The hands down most knowledgeable and sincere transmission mechanic I've ever met. The only other shocking thing was my bill for an ats stage 2 trans swap in a 2019 ram 2500. Expensive already, this was the the last painful of anything in the knowledge I learned Irreplaceable felt like family veteran approved you need something done with your transmission go to these guys

Everyone here was kind, honest, and straightforward. Turns out I didn t have a transmission issue at all. They advised me what was wrong, and allowed them to service my transmission since I was way overdue. I definitely 100% recommend them!

We were told by the dealership our 2011 Toyota Venza needed a new transmission and we were quoted approximately 6k. We declined and have been driving around the last 4 months praying the transmission didn t go out on us. A family friend suggested Miller Transmission, we were advise it was a computer issue. They did a factory reset and the car is back to running smoothly. This was done free of charge and we were advised to come back if we had any issues. We are so happy and appreciative for the service we received.

Miller spent time and effort to diagnose my transmission problems. But it was a CTV issue that most shops won't/can't repair .. parts no longer available.. they told me no charge , which I appreciate , especially at Christmas time. The dealership wanted several hundred dollars to do the same diagnosis.. honest people.. they come highly recommended for a reason.Thank you Milller transmission

They wheelchair bound lady in the office can hardly communicate with customers due to her mouth full of food. She had a buffet of sandwiches and snacks spread all over the place. Ive been there 4 times and the same each time. The younger girl is clueless.

My Toyota Camry (2010) had a shudder and I suspected a transmission issue. Called other places who weren't even ready to analyze the problem but suggested I buy a new transmission. Called Miller's and they asked me to bring it in. They discussed the possible problems with me and suggested solutions. Turned out a full transmission service solved my problem. Top professionals and great price. They're the best!Service: Transmission

My mother had her transmission looked at and fixed a while back she was telling me, and a few other things as well! She said this is a great business and the owner and his employees are very friendly and very nice! And if my momma rates 5 stars then so do I! She has the best judgement by far and if I'd listened to her all this time in my life I would probably be very successful but following the wrong crowd didn't get me far at all Service: Transmission

I dropped my vehicle off and they were completely honest with me. They said they were swamped with work and it would be 2 to 3 weeks before they finished my vehicle. They came highly recommended from people that I trust and had did business with them. They completed the service and my truck works perfectly. Thank you to all the employees at Miller's. From the front desk to the mechanics. Very professional and honest. Hope I didn't offend Tony by asking for a test drive before I paid but I've been burned before by dishonest mechanics before. Guess I'm gun shy now.Update: My shift linkage came apart near the transmission. I don't know if this was an oversight or what. But this happened after i got transmission rebuilt, Was gonna drive out of town and that wont happen. Towing vehicle back to Millers' Tuesday after labor day. Gonna put that 1 year warranty to test. Will update this review later.UPDATE:Towed vehicle back. They fixed linkage problem. Drove vehicle a couple days and noticed a hose hanging from underneath. Took vehicle to my mechanic who recommended Miller's. He said a clip was broken that held hose up to keep it from hanging. Said it was a vent hose for crankcase. Something to do with transmission. These were minor problems and they still get 5 stars from me. Transmission works perfectly so for.Thanks for a great experience.Cleveland LynchService: Transmission

I took my jeep there on a Thursday and they worked on finding the problem with my transmission not going into high gear.They found that the speed sensors were just loose. Since they didn't do anything to the transmission, they didn't charge me a dime!!! I begged them to take something for their troubles but they wouldn't take it! Finally,an honest mechanic..and very friendly to the customers! I won't go to anyone else in the future!!

They repaired my 2008 Ford f-150 about 10 months ago. I bought it to them after having issues with another transmission shop and they diagnosed the issue and there cost was very reasonable and they completed the job and i m very pleased.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

I took my car to Miller's thinking i was paying for another transmission swap, after I had just gotten it out of another transmission shop, within 4 hours they had identified my issue! Had it not been for part delivery time they would've had my car done within 2 days! Completely honest company! I have no clue about anything mechanical and they could've easily made me replace my transmission again for a higher profit, but instead saved me money! Fully recommend choosing Miller's as this is the ONLY transmission shop I'll ever use from this point forward!

My experience with Millers transmission shop was a blessing. They are family oriented and have a heart for others. They help you in every way to get the best quality and best price. Had a clutch and rear main seal put in my 1988 ford f150 . I took the truck back 3 times and still leaks they said it was a oil pan gasket another shop showed me where the transmission was leaking millers said nothing they did. I'll never use them again

The folks were friendly, they weren't pushy and they didn't charge for the inspection of my vehicle. Once it was inspected, they called to tell me what the problem was and left it entirely up to me to decide if I wanted them to fix it, which I did. I recently took my 1996 Honda Accord to this shop. I was given a quote over two thousand dollars for repair after an inspection from another shop. Miller's discovered the problem was simply a broken wire and took less than twenty minutes to repair. They were honest, efficient and friendly. The car runs beautifully now. I recommend this shop to anyone who asks (and some who don't). They also have an A+ BBB rating.

They ve done good by me. They determined my issue was the transfer case. In my GMC Sierra. I Ordered a remanufactured case. I dropped the case off on a Friday. they had it in the truck by the next wendsday. good diagnosis. Another shop had completely rebuilt the transmission. Only to find out that that wasn t the problem. Stop by miller s if you ve got a trans problem.

I recommend this place to anyone!!! My PCM went out in my 2008 dodge avenger and they are going to fix it once the new PCM comes in!! Everyone is so nice and helpful. Steve is just an amazing person he has really looked out for me and they are very reasonable. I'm telling you if I could give them 100 stars I would.

Service was great and very professional and understanding I wouldn't take my car's to no one else but Miller's transmission. Not to mention you can deal with one person and they treat you with respect not like some of these jack legs around here that don't even want to talk to you. After a jump-start my transmission was having trouble shifting properly. I tried calling all the transmission places in Kings Mountain where I live, but nobody would answer their phone. I ended up calling Miller's Transmission, and they said "bring it on down and we'll take a look." It ended up being a computer issue due to the jump start, and took them less than 10 minutes to reset the computer. They didn't charge me anything for it, which was a nice surprise. I'll be going back to them anytime I need transmission work in the future. Nice people, great customer service, and a good business ethic: what else could you ask for in a business?

Very nice and friendly people. I love the vibe and I love how helpful everyone was. I most definintely recommend this place, not only did Mr. Miller help us, he educated us on our car and showed us what to do next time to prevent being in the same situation.
