After 30 years with the same mechanic, I had to find a new one. I went to Lineberger and explained as a single female. I need to be able to trust them. They have been absolutely awesome! I completely trust them and Would refer anyone to them!

Chris and the crew at Linebergers Auto did a fantastic job leading me through the process of purchasing a used vehicle. It was awesome to see their shop humming and although they were busy, they were very much engaged with my needs and had a balanced focus between the customers and the vehicles under their care. Although I didn't have a vehicle serviced there, I would certainly consider doing so in the future. They anticipate questions and take things a step further than I expected. Kudos to an honest business doing great work.

I called Lineberger's in tears after the Mavis down the street "repaired" my brakes and did not tighten the caliper causing complete brake failure on the road... I was so upset, traumatized and terrified to drive. I needed a shop to take a look at my brakes and make sure the car was ok after everything that happened.The owner answered and welcomed me in immediately. I did not even have an appointment. They took a look at my brakes and tightened a loose screw.He and his team were empathetic, trustworthy, honest, and kind. I will definitely be back for any future needs and will be recommending them to everyone.

Do not recommend this place unless you are getting a simple inspection which even then they still take forever. Took my van to get a spark plug re threaded and new spark plugs on the rest of the cylinders. They took my van for almost a whole month and yet they couldn t do it and suggested JB welding it, well I asked if it worked and they said yes they had a truck like that and it lasted a long time. Well I went to pick it up after calling them over and over about it payed $550 and the mechanic told me when I asked did it work it ll last you 5 seconds or 5 miles I said well I hope not and he said it won t come out trust me. Well I pulled out and 15 seconds in it blew out and I called them right away and Chris left me on hold for 5 minutes while I was pulled over on the road. I decided to head back and he said we will try again. I went back 3 days later to pick it up just for them to tell me it didn t work and I have to take it somewhere to get the engine removed. The mechanic there told me he could ve done it but Chris didn t want to waste time on it. I decided to take it to my regular mechanic in South Carolina and didnt think to ask for a refund as I thought they changed the rest of the spark plugs. My mechanic fixed the issue in 2 days and notified me I still had old spark plugs throughout the rest of the cylinders. I called Chris and he proceeded to tell me it was for (re threading the spark plug) which they never did. So I payed 550 for JB weld that didn t work and before he reads it and try s to tell his version of the story and lie like he did on the phone, know that I recorded all the phone calls and the last one he lied about me going back right away when it blew out and told me I went back hours later and lied saying he re threaded it and it blew out that way when he knew it was the JB weld he recommended . He only gave me back $120 from the $550 which isn t right at all. I ll post the videos of the phone calls if he doesn t make it right or if he replies to this lying.

They were amazing, helpful, answered any questions I had, outstanding service, and had me out in a quickness. Thanks for everything, I will be back in the future, and this will be my new auto repair shop for nw on. I will recommend any of my friends and family to them.

Great place to Do business. The owner is a Christian man and Honest and does great work. It is very expensive. Way overpriced

I ve been hunting for an honest, reliable mechanic for years. A friend recommended Lineberger s Automotive and they were wonderful! I took my Mazda for a 100,000 mile tune up today and they didn t try to sell me on unnecessary repairs. Their prices were reasonable and the entire team was friendly. I m happy to say that I finally found a repair shop where I feel comfortable and confident my vehicle is in good hands.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

Chris is a straight shooter and honest as the day is long. He has helped me with many vehicles this past year, and I appreciate his insights on what needs to be replaced now vs. in the future. He and his team's diagnosis of issues has saved me countless dollars too. Highly recommend!

My breaks siezed and they got me in quickly on a holliday week. They worked continuously to make sure my jeep was fixed and made sure it was safe to drive. They charged me 1/2 of what everyone else would have. I would highly recommend! Everyone was so friendly, I have found my new mechanic!

Would not recommend this business. My experience was I was lied to by Chris when he told me to bring up my Mazda at 10 on Friday and he would do a diagnostic. When I got there, he was too busy chatting with other people about eating places and casual talk with other people and so forth. SO, I told him I would leave it since he closed early on Friday. He assured me that it would be done Monday. I told him I was going out of town midweek and would need it by Tuesday. Come Tuesday I called him, and he made excuses how he could not do it, blaming how he could not get his bad helpers to work. He angrily said for me to come get my car and hung up the phone on me. Maybe he needs to get out from behind the desk and quit depending on others to do his work. I believe you should do what you SAY you are going to do, and this was not my impression of Chris.Service: Electrical

After having a horrible experience at a corporate mechanic facility, we came to Lineberger automotive. The corporate mechanic told us our vehicle would be thousands and thousands of repairs, told us the vehicle was in bad shape and to just ride it until it dies, gave us a ridiculous quote, and actually caused more problems that what we had initially. We declined services and went to see Chris. He provides HONEST and reliable work. He repaired my husbands vehicle immediately and it was a minor issue. Nothing compared to what the corporate facility told us. Lineberger Automotive is local, reliable, trustworthy, honest, and genuine. Something that is rare these days! We have used them several times before and will plan to use them for anything we need in the future. I highly recommend anyone and everyone to go see Chris. They serve us well each time. We will never go anywhere else!

While driving my tire started to go flat. I was lucky that this business was just feet away. Chris Lineberger, took exceptional care me and the service was quick.
