My husband and I came back to return a piece the moment we walked in the store the employee tells is coworker there comes the guy that speaks Spanish I m not taking him I ll take a customer when he leaves not know I spoke English. Store manager was called up and took one look at us didn t even take the piece out the box and said No they won t give us a refund. If you can t work in a store with diverse groups of customers find yourself a different job where the only customers are your own raise. Y all need to hire more Spanish people considering the majority of your customers are Hispanics.

Horrible experience go in trying to piece together my truck because I just purchased it have it at a local reputable shop right down the street. Mike is a racist and Travis doesn t need a management position. You re in a customer service base job if you don t wanna help people look for a new career.

Service was great. I had to get a new battery and had my 10 month old with me so it was kinda hard to carry a battery. The employee was nice enough to get my old battery and bring the new one out to my car.

Stopped in today with a few questions about a vehicle I was going to be purchasing. I was helped by Jay and he went BEYOND above and beyond to help me. I don't visit auto parts stores very often but I guarantee you after today I will be bringing all of my business to O'Reilly's. Thanks for hiring great employees.

Went to pick up my part I had Joe lay out some parts for me people were really rude gave me the wrong part went home come back and did it again there's still still got the wrong part I would not go there they don't know what they're doing

I will be the first to admit that I am not mechanically inclined to the operations of a automobile. Saturday's (16 March 2019) was my second visit to the store, on both of my visits the clerks have been more than just helpful, but actually taking the time to walk through the process of getting a fix for my problem in a cost sense fashion. I cannot express how much I appreciate the time and effort that these guys make, especially a man named Jason, if he isn't one of the store managers then he certainly should be. I'd just like to say that I appreciate all the help and support in an area of my life that I am lost in.

Orileys West End is the BEST in town. If they don't have it, they will find it! They always take care of me. Its the only parts house I visit. Great place. Great people.

I stood near a register for over 10 minutes being completely ignored by 2 of the 3 men working there. The third that did acknowledge me was with customers unlike the others

As for o'Reilly's store and parts I would give them a 5 star rating. But this new way of billing STINKS TO HIGH HEAVEN!! You use to get a full months bill each month to be able to pay it off. Now you get a bill that stops half way through the month which is the most confusing thing to understand and know what you owe. Who ever came up with this new billing needs another job. Do what's best for customers or lose business!

This Oreilly s is the best, I have gone to the one in Shelby and unfortunately they don t get one inch of being close to customer satisfaction. I came in here and asked for a Check Engine light and they gave me the information I needed that saved me over $500.00, the other Oreilly in Kings Mountain only referred me to the near car shop telling me that they had no clue what code it read and I needed to get check by a computer and that they couldn t assist me at all.

Not having the $100.00 on hand to rent a ball joint tool, this store was nice enough to allow me to use theirs at the store after Advanced Auto had just turned me away without the slightest consideration of my plight! And, I bought the part from Advanced!!The manager even cleared a space off of the lower counter for me to work on! I would not have been able to accomplish the repair otherwise! Truly, above-and-beyond customer service!!I just wish that I had caught the manager's and associate's names so that I could have gave them a proper shout out! God bless good people, they are in such rare form these days!Should go without saying, but, they converted me! After a decade of patronage, I will **NEVER** shop at Advance Auto Parts again!!!

Called for an alternator for my truck. While on the phone I was told that I could rent the wrench and sockets I needed to change the alternator. Arrive at the store 10-15 mins later and a completely different story. All of a sudden they can t rent them to me. The store manager says I must have been talking with one of the drivers. Go figure

My daughter went into this store Mike is a bad person in customer service had bad experience this is second time contacted corporate still nothing done people should not have to deal with disrespectful races people and you guys made this man a assistant manager. I have it on video and will be putting it on social media is will not be treated like this with spending money always but this company will not get my business this is the second time had to call corporate to get assistant with warranty items........what tops it off this man went to hide the part and another worker seen him do it and went to get it. Video is get posted to show what this company let run there business nothing was done last time

Got some oil change stuff on special and it was a pretty good price. Had to go back for the 3/8 of a quart over 5 the Nissan uses. And holy crap $10 for a quart of oil and a gallon of washer fluid. Needless to say I will not be going back.

I called about a headlight lens they said I would have to come pay for it before they could ship it . It was the next morning before I could get there .they went ahead and had it shipped and it was there when I got there. It saved me from going back .
