Sold an old car and they were very professional, fair and efficient. The place was clean, and in good shape. They also have good and excellent cars for sale as well. I will do business with them again if the opportunity comes up.

Purchased a car from real steal autos a few weeks ago , and I m very please with the customers service, Marco is amazing and personal needed a lil work done on my car but they are doing everything to get it running!

By far the worst dealership experience I've ever had. Major lack of communication. Major lack of follow through. Traded in a vehicle to purchase another 12/19/23. Trade didn't get paid off and posted until 1/26/24. Kept getting excuses about why it wasn't taken care of. They also ran me past the 30days on my temp tag. Didn't take the time in all this same time to get my tag transferred. SC law requires dealers to do it. So I couldn't go do it myself. I finally got the registration transferred on 1/31/24. Heard a noise during when I checked it out. Said something to salesman. Said it was exhaust. Turns out it was a major problem with read end. Cost me 800 to fix. Had to immediately put a new battery another 200. Transmission is on the way out, 4500. 5th gear synchro grinding. But hey, they also thoroughly inspect their vehicles. So buyers beware

Thank you!!Update 11/13/23 returned my car with minor battery issues due to my car sitting on the lot for a while. We wasn t quite sure what the exact issue was Marco & Paul and the mechanic took care of me and issue and i was out the door in about a hour and a half only took that long cause we had to wait for the delivery of the battery. Great business even after the purchase! Thank you Marco and paul! Need more dealerships like you guys around in charlotte

I Bought a 2008 honda fit from company. Was told it was never in an accident. VERY CLEARLY A LIE.When I bought the car the price was 8500.00 .Traded in a 2008 f 150 was told , I was getting 2000.00 for trade in and also gave 500.00 Cash,but still was financed for 8500.00 So what happened to the 2500.00 that was never taking off

These guys are GREAT. They have awesome selection on vehicles. From sedans, vans, to big ole trucks. This is the first used car dealership I ve seen that has a SHOWROOM!! They also give $100 CASH referral.
