Amazing staff and great service. The woman at the front desk was friendly and informative. They got my car in right away and had my issue fixed within a half an hour and I was on my way! Fast, reliable, and cheap! No complaints here!

I got there about 8:15 a.m. it took almost 3 hours to give me an estimate on how much it would cost to get my brakes fixed, only to tell me that it's going to take another 45 minutes to actually do what was requested.I had a coupon for $25 off of brake service, and you have to show them the coupon before they ring you up, but there's no price list anywhere so you can gauge how much it's going to actually cost. It comes across as if they charge you what they feel.The lady at the front desk was very nice. Very much a sweetheart.

I normally trust Precision Tune for my oil changes and inspections but NEVER AGAIN! and Beware as they told me my Turbo Charger system was bad and that they needed to be replaced a $5000 service took it to a VW Shop and all it needed was plugs, and seal $520. I will Never take my car there again!

Quoted 550 for pads and rotors on one axel only. When received call back about the work, they tried to charge 1270.70 and lied their way around it. Tried to charge for 3 hours of labor on a 30 min - an hour job.Short worded and condescending manager in the front of office. Tried to tell me that my 98 montero has a "special axel" I would not recommend this shop to anyone based off of my experience.

Stopped by before work to have a tired plugged. Arrived just as they opened and they quickly fixed my tire and I was on my way within 30 minutes. The staff that I encountered were friendly and professional. Will definitely go back.

Fantastic experience! I came in with an electrical problem, Dave was up front about the necessary time and cost to diagnose and they were well worth the money to identify the actual problem. His team had printed a detailed wire diagram for my horn system and showed me where the interrupt was coming from. They ordered the part and it was good to go. Communication was excellent throughout. I called before I drove an hour to get here and he gave me a price for what I needed done. Drive an hour and then he tells me he can't do it. Such a waste of time. Definitely save your money and go elsewhere where they're not rude. Immediately found another place that will do the job and it was half the quoted price as well with better and more experienced mechanics

Brought a used car in for a pre buy inspection. I don t believe they actually inspected it properly. 10 days later was informed by another mechanic shop that I needed a new engine. The signs were there they just missed or overlooked them. Quality service, excellent customer service, by far best prices. I have 2 vehicles that I take here every 3000 miles. They can do everything you need and the staff is extremely knowledgeable. Dave and his team were incredibly professional and expedient and the cost of their services isn t going to leave you in the poorhouse. I haven t used a commercial mechanic in years as I ve always had c&$9(;&!; luck when it comes to mechanics. Called this place to get a quote on changing spark plugs in my 2012 dodge ram 1500 5.7 hemi. They quoted me over 800.00. This is stealing at this point don't trust this place they will rob you. Got them changed for 322.00 from honest mechanics.

Best place to get your vehicle serviced. Mechanics/tech work fast and always keep the customers concern first. Dave the guy at the front desk will go out of his way to help customers. I love this place !! They are fast, cheap, and friendly. I ve never spent more than 45 minutes and Dave at the front desk is so great at his job. I hope they pay him what he s worth because I think they d crumble without him! Keep up the great work I m so glad I came across precision tune I ll never go anywhere else

Dishonest manager and back door, under the table sales. I was sold a defective wiring harness from the manager, Jamie Greene, during business hours. I was told that the harness was left over from a car that they serviced. I only realized the extent of the damage after I got home. The main harness connections are unusable. I got screwed over and will be steering clear of Jamie Greene and Precision Tune in the future.

Cheaper and fast! They tax $35 and up bringing your own oil at other places near here! Precision only charges $19.76! Wasn t much of a wait! And the waiting room was great!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I called in and gave all details about my vehicle and repair needed to this shop. They said they would work on it and gave me a price and told me to head to their location. I took the vehicle here which was a risk as it could have broken down at any point on the way. I arrived and they refused to work on it because it was not a small car. There was no reason they couldn t have done the job but unwillingness to. The mechanic also said sounds like no problem but office guy said no. I was forced to fix my own car in the parking lot across the street. Which I did. They cut themselves out of business and money in the economy. I didn t like they didn t honor their word after what they told me, and they didn t complete any work. Wouldn t recommend.

As always Precision Tune hits its mark! Starting with their manager Dave that is very helpful, Profession and knowledgeable right along with his Techs. I took my car in for a miss-fire and this TECH is no joke. His name is Michael and he did an excellent job on my car! Where do you guys get these Techs from....man, they're amazing! I've been with Provision Tune for over 10 years now and honestly I won't let anyone else touch any of my cars!THANK YOU MICHAEL!!!Keep up the great job and standards that you guys follow!!!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

I will never go here again. I went on Thursday afternoon after scheduling an appointment with them. They helped all the walk in oil changes, who did not have appointments, before they even got to my car. I was there 3 hours. First they said nothing was wrong with the car and I explained to them another facility already found a leak. I explained my warranty company suggested it go to them. So they then found a small leak in my radiator, that would cost $1000, parts and labor. The guy said he would call me back first thing Friday morning after he spoke with my warranty company. Never received a call Friday or Saturday. I called him(Jamie Greene) Monday and he said he called me right back. I called my warranty company myself and they said that mechanic never called not once to inquire about my car. Only I called about my account. They did not want to help me at all although they are eager as hell to do oil changes all day long. I will never step foot in this place again. How hard is it to make a damn phone call!!!!! It s also interesting how the owner only remarks on the good reviews and not the bad. You would think the owner would try to make upset customers happy. I have read many reviews from many companies and most of not all remark on the bad reviews to attempt to make the situation right. Or to appease the customer in some way. Not this place!!!!!!
