I pulled into here. They did not have my tire at the shop but had it delivered in under 10 minutes. The guy changed my tire very quickly. My kids didn't even have enough time to get upset. He was kind and cool. I will definitely come back here when needed. He also recommended me to alignment shop.

I looked everywhere for 195 60 r15 and sure enough they had them and were very reasonable

Scottie the tire man was great!!! He has helped me several times with good tires.. I Will definitely go back for his help. This is the second time he has helped me with tires to make sure I was able to get my daughter to college in ChapeHill safely

I was recommended by Sam s Club to try Quality Tire since my tire needed a rope plug. I called this place beforehand to see if they could fit me in since it was around 3 pm on a Friday. The employee on the phone was not helpful because 1. He said their service is first come, first serve and 2. they close at 5:30 but he will be leaving at 5:15. My tire had a nail in it and I didn t want to drive around town to find a place that late so I headed towards Quality Tire anyway. I didn t make it inside because while driving by, the place looked closed and also was in a shady area. I can only speak about their phone etiquete and building appearance but I still was not comfortable giving them my service.

The tires were decent, I thought the prices were a little steep for "decent" ....HOWEVER the people that work there are MORE than rude, almost downright nasty to people. I didn't say much just observed the way they talked to some of the customers. With so many options, you'd think that the owner would realize that his employees are running him out of business. I only went there because I have a hard time finding the tire size my car takes. But I'll never go back.

Fast service for new and used tires, but they are lacking in the personality department when it comes to the employees/manager... If you want reasonably priced tires and installed quickly, by all means visit them. But if you're looking for a friendly staff to chat with, you're at the wrong place... Just being honest

I got 2 tires for my SUV for only $72. I was going to go to a real tire place and spend $218 on new ones but this place helped me save some money. The tires they gave were almost new looking and a lot better than the ones I came in on. They were very fast and friendly.

Great workers. Prices not too high. The guys there do a great job there. Would refer them to anybody and everybody. Ok so having to change my review a little bit...ok so first, Dennis "dog" has a bad attitude and likes putting his hands on people! I have witnessed him telling a lady he would beat her down to the ground just because they knew each other and he didn't like her. I have saw him grab my husband by the collar of his shirt and get in his face and chest bump him! Scottie loves his job but dreads coming in to deal with dog. EVERYDAY he does something to Scottie. Shannon should know better to have his employees basically assaulting other employees and getting by with it. Dog should be fired. You want a reason to do it there you go. My husband is a hard worker and don't have to put up with dogs mouth. I still give 5 stars but it's not because of dog!

Very great place. Nice peole, fast and good service. The used tires may be a little bit more expensive then at other placed but they are well worth the money. Plus $36 or higher tires cone with a warranty. I highly recommend this store for your used and new tires.

The African American man that works here is VERY rude, has a bad attitude and clearly doesn t know the first thing about customer service! I will not be back to this establishment for that reason and that reason alone. However, I must give a big thank you to the gentleman that plugged my tire up a few weeks ago, he was extremely nice and genuine.

They were unable to help me with my tire plug. However they sent me to a place they could take care of it in fifteen minutes thank you.

The older black man is extremely rude and unpleasant. I've been coming to this location for over 15 years and things have definitely been different since he's been here. I won't be coming here going forward if common courtesy cannot be a part of the service.

Stay away. Wanted 36 dollars for tires that were past the wear bars already. (Legally bald) mind you brand new tires in the same size are only 47 dollars. Not only did they try to rip me off they were trying to sell legally bald and unsafe tires.

If I could give no stars is would have . this was my place to go to for a tire but not any more. Pulled up waited on someone to talk to got out asked for a tire was told price. I was like dang yall went up not being rude and was just saying all I got was a attuide. Never again will I spend money there.

I'm a woman. I went to this place to get 2 tires put on my truck. The 3 men that were working were smartasses. Acted like he was superior over me. I'm not a dumb woman. But this is A SORRY BUSINESS. WILL NOT BUY TIRES THERE AGAIN.

Great service..They went out of their way to make sure we got a good tire. They balanced my old tire for free..it was off by 600..They were very kind to my children. Will definitely come back for any future tire needs.

First guy asked ME how to take the tire of my rim and wanted me to sign waiver saying he is not responsible even do he didnt know how to take my tire off the rim. Then the 2nd guy tries to sell me a tire that has a huge bubble and when he noticed it and toke it off he wanted to charge me $10 for for taking my original tire of. I didnt buy a tire because 2 of the had no tread and the 3rd one had a huge bubble on its size wall.Yea they were no help and rude. I will never go there again.

Very disappointed in this place and how they run over women.I sent my girlfriend down there to get a used tire. I think this place would be honest and do the right thing but they didn't.I had to pay $45 for a used tire the tread was okay but I've seen used tires at other places for around $20 with the same tread.Why I'm mad about the tire is for one it had a plug put in it where it had a hole in it and where it ran low on air an the sidewall of the tires got worn pretty bad and is more prone to have a blowout because of this.Also the tire was a little bit dry rotted.I will never do business with this place again an there's too many used tire places around to get a better deal an not have your girlfriend get ripped off.

Very good place to get especially used tires very good and they can get new tires and usually got a few sets of rims that you can buy very friendly people low cost recommend them

I've been going here for several years. But I do believe they have sold out . None of the same people worked there anymore. The service now is TERRIBLE ,they gave me a tire that had a broken belt in it ,and they didn't tighten my hun cap well so its ,God knows where? But they claimed " they didn't do it " ... BS!! My opinion... find another place for a tire!!

If you see 2 white men and a black guy with a sailor hat don t go. Sold me 3 tires with bad belt and charged me extra for them because they had good tread. I took the car back to them and they had an attitude and didn t even want to replace them

I had a tire that was all the way flat and mr. Dennis went above and beyond to get the right tire all the while training a new employee and dealing with a full house of customers my weight was short and the price of the tire was well worth it clean I will be back

Best experience I ever had a tire shop. They re knowledgeable, fair, and just plain out do good business. My new tire and service shop for sure!!!
