I recently had the pleasure of visiting Randy's Auto Care to get my wife's Tahoe's dual exhaust upgraded. Let me just say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Great job on my Mustang. The sound is much better than I thought it would be on a ecoboost. And it seems to have a little bit more boost horsepower to it. I can't wait till they come out with a cold air intake 4 A 2024 As it's not available yet. Cause I'll definitely be coming back there to get it done. Thanks on a great job.

Jason(owner) and his friendly and intelligent mechanics and secretarial staff are by far the 5star of anything automotive. They go above and beyond to help with any problems that you may have with your automotive, I received top of the line service with top of the line products. They go out of their way to help eliminate any stress with financial issues that may arise when dealing with your car. They'll receive my business until the day I die, I recommend them above any other automotive specialist.

No long wait time. No over rated prices. Work done fixed what was wrong with my vehicle which they diagnosed. Stood by there work 100%. As a woman I never felt like I was being taken advantage of by not really knowing anything and I wasn't. They didn't say anything was wrong that wasn't and didn't try to push for unnecessary work to be done.

They were very quick and fast with my 2008 c300 and the prices and labor were very reasonable. I recommend anyone in gastonia nc area if there's a problem with your car period I suggest take your car here

I can't say enough about Randys Auto & Xhaust.Starting with the fact that the shop and waiting area are spotless clean and well appointed. This place is fantastic.If it sounds like im gushing, it's because they totally exceeded my expectations. I have been to more mechanics and repair shops that I can count in my life, and I can honestly say that few have been as pleasant as this.I had been to four mechanics prior to visiting Randy. None provided me with a cost good effective solution to my problem. Every other shop was looking to "upsell" me on a costly fix. Randy knew what to do right off the bat to fix the problem.From his sister at reception to all the shop mechanics, they were courteous and kind.Finally, their attention to detail on my exhaust fix was impressive. They made every effort to get it perfect, not just right.

I was driving here to get a quote for my exhaust. My car overheated. They helped look over the car issue. And looked over the work from another mechanic did. They to be told around 400 to install a fan and control remote. Shouldn t have opens my mouth about how much I just spent on the car. They are like ever other mechanics out there. Anything to make a buck . Will not return.

Randy s got me right! Took about an hour to do my muffler delete, they let me watch and take pictures and videos explained what they were doing and had some dope music playing! Definitely recommend them!!

Warning warning please be cautious with Randy's shop Took my car to get my quarter windows in my Mustang repaired shop charge me $605 to install two Motors in quarter windows and then they called me told me the car was ready went to pick the car up neither one of the windows is working neither the weather strips are put in told me to bring it back so they can make some more adjustments to the windows all the adjustments should have been made before I even came to pick the car up and everything should have been tested before I even came to pick the car up I live in Charlotte so I have to constantly pay people to bring me to Gastonia to drop the car off or to pick the car up ask Randy sharp let's just cut ties remind me $200 of my money back and I'll be about my business they said no bring the car back so they can make some more adjustments but what if the adjustments they make don't fix the issue I'm still out of $ 200.00

Had a bad experience with a car salesman and took our car to them, I decided to take the car home and not fix the issue but the people at the shop were respectful and nice regardless and didn't charge me a diagnostic fee or anything that they had every right to upon leaving

Very welcoming & friendly atmosphere and employees every time! I've been going on & off for about 3 yrs now. I took/take my children with me & it wasn't an uncomfortable situation with people making ugly faces because they made noise in a professional setting. This place is the place to be for simple repairs to major custom work. Treat vets like fam, or atleast in my experience. Gotta watch the two working at the front, there funny. But prices lower than anyone else I dont mind the laugh!! Keep up the good work!! 2nd to none

I came in on Tuesday to have them take a look at my car, and they were confident they could get the job done quick and easy and for a very good price. I scheduled my appointment for Friday, brought it in, and an hour later I got the call it was ready. I almost couldn't believe how fast they worked on my car. Open and honest. They were willing to work with me on the pricing and split the payment. I was getting some exhaust work done and they showed me other problems that needed to be addressed without making me feel pressured. They don't make you feel like a criminal for have car trouble like "most" mechanics do just to try and squeeze money out of you. They were very polite, patient and understanding. I will definitely be going back for any other issues .

Very poor worksmanship. Small tack welds they know don t hold up on roads around here. Went to get a Brocken TAC weld fixed $300. Needless to say exhaust came completely off. Shop around !!!
