Purchased a 6.4 x 12 utility trailer from the sales professional Tammy at this location and was very pleased with the service, professionalism, timely responsiveness, and the great value of a quality product. Another staff member even took the time to install the spare tire with rim for me. Highly recommend and will definitely be a repeat customer.

The manager Tammy was very helpful & knowledgeable about the products sold in her store. I bought a 7x14 double cylinder dump trailer & accessories. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

David answered the phone when I called. I told him I was having trailer light problems and needed to be on the road heading back to Indiana today. Could he look at it? He said bring it over. Within 15 minutes he determined it was just a loose battery cable after running several tests. He fixed it and wouldn t take anything for his time. Said it was a simple fix and was glad to help us get back on the road heading for home. Thanks to David we are on the road again

I have been a customer since 2011. My first time seeing a truck parts place since moving from Gastonia. I just picked up my 2011 GMC SIERRA from a nearby dealership and they wanted over 400.00 to put in a spray in bed liner. My sales guy told me about this place nearby in Kannapolis NC. I walked in one Saturday morning thinking I would pay a lot for it. I spoke to a young lady name Tammy Humphrey s and she said as such a cheerful person and she taught me about the liners and options I had and before I left I had set a schedule to get the spray in liner and order other items to make my truck one of a kind. Because she was so helpful I end up buying many more parts for my truck. Then later in 2015 I purchased another new truck and she was doing my truck shows events. So I wanted a hard tri fold cover for the rear and she gave me options again and a sweet deal and I purchased that cover and she found a person in Mooresville area to install it. So again I was happy with the results. Since I have many friends with trucks they would ask where did I but it? So I would give them Tammy s number and she would do whatever it take to make them happy as well to order parts. Did I mention I bought a shed from her as well. So I go back many years and no matter where she is located I will find her to get my truck looking like I want it. So I have a new purchase I am getting in stalled this week and again she sent me options on what will work on my truck and I can t wait to get the new shocks installed on my truck. In the future I plan on getting more information on a lift and you can believe Leanards will be the comp at to install it. Thanks for allowing me to help out this location with this google review. I have been looking for a 6x12 trailer for about 3 months used. Could not find anyone that had one for sale with a title. I contacted Tammy Humphrey through Facebook Messenger and went and looked at a trailer they had on special. She went out of her way above and beyond to help me get the trailer I wanted at a great price! If anyone in the surrounding area needs a cargo trailer, regular trailer, or a shed, this is a place you need to go to. Beyond five stars! Thank you greatly!

Outstanding people who run this place! Minor issue with hooking up my camper shell and Tammy/David fixed the issue without hesitation. I drove over an hour to get there due to the reviews and they live up to the 5 star rating at this location! Thanks again and plan to do future business with you.

SCAM!!!!!!!!!! Do not go here! Absolutely terrible customer service and they ll pull a fast one on you with no remorse! I paid for a windshield replacement and once they ve finally got my windshield in they break it! I have been back and forth with these clowns for a month trying to get my money back! I paid them CASH so where is my cash? My kids would ve starved by now if I had relied on them to get me my money back. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED AND DISGRACEFUL. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!

Leonard s is amazing! The staff definitely makes you want to return. They are so nice and genuinely caring. Tammy, Nick and David are all amazing. They treat you like family and make the entire experience perfect. I bought my building there and went back to buy a custom dog house. I went again this week for amp steps for my sons truck. They helped me find the most perfect items that work for us. It s nice to go into a business and feel like the people actually care about you and get excited to see you. Tammy is amazing! She is like family now and we will continue to go back because of her. She is always smiling and happy and super helpful. She honestly makes this location the only place I ever want to go to. She is by far the best! She knows how to make people feel welcome, cared for, important and special. Her personality is one of a kind. Tammy was great! We bought a tow dolly and we called to ask about it 15 minutes before closing. She told us to come on. She was very friendly and had a great personality. She was also extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions! Great experience to say the least! I will definitely recommend them!

If you want someone to answer your questions and address your needs in a courteous professional manner call Leonard Buildings and Truck Accessories and speak with Tammy. She was able to schedule an appointment the next day at a time that was convenient for me. After a friendly greeting upon arrival, Tammy sent my trailer back to David so he could check the brakes. After a thorough inspection he came out and told me that everything was working properly. I felt confident that I would be safe going on an extended trip with my trailer in tow. Tammy also offered helpful advice on anti-theft measures to take while traveling.I was extremely pleased with the way I was treated and the service that I received. I would highly recommend this business!

The Gastonia team is the best for quality service. Tammy and David helped me upgrade my trailer tires. They recommended a bigger tire for my trailer and installed it. I would recommend them for all kind of services.

I couldn t say enough about my wonderful experience with this awesome place. OMGEEE where do I start. From the time I started my chat maybe 10 minutes later Tammy from the Gastonia store called me. Tammy was beyond the sweetest and most kind lady ever. She went above and beyond to make sure my daughter gets her playhouse for Christmas because they are closed on Christmas Eve. Idk who was more excited me or her lol. She made one call and made it happen. Also there were papers that needed to be signed and this is where Jeff the man with the plan steps in and brings the documents to my house for me to sign this was beyond a blessing for me honestly and it will be a moment I will always cherish and never forget. I totally would recommend Leonard s to all my family and friends and this definitely won t be my last purchase from them. Such an awesome team 5plus for me

Love doing business with theses guys. First was the leveling kit that I bought from them and was installed. Then I purchased a Leer bed topper. Great quality and the installation was professional and prompt. Both Tammy and David are customer oriented and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

From the moment I stepped inside about a year ago and every interaction between I have been treated great by these folks. Tammy and her team are super helpful and professional and actually care about the customer! Not just making a buck. They helped me with a camper shell I didnt even buy from them! Then helped me get the bumper of my dreams for my truck and were excited for me!! Very friendly, passionate, and caring! Service like this is hard to find these days and this team represents exactly what every company's customer service should strive for!!Sincerely very happy customer!

My husband talked me into getting a utility trailer for our truck a week or so ago. We couldn't have picked a better place to buy it from. Tammy was absolutely amazing. We even upgraded from the one we originally looked at. It was close to closing time but that didn't matter. She did not rush the process at all and made sure we were completely happy with our purchase. I will make sure I send some people your way Tammy! Thank you so much for making our experience great.

This place is awesome The staff was very customer friendly and knowledgeable about their product. These people could stop selling truck accessories and start giving courses on customer service. They are that good. And you don't always get that. Tammy ,Cecil, and David are an asset for this business. Tammy has the best personality could talk to her all day. She helped me figure out what i needed for my truck that looked good and was still serviceable for work. Cecil and Dave installed my equipment and it looks like it was done at the factory. Even called me back to the shop to ask me my opinion on where i wanted the outlets for my truck bed because i have a lot of equipment to charge up. They could've put it anywhere but they wanted to make sure it would work for me. All in all they have a repeat customer . I don't know or haven't talked to the owner of this business but you would do good to keep these three around. Happy holidays

When I first went to the new Gastonia location I was looking for a toolbox for my new truck. Paul and his staff were very helpful comparing products and their features. Today I went in to purchase my toolbox and had another great experience. Tammy was so helped and very knowledgeable with the products, she found me exactly what I wanted! Great people and great customer service! Thank you Tammy and Paul, I will definitely be back! I highly recommend.

Customer service is as important to me as the product of which I purchase. I have received nothing but the best of both from Tammy. I needed to purchase a shed and was unsure of what size I needed, but Tammy was able to figure the perfect size to fit my needs. From start to finish, Tammy did an excellent job helping me design a commercial shed for my hotel. Her customer service skills are beyond what you could find anywhere else nowadays. She runs the place like it s her own business and definitely should receive recognition for this within the company! Tammy who is office manager for the Gastonia office is so nice, professional and knowledgeable. She walked us through the process of our shed installation. Tammy met with us through FaceTime for one of our meetings which was fun and successful. Any questions we had she accommodated. Payment method was very accommodating.Our shed is so nice. The craftsmanship on our shed is excellent. We had our shed painted to march our house; it is painted to the exact colors.Harry delivered and installed our shed. He was very nice, and thorough in placing our shed where we wanted it. He made sure it was leveled properly.We highly recommend Leonard.Service: Shed installation

I purchased the potting shed from Tammy, and was able to design and customize to perfection. Tammy was polite and diligently patient. She is wonderful! The delivery crew was VERY skilled as I had the most challenging spot to land the shed. My hat goes off to their delivery team. If you're comparing companies as I did, please know Lenard's buildings are the best.

3/25/21 - I want to add to my previous review. I called back today for additional assistance and Tammy is just amazing! I didn't get to leave message, but she saw my number and called me back. THIS IS THE EPITOME of excellent customer service. Thank you Tammy!! /I asked for their help in repairing an old Leonard Building. Texted pictures like they requested and they were to work up costs and get back to me.It's been 3 1/2 weeks now. *** UPDATE: Leonard reached out to me and couldn't be more apologetic for letting me fall through the cracks.Thank you to Tammy, Matt & Joe for being so diligent to take care of my building issues.

I stopped by Leonard's in Gastonia to look for a truck bed cover. Tammy helped me as I was trying to stay within a certain price range. I found one to order and left a deposit. Tammy then called and said she found a similar one that was less expensive if I'd like to order that one instead. I agreed to that but when I went back for installation unfortunately the wrong one had been sent to them. Chris saw how disappointed I was and offered to order an upgraded cover at NO extra charge. I accepted his offer but was curious to see what I'd be getting. He followed through with his word. The upgraded cover was absolutely as represented. I had them to install it and was on my way. Tammy and Chris are great people to do business with. They went above and beyond for me. I definitely recommend this location!

Tammy and Matt hoped me with my purchase of a camper shell for my RAM. On the insta day they were running behind a couple of hours but they stayed until 8 pm 2 hours after they were supposed to go home and made sure I left satisfied. I had a small factory issue with my camper shell and they were quick to rectify the problem and it works great. As an apology for having to wait the extra few hours on the install they installed a 12v power source in the back of my truck. Cannot say enough great things about the quality of work and professionalism I have experienced here at Leonard's of Gastonia. I will he back for more goodies and this will be the only place who is allowed to work on my truck!
