Went in for a brake inspection 26 July 2023. Informed front office that I know the front brakes are bad but need back checked also. After they inspected , was told I needed front pads + rotors and the drums only needed a clean and adjust per invoice photo. I ve never heard of drums being cleaned or adjusted so I declined service. Seemed like it was not necessary.Front brakes were overpriced but I wanted them done ASAP so proceeded with service anyway. After work was complete, I kept hearing grinding and knew something was wrong. Took it to another mechanic and lo and behold Ms D s tech never even checked my drums. They were so hard to remove and so much brake dust came out when they were removed I KNOW they didn t even check them to begin with. This could have been a serious problem, thankfully I got the issue fixed elsewhere. Just be aware of techs that are here cutting corners on brake inspections.edited to respond:Service was under a different name. Tina Lane

Asked if they could install a starter and she quoted me at $600 for parts and labor. I bought the part for $300 at O Rileys which I got back $30 when I brought the old starter back in. I installed my self with ratchet and wrench s in 45minutes. How is $300-$330 in labor fair for something a professional mechanic could do in 10-15 minutes??? Highway robbery. Won t be going here for anything.

DO NOT GO HERE. I HAD BAD WHEEL BEARINGS AND THESES PPL DIDNT EVEN TEST DRIVE MY VEHICLE. JUST PLUGGED MY TIRE FOR A NAIL AND SENT ME ON MY WAY. AND MS B is the most rude and inconsiderate being on this earth. THEY ARE RISKING LIVES ONE DAY AT AT TIME DO NOT GO THERE!No tell them the truth. You have no idea how far I've driven my car since then and I bet you the thousand dollars it cost to fit my vehicle that my car was absolutely not driven. Show me the video. You aren't honest and you are not to be trusted.

This is the only place I trust with my car. As a woman I am always being messed with at auto shops and this one does not mess with you. They are honest and effective, they don't overcharge you either. I love this place and would recommend to everybody I know

After repairs were made about a week later my vehicle had a rattle. I was told to drive it 500 miles. Long story short the driveshaft bolts going into the transmission were not installed to specs. The driveshaft was loose and rattling and damaged the underneath my car as it came out of the transmission and was also a direct response of the engine light coming on (I was told that the two werent related and they infact absolutely were). By the Grace of God the third bolt holding felt out in my driveway and not while driving. There was only 1 bolt holding it in when it was towed back. One of the ears that hold the bolt actually broke off. Not only was that in fact very very dangerous it could have caused further damage and possibly been fatal had it happened on the interstate. They acted as if it was a burden for them to have to repair it. I actually worked there at the time and decided to resign due to the lack (on their part) of caring that they could have possibly killed me. I may have worked there but I paid the same price as if anyone reading this would have and I feel like my life is just as important as anyone reading this. I had a clutch replaced and in order to get to it they had to remove the transmission and driveshaft.

Had an issue with my ram 2014 3500Contact the shop they were able to accommodate.Had an issue with my transmission they were able to get me a replacement from ram directly a factory re manufactured transmission that had a great warranty on it it took the shop a few weeks to get everything together and make things happen they got it done. They also do the basic mechanics needed for my truck their mechanics were super nice and very efficient I highly recommend using this location.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Transmission replacement, Oil change

Most outstanding repair shop. The Counter staff is fantastic, helpful and courteous. Drove from Atlanta and they took me within 15 mins of my arrival. Great Group!! Highly recommend!I can't remember a repair shop where folks as nice as this, staff is outstanding!!!!!

This is a great place and I will bring my car to them from now on. I had been struggling for weeks to get my car fixed, tried multiple people and no one could help. Went down to Ms. D s and they said they could help me. They got my car towed to them and had it fixed the very next day. I was sent to Ms D's by my extended warranty provider. I would like to say that I could not have made a better choice on my own. The staff were friendly and diagnosed my issue promptly. It took three days to get my vehicle back but that was due to having to have a new differential shipped in from Nissan rather than a repair of the old one or a junk yard part. Then they were kind enough to stay past closing time so that I could pick my car up. I highly recommend Ms D's to anyone needing auto service. Good mechanics and all around fine people.

Super fast inspection, and very nice people. I called at 12:15, got there at 12:30 and was out the door at 1. I have a regular mechanic that I trust but they are slow on inspections and oil changes. I will be a regular here for them! They also have a sweet oil change discount card after a few times of spending $25. The guy at the desk also explained they re moving just across the street to a huge new building later this year!Service: General repairs & maintenance

This shop was recommended to me by a friend. I got an oil change at a dealership and they told me all the things that were wrong with my car. Took it to this shop to have all the work done to my surprise they said my car was in fantastic shape what a wonderful surprise in this day and time that honesty is the best They told me nothing was wrong with my car it was in fabulous shape thank you so much for all of your honesty I will never go anywhere else.

Overpriced ~~ take vehicle in for something minor and they come back giving a salesman speech telling you that something else is in bad shape and make it sound like it could be dangerous if you don't go ahead and let them fix it. (Example: Original repairs, and this was already high, about $200 but with the addition they say you need, $900)

Super quick service. I called to see what the wait time was to get an NC Inspection and they said 30min. About 45minutes later I arrived for my inspection and wasn't sure if that would be the wait time still. The people were polite & friendly and I was done & back in my car by 29mins later. Will come back again next year!

Went in for an oil change and state inspection, found out my wheel bearing was going bad and on its last leg. The crew at Ms. D auto did an excellent job taking care of the problem and charged much less than what the Toyota dealership wanted for the same service. I highly recommend Ms. D Auto for your car needs, I will be taking all of my cars there from now on.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

I would recommend Ms. D s auto! My AC Compressor went out on my Corolla and they fixed it for way cheaper than Toyota quoted me. I called they had my parts ready to fix it the next day and it was fixed in a day. My air has been working like new ever since. They are honest and they have many many years of Experience. Excellent customer service!

I've used Ms. D's now on about 5 occasions for oil changes , inspections and tire service. They have always been fast , thorough and great people to work with would recommend them to anyone, Scott at the counter is great!

Very dissatisfied with the service from Dawn and her crew. I called ahead of time to ensure that they were able to work on my vehicle based off of the diagnosis from three other mechanics. I scheduled an appointment 5 days out and brought my vehicle in. Dawn and her crew diagnosed my vehicle incorrectly; stating that it was my vehicle's yoke bearing. They told me that my warranty company denied the claim and told me to go to the dealership for the factory warranty. Ms. D's charged me a $50 diagnostic fee. When I brought my vehicle to the dealership they diagnosed the differential and coupler assemblies. The dealership proceeded to complete all repairs at no cost to me. I called Ms. D's to receive a full refund of the $55.64 as they diagnosed it incorrectly and sent me off with an unstable vehicle. Dawn the owner and manager refused a refund and was extremely rude. So now I'm out $55.64 because of the incompetence of this location and her staff. I would not recommend any services from this location and will never go back again.

Great service they seen my mother for a inspection on my dad's truck and fitted us in and got us out within 40 minutes or less can't quite remember exactly how much time I want to say around 30 minutes. Recommend going here for an inspection and other services as they seem to be great at customer care.

I went here to get my safety inspection done on my vehicle my regular mechanic was out of town due to death in the family I decided to give these guys a try after five minutes of being there I was told hey you by some woman mind you know they have my registration so you know m first and last name but then I get your tints too dark I ll do your safety check out it s not honing to pass. I m like I had the same tint for years and never had an issue. I went to another shop got my safety check done in 10 min I don t think my tint was too dark I m sure it was my skin that was too dark but my money is green and was good at the other place .

I leave this review based on one thing, and one thing alone; Customer Service. I have NEVER had my vehicle serviced by this establishment, but the some fact that I called needing some assistance and was met with absolute PERFECT customer service I leave them 5 stars. They have tow services and will do just about anything you need, just give them a quick call to ensure this. I would gladly use their services in my next time of need!!!
