience ever! They sell bad tires and then do not honor the warranty. They do not balance or put the speed balance on and they charge for everything. The tires mess up and then they don't want to replace them. This is my 2nd visit here since May for "new tires." If they were new and actualy did what they were supposed to I wouldn't need to replace them after not even 2 months!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!

I send all of my friends to Roosevelt Tire. They have great mechanics who do an excellent job. Most importantly they are honest and trustworthy. They don t try and up sell you on other stuff for the sake of making sales. Their annual inspections are honestly done, some shops use that as a tool to make you do all kinds of maintenance. If they fail your inspection, it s because you have a true safety hazard.

Originally spoke with one of the workers there his name I believe was Paul and he was super great about giving me some advice and how much it might possibly cost to get the brakes done the brakes ended up going out on me completely before I could actually get it into them on a Monday morning they went out on me on a Saturday night got it in there my car was there all day because they ended up happening to order a drum for the back right side Paul worked very hard on it rotated my tires at no extra charge and took his time to make sure that I was gonna be safe and the job was done very wellService: Brake service & repair

doug was extremely helpful and drove my car around town with me to diagnose if anything was wrong after i hit a curb! nothing was wrong, im just paranoid and its a rough riding car, but i really appreciate his genuine kindness and helpfulness! he is very knowledgeable and also explained different things i could look for when i think something might be wrong with my tires, alignment, or suspension. i feel much better about the condition of my car now, and i highly recommend going here. if anything had been wrong, they would have been the ones to fix it!Service: Auto maintenance

Went and got 3 more heavy duty trailer tires installed and after getting them home and installed on the trailer I went 20 miles to pick up a piece of my equipment to find out the tires looked flat with weight on them so I checked the pressure to find them all at 55psi, the tires are rated at 110psi. I had to wait an extended amount of time for the tire installation but that wasn t as big of a deal as I know everyone is currently dealing with being understaffed but after having a total of 4 tires installed for the trailer in the past couple months and paying 1000.00 you would think the mechanic could at least put the correct air pressure in the tires. It puts peoples lives at risk when you re pulling a 14,000lb trailer and they fail to put the correct air pressure in the tires and risk a blowout.Service: Tires

They gave me the diagnostic for my car and gave me an estimated value of around $1000. They tried charging me for sensors that simply needed to be reset, and failed to tell me the catalytic converter needed to be fixed that was causing the sensors to show there was something wrong. They also kept telling me to wait every day that I tried to make an appointment to make it easier on them. I gave 2 stars because they did get some of the sensors right, but failed to mention other problems. In conclusion, they're overpriced and not thorough (unless they're simply trying to scam you and know what's wrong). The place I took it to charged me less than half of their estimated cost, and were thorough when they gave me their diagnostic.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Great service. Took my truck for a tire price, Liked the price, they said they could put them on today. I asked for a alignment too. They were so busy they could not find me a ride back to work so the owner gave me his Cadillac and said take it and we'll call you when we are ready. That's service. Went to get my truck and they said the alignment was fine and it did not need adjusting so they did not charge me. That's really good service.

Had an issue with a drive tire on the Right Rear Outside on my Tow Truck. They had it changed and I was back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend.

My senior citizen Mother took her car there to be inspected last week and came back with the bad news that it couldn't be passed because it needed a $1000 repair to the casing that holds the oil filter. The mechanic said its pouring oil and really needs to be repaired. After asking about whether any oil has appeared in the driveway and finding out there hasn't been, I went to check it out. There was no oil anywhere on the mount for the oil filter, no oil under the engine, no oil on the under engine gaurd.... no oil anywhere. It was at best a costly misdiagnosis and at worst a scam on a couple of seniors who were helpless to catch it. I am thankful I just happened to come home for the weekend. Took to another mechanic for inspection with no issues.

They put tires on my Tahoe and did a stand up job. I left there feeling good about the work they did. I'd recommend them over any other service in Gastonia!

Went to get my truck tires rotated and balanced and brakes checked. Had to drop the vehicle off they called me three hours later and said that I needed to break calipers on the front cylinder for the back it was gonna be 700 and semi dollars to get fixed. So I told him that s OK I ll take it somewhere else but go ahead and rotate balance into the alignment. Then I go up there to get it and they say that they cannot do the alignment because of my breaks. I m not too smart vehicle but what does brakes have to do with a wheel alignment?But I end up taking it somewhere else and they end up putting all new stuff for me and I will alignment for $498.62. They have young little girls in the office who don't know the first thing about vehicles. I called to ask if I could get my ram 3500 crewcab longbed a front-end alignment and asked her specifically if they could do it and she said yes. I said most shops lift isn't long enough and she said yea. Needless to say she was rong and I wasted fuel to drive down their. Thinks about you dumb little girlService: General repairs & maintenance

I've been going to Roosevelt Tire Pros for years (as advised by my father) and I'm always so pleased with their service. Today however, I was blown away. Although it was a sad day for my tires (two tires, two nails) I was really impressed by every single staff members' attentiveness and kindness. I was there twice today for my tire issues but every mechanic and staff member went out of their way to make sure I was assisted and greeted. The mechanics working on my car were beyond kind and personable. I can't say enough..go to Roosevelt Tire Pros for all your car needs!

This was a great place at one time, but now care for customers is no longer there. I called about a month ago to ask about tires and get quotes. I told their representative the price I was given for tires, installation, tax, and disposal of the old tires by another tire place. The Roosevelt Pros Tire rep didn't believe me. He didn't even try to beat the competitor's price. For years Roosevelt Tire Pros have always made an attempt to beat a competitor's price. But not this time. Plus the rep hung up on me. I've spent thousands of dollars going to Roosevelt's over the last 20 years but not anymore. I took my business elsewhere and saved over 200 bucks from the price Roosevelt quoted me. Another thing that gets me is all the tire selling companies website's have the prices of the tires but Roosevelt's doesn't. Seems kind of odd to me. If you want to save money and get friendlier service, then don't go here.

I actually feel like part of this family. Maybe it means something about my vehicles that they know my first name, but they do and I am never in doubt that I am getting an excellent service for the value. So grateful to have them close by.
