I brought my car in to get a state inspection and they had me in and out of there in 10 minutes. The employees behind the desk were very friendly and knowledgeable. I plan to bring my car back there for oil changes! Highly recommend.

Second repair I ve had done here. The guys here have done a wonderful job. Even took me home and brought me back so I wouldn t have to wait there all day for the repair. Not pushy and they are honest. It s why I came back a third time there, also had an oil change not too long ago. Even offer financing for costly issues which is awesome. Highly recommend this place. Females especially, this is where you need to go for your car maintenance and repairs. I ve been to many places over the years and this is the first place I ve been to where I felt they weren t trying to get one over on me because I m a woman. Thanks guys!!! Y all are awesome!!

Alex took care of my inspection on Thursday after I got off work. I was surprised that anyone was still open to inspect as it was already 5:30. I ended up needing wipers and Alex went out of his way to show me the difference between standard wipers and advanced wipers. I'm happy with the wipers I received and the service I received from Alex. Nice young man!

Stopped in yesterday for inspection on my Land Rover they took care of me right away fast very friendly and even repaired a loose headlight. Honest guys all three I encountered were on top of things and helpful I was impressed! -Shelby

To anybody that reads the reviews. We are a family here at this location and we want to make you are family. We take care of any need to your vehicle without trying to hurt your pocket. Totally honest and understanding to your needs and help. Stop by anytime. We are here Monday through Saturday from 8am to 6pm. Great and loving staff. Happy New Year to you all!!!

Omg...what a transformation. I really enjoyed Sam's Tire but Monkey Grease I am absolutely in love with. The customer service is top tier. I was greated by a tech as I drove in as I needed to have a headlight replaced and he immediately took care of me after making sure I was good with price. But listen a must see is the the bathroom..omg..state of the art. It's looks like something out of magazine. The intire place looks amazing. Let's just say I will still be coming to this location for all my vehicle needs!

Gastonia NC, location. Very efficient and friendly. Jason Stewart, DM there. Jason was very professional and down to earth. Need more like him in this crazy world. The staff there was friendly and very courteous. I'd give them more than 5 stars. Thanks guys

I went to Grease Monkey to have my car inspected and didn t realize I arrived a few minutes after they closed. I said I would come back the next day, but the guys insisted they would take care of it, and they got me in and out quickly. Great customer service!

I didn't even have the vehicle in park and already had an employee with a smile and clipboard in hand at the driver's side ready to write up what I needed done. I only needed an inspection done but they had me done and ready to roll in less than 15 minutes! I will be back for oil changes and such since they keep Saturday hours and the pricing is reasonable.Looks like I found a new place for basic vehicle maintenance this weekend that will work on my schedule!

I had a blowout on 85. Needed a tire quick. Grease Monkey we're the only ones that had my size. Surprised and glad that the tire was not expensive. I used there service and was very pleased. I will be making them my go to.Service: TiresService: Tires

This place is Ridiculous. They failed my inspection I understand why.No problem. But I TOOK IT DOWN THE ROAD a different mechanic said ma'am these lights work..PLEASE ladies watch how they will cheat you..I paid the portion I was suppose to and was told all I'd pay was $6.24 when everything is fixed.I was told $567 4 tires & $20 each two light.So I go somewhere else to get fixed.So my hubby takes it back up there with EVERYTHING fixed, oh you have to pay $10 for tint.Ive NEVER paid for the light tint.Its not even dark.You can literally see right through my windows.

They went above and beyond to help me one night and the next day I went and got four new tires they was amazing sweet got me and my daughter water kept me updated on everything step by step I been telling everyone about them thank you sooo much!!!!! Update!!! Today is November 17, 2023. I am back here again yet again they Go above and beyond to help you they are so nice and friendly always smiling and ready to help you at a drop of a hat. This place is amazing and awesome. I would recommend anyone Come to the one in Gastonia they are truly amazing at what they do so today is an oil change and they got me rite in so if you want to know if this place is for you it is they are amazing!!!! This is the only place I bring my car to!!!! Thank you guys a million times!!!!

First time coming in here to get our car inspected. The staff was very friendly and worked on the car right away, they told us to wait inside until the inspection was done. Compared to the last owner, the inside was clean and sanitized. The waiting area was comfortable with cushioned chairs and a clean restroom. They worked on the car and got us out in less than 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend Grease Monkeys for any service needs and will definitely coming back for future repairs.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Excellent crew, work ethic and people skills. Brought in my 2011 Ford Edge for a thermostat change and the guys made Sure I left with a safe and well performing vehicle all that at a great price. Quick service, but pushy for add ons. They came back 4 times trying to add on additional services and were reluctant to take no for answerChanging my review - been a couple of weeks, they left the dip stick off the truck, which resulted in oil on my drive way and a costly visit to the dealer .. WILL NOT GO BACK and would not recommend

Kenny And Jacob were very assertive and professional created a very informative atmosphere made me very satisfied with the service work and protection for my family.
