I work for a home health agency and I drive a company vehicle that if I need maintenance performed, it has to go to a specific location. Well, I had a flat tire on New Hope Rd. just down from the Gerber Collision And Glass location. I pulled into their location because there was no way I could drive the 3 miles to where our company vehiclels are serviced. I went inside just to let them know the situation, and that I have to take the car to the other location. I was planning to call for a tow truck which is our company policy for these situations. Instead I found a super friendly staff that offered to put air in my tire to see if it would hold long enough to drive those 3 miles. The gentleman who helped me told me there was in fact a nail in my tire but he thought it would hold the air until I got where I needed to go. I offered to pay for his help but he said there was no need to. The air did hold and I was able to get to our service location. This may seem like a simple gesture but it probably saved me two hours waiting on a tow truck. (It has taken that long in the past). That time saved, allowed me to get back on the road quickly and to my patient's home for their care. Thank you Gerber Collision & Glass for you excellent customer service!!

Just picked my baby up. I have a BMW so j was a little nervous about going to a non-BMW location. A PLUS service. Blown away. Not that I wasn t expecting them to do well, but They went ABOVE AND BEYOND. Something that they do that I have never seen in other locations (like caliber) is that they call their clients, even text, to give updates on the car. Very responsible. Thanks so the team !!! Ted

I already reached out directly to the store, who never returned my call, and the corporate office. I am very dissatisfied with my experience. Majority of the time I was informed false expectations about what was being done to my vehicle and when it would be done.Anytime I called, who I called for wasn t available, concluding in the rep reading the last notes she could find. I totally understand the shortage in the world that we all are experiencing, but I don t understand and I don t give pity to companies who are giving that as an excuse but then lying to the customers and shoving them off with bad business. One minute I was informed my car would be done every other day, the next minute it was done and ready for pick up after being informed that they would be responsible for the rental that I had during the time. Since picking it up two things inside and outside of the car have come apart and the wheel that I told my initial advisor about still feels the same to the point where I had to go really slow trying to travel back home in the storm. When I tried to pop the inside piece back on it appeared too wide like it s not even the right piece. My 38 pound 4year old was getting out of the car and as soon as he put his foot on the step the whole thing came down, it scraped his leg, which all could have been avoided if my car wasn t thrown together to get me out of the way.After calling corporate I learned my advisor is the GM, and I ve already made it clear I don t wish to go back to this location, nor do I wish to be contacted by them if I already did initially and never got a call back. I want my car correctly done. Oh and I d like to add there were paint drips all on top of my car when I picked it up.Services: Tires, Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

Two weeks ago I was in a car accident with my car! I had a bad fender bender and the front of my hood was bent in significantly! I was concern about work being done on my car one due to the color. I was scared that the paint was not going to match up. And I was uncertain of how the outcome of my car would turn out due to the damages. Jeff assured me that they were indeed a professional company that took pride their work. And that if I had any concerns please feel free to let him know. I appreciated Jeff s honesty about things that could happen due to my car had other underlying issues I wasn t aware of. However he took full accountability and when I received my car it looked better than how I bought it. The car looked brand new!! Never looked like it was in a accident! I now have a new collision shop that I trust and will goo back for services any day! Thank you so much! Go see Jeff you won t regret it!Service: Painting

My thanks to the staff but especially to Robert. I drove in with no appt and a flat tire and feeling highly stressed. Robert was so kind and professional that he calmed my anxiety right away. I was not a customer but I am now because of their professionalism.Thank you...thank you... thank you.

I just picked up my daughter's car, and it looked amazing! They did a great job! The staff is very friendly, the place very clean. Great job guys!! I highly recommend Gerber Collison!

Worst! Talk nice and make a lot promises that they make no attempt to keep. Charged $150 for a $23 dollar part that was also badly tarnished. Charged insurance for things that were clearly not done. So unprofessional and rude.Vehicle had minimal damage, it took them a month to complete. TERRIBLE!!

The folks at Geber are the best! I was in town visiting my daughter and taking care of their two grandchildren while they vacationed when I pulled up too far when parking. I pulled the front underlayment of the fender off when parking. I tried calling several auto body shops to get it fixed and they were all booked up a month out. Gerber said they could see me that day. I arrived and they promptly took my daughter's car and secured the underlayment of the front bumper back to the car. They did not charge me for any of this! Who does this anymore!? People like this are rare and I highly recommend this business to take care of your auto body needs. I only wish I lived her full time so I could take my car here when the need arises. These are goo folks that you can trust. Thank you Gerber.Added bonus: they have two very sweet dogs in their lobby that will play with your children while you wait. My grands had a great time while we waited. What a great company. After getting involved in a car accident over the summer, I reached out to Gerber Collision & Glass for repairs, and Daniel and the rest of the staff here went above and beyond to help me. They were constantly providing me with the status of my vehicle and gave me plenty of updates while it was being worked on so that I knew what was happening, but at the same time they had all of the damage repaired quicker than I expected, and they even fixed some things on my vehicle that had nothing to do with the accident. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone of need.

The service was Bootastic and their Halloween costumes were so scary that I had nightmares all week. I will definitely go there again and recommend then to everyone.Just wish they had better candy than Lifesavers . Maybe next time Twizzlers

Someone ran into my daughter's car while it was parked, and I brought it here to get it fixed because it was in network of state farm that I use for insurance. Car looks great now! They also finished it ahead of the time they estimated it would take. They gave me updates frequently throughout the process. Then they cleaned the inside and the outside of the car to look like it did when we bought it. Everyone there was always very friendly and they exceeded our expectations. Also they had 2 very cute dogs who I think were very good dogs.At pickup, the tech gave us great instructions on how to care for the new paint. Price was reasonable as well. I was able to send my teenage daughter there alone and they did not try to over charge her as one other shop did. The quote was accurate and matched the price out the door. I had her get 3 other quotes before finally using this place. One other place quoted 2.5 times as much. In my experience, the people working here are friendly, honest, and hard-working.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had a collision from passenger door to the rear fender. Rob the manager was great to point out and explain the damage to me even showed me the extra things they noticed when they took the car apart to fix it. Made arrangements to get them fixed and did a great job of getting it done in a timely manner. He even helped me with setting up a rental car while I waited for the repairs to be done. Once all was finished he stayed over to wait on me tto get there after hours and showed me their work. Fantastic. After all that he even helped me with getting rental returned. My car was involved in an incident and their insurer had Gerber as their collision shop list. Damage was done at the front bumper, passenger fender, headlight, windshield washer supply, and fog lights. Received an estimate appointment on 2/2/23. Dropped off my car on that following Tuesday 2/7. Gerber had it repaired and painted and returned as it was before the incident on 2/15. The whole process was simple and quick. I was alerted by text on their process and they were a head of schedule because their estimated completion date was 2/27 but I drove my car home on 2/15. I wish I could add more stars!!! I had a door and fender that needed repair and painting and the service and staff was simply outstanding. You absolutely could not tell that any damage and repairs had been done as my 4Runner came back to me in its original factory condition. Jeff was my representative and he kept me abreast of every phase of the process and the work was actually completed ahead of schedule. The rental car service was simply amazing as they were waiting on me upon arrival, therefore the entire process was seamless and painless.Jeff, the owner/boss and the front desk attendant were nothing short of pleasant and welcoming and addressed all of my needs and concerns quickly and thoroughly throughout the entire experience. They also provide a lifetime guarantee of their workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle, thus another selling point. Was having an issue with a piece of bumper trim, I did not have an appointment but the staff at Gerber went out of their way to help me on the spot. I interacted with 4 employees and all of them were friendly and extremely helpful. I wanna give a HUGE SHOUTOUT TO ROBERT, THE MANAGER!!!! MY CAR HAD STOP FOR OVER 30-40 MINUTES, everyone literally had drove by or honked at me. We had damage to the right front and right rear of our truck. They fixed it in a timely manner and it looked brand new. They even cleaned it up, inside and out! Service was great would highly recommend it. My car got done earlier then told previously and the paint match and body work was spot on. If you need body work done or anything else for that matter, you need to go here. Ask for Jeffrey, great dude and gave me updates every other day on my car. I had accidentally slammed my door with the seat belt buckle getting caught in the door. This happened a few times. As a result, the door stopped pressing against the sensor. Though the door was closed, the sensor kept alerting the door was open. I took the car to Gerber. They fixed it in less than 30 minutes- I have had no more issues.The speed was impressive. Can t believe some of the previous reviews. Brought my Maserati here for minor rear bumper damage after a hit & run. They had the repairs done in 3 days, was able to pick up and drop off my rental car there and had my car washed and vacuumed when ready for pickup. Would use again!

I had my car repaired here and it looks like new. Work was completed 2 days before estimate. Awesome experience. Jeff Hobbs helped me through the process and was very professional and made everything extremely simple. An unfortunate accident was turned into a great experience by Jeff. Definitely recommend.

Pretty good experience. The customer care representative was attentive and responsive. He answered my questions and my car was ready on-time. My rental reservation was messed up but they called enterprise and requested a shuttle who arrived as we were finalizing the paperwork. Overall positive experience.

Let s talk about service! I received THE BEST service here. I was involved in a Hit and Run and I was not happy about the damage to my vehicle. Jeff took care of me, he called and kept me updated on the progress of my car and THEY FINISHED A DAY EARLIER THAN EXPECTED. I ve never had to deal with anything like this before, and I will admit I m a little spoiled by this experience. I appreciate the service received by Jeff and the entire staff. Very surprised about some of these negative reviews. Our experience was a seamless and very professional one. Angela, Katie and Daniel took care of our car repair in a thorough, quick and excellent manner.Remember that alot of these repairs are dictated by the insurance companies, not the repair facility, so they have to follow the insurance rules. If you are unhappy with the after market parts they were requiredto install on your car, simply tell them. In our case, they replaced our bumper with an OEM part but they had to go back to Allstate to get approval for that.They are good people and will make things right!

Poor, poor, poor communication even worse customer service had an appointment and they didn t even have the respect to call me and tell me they were having issues getting the part so I wasted a few hours of my day waiting on them.
