Tuesday February 20, 2024 truck started shaking on 10 gear at 70 mph. Stopped and tried to figure out all the fault codes the truck was showing changed out a few sensors and nothing worked. Wednesday February 21, 2024 I started to call around for roadside assistance and all day I was getting no where with calls or mechanics. Finally came across On the go fleet services and talked to Jeremy and he was on a call and was honest and told me that if I could wait he could make it out to me Thursday morning so I said yeah I would wait for him. Thursday 22, 2024 he shows up ran a diagnostics test on my truck. Diagnostics revealed that injector 6 was not working. So Jeremy button up everything up and started to look for the injector and found it later on that day. Friday February 23, 2024 I took the truck to the shop and Jeremy started working on it. Once head /valve cover was open and started removing parts Jeremy with his attention to detail found the injector rocker was broken as well. So got on the phone and called around and in a few minutes we found the rocker and picked it up. Jeremy picked it up came back and continued with the job. Finally got injector and rocker changed out and I was out of the shop by end of shift. Jeremy was very professional and honest about everything and got the job done even after him telling me it been years that he had done work like this and I trusted him. Got to give it to On the Go Fleet Service and Jeremy for the awesome service I got. Good mechanic good pricing good company and professional I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Art the owner is a weird guy .The actual mechanic is cool but controlled by big art.Art u are losing good customers with your weird attitude.Most of us truckers just want a good mechanic with good communication skills .How u run a biz but don't care about the customers...weird

Engine Hose Replacement - Jeremy came out to assist my semi driver last night. My driver had a Dry rotted hose, and all the radiator fluid leaked out. Jeremy asked the correct questions of my driver before he came out to service the semi. My driver also provided pictures of the broken hose. When Jeremy arrived, he had the hose and the radiator fluid to get our truck back on the road.On-The-Go Fleet Services' rates were fair and their service mechanic was respectful and very helpful. He explained to the driver how all the other hoses were in good shape. Jeremy also explained to me, the owner of he company, what the problem was with the hose, and he confirmed the other hoses he inspected were in good shape. This helped me confirm that my driver did not leave any details out about the status of his semi.If any of my trucks need any service in On-The-Go Fleet Services' service area, I will have my drivers contact them and request Jeremy for assistance. If he is not available, I am sure there are other squared away mechanics on call!!Thanks,VincentPatriot Transport Corp

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST IN GASTONIA!!!! I called Jeremy on 2/20/23 to assist my driver in the area. He answered and responded very quickly! He arrived, provided a diagnosis, went to get the hp fuel line kit, installed it and had my driver going super fast!!!!!! Fast forward to today 2/21/23 my driver had a fuel leak not caused by anything done yesterday but Jeremy met my driver again today installed an O-ring and he s back going!!! Thank you so much Jeremy for your hard work and dedication!!! You are a true asset to your business and I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE IN GASTONIA NEEDING DIESEL WORK TO CALL ON THE GO!!!!!! Long story short, Jeremy is a super hero! I ve had to call on the go twice within the last month.. the first time for a dead battery, and this past week for a broken serpentine belt. I just relocated out here from NY and have been skeptical with finding a good mechanic that won t break your pockets. On the Go Fleet services go above and beyond, and Jeremy is the man! We couldn t find the correct fitting serpentine belt for my truck and it took us all of a week, after buying 5 different ones, but Jeremy never gave up on me. Kept communication throughout the week and got me back rolling! They ve got a forever customer in me.Service: Air conditioning

First off, every point of contact with this company was right-on! Art communicated all of the necessary info very well and I felt like we were in good hands from the get-go.Dalton was our mechanic and he was very knowledgeable and really took the time to diagnose every little thing. He had amazing attention to detail, patience, and was a very hard-worker.We lost our trailer brakes and he not only fixed them, but also told us about a bolt that was missing on one side (where a brake caliper was just hanging.) Long story but we had lost a seal (and had to replace an axle and 2 tires in Arkansas driving across the country.) Then the trailer brakes stopped working in South Carolina on our way up the coast.
