I was on a road trip & had major blow out. I was in desperate need of help (on a late Friday afternoon) I was met with kindness & professionalism. They stayed late to get me 4 new tires and my problems fixed! Highly recommend!!

I came in for a nail in my tire and the staff was right on point! I am so happy with the outcome and they cleaned and shined my tire!!! I love Mavis tire! It was awesome! I love the manager James he comes to my job faithfully and always is nice and welcoming! Thank y all so much for what you did!!!!!Everybody should come to Mavis Tire shop!!!! You will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!

This is the only shop I take my cars to. They are very friendly and very helpful. They go above and beyond. Especially Zach, Howard, James, and Skylar. They are solid people and will forever have my business. I've taken all of my cars there including my work truck. They are fast and fair.

Great place with extremely helpful and friendly employees. Wanted someone to look at my car and tires & James helped me out, put my mind at ease and never once pushed me to purchase any products or repairs that I did not need. Will definitely be retuning to this location as needed.

The manager was friendly and knowledgeable. Took the time to review and confirm the technicians work. Double checked the tire before pulling the car out of the bay. I like that they took time over service than time. Choose Mavis for your tire needs.

They are very helpful here! Went in thinking I needed new brake pads and they did a fullDiagnosis came back and told me my brakes were in perfect condition. Very helpful and kind!

The guys at mavis are very professional. I dropped my car off this morning to get and oil change and all four brakes done. Everything was done pretty fast and now my car is stopping so much better. Thanks again guys. I ll be back

I needed a tire unexpectedly and stopped in Mavis for the first time since I was close. James was by far the most helpful and professional service rep I have worked with in a while. I was in and out in a timely manner and at a great price. He made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I will definitely be back for any future service needs. Thank you James!

I ve been to many Mavis locations in the past. This is by far the best location I have ever been to. Customer service is amazing. James greeted me with a smile and showed me first hand was was wrong with my vehicle. Great service is all aspects. James you re amazing and you do a great job at taking care of your customers.

James and the mavis team did an amazing job fixing the issue with my vehicle. when I had to get codes cleared up after my service was done the mavis team worked swiftly to make sure my issue was rectified! Everyone was so nice and respectful.

Great folks here, doing good work. Went to have soft breaks checked and an oil change. In and out quickly, even on a Saturday. If you need work, this is the place to go!! New shop and up to date equipment! Thanks guys, for a great car repair experience!!

This shop didn t tighten the caliper on brake service causing complete brake failure while I was on the road. Talk about nightmare fuel. After having to convince them to cover the cost of the tow and labor from the previous day (mind you not even asking for the entire job to be covered), the manager said he didn t receive my email recapping what had happened but received the attached receipts from the email? Of course not, why would they admit they almost caused a major accident? When I got the reimbursement he told me you looked tired and gave me cash in an envelope. Yeah, I was tired, tired of dealing with this kind of activity. Very sketchy and unapologetic. Thankfully another shop nearby did a free check only to find more loose bolts from the work done here. This could have been fatal and I am extremely disappointed and frankly disgusted by this shop. Stay away.

Absolutely amazing experience. This store is top of its game when it comes to teslas. Had an issue at another store and was able to drive here and the manager and staff took care of me immediately. Definitely me new go to store for care car and tires. Amazing job guys

Called to see if they do alignments and they said absolutely. Left work to get one done and they said my 2018 Silverado wouldn't fit the alignment machine... you would think that new shop in Gastonia with HUNDREDS of trucks around would have the capability. Well you guessed it, they don't. Do not take your truck here as they are a joke for this place.
