We ve always had good luck at Gastonia Nissan and this was no different. Wesley took care of us made the whole transaction as easy on us as possible. He attended to all our needs and concerns. He explained what was done to the car and went through every charge on the bill, so we understood as always the service department there is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Everything was perfect. When we picked the car up, he explained everything and we feel more confident driving our car now than we did before we brought it there. Thank you very much.

I want to start by clarifying that I did not purchase a car here but I wanted to leave a review of my car buying experience. As a first time car buyer I would not recommend this place to anybody. They have aggressive sales tactics and are focused more on the dollar than the customer experience.The salesman was kind and professional throughout the process until we gave him push back about the price and fees that they added. I just couldn t seem to figure out how the original asking price went up by over $5,000 after all the taxes and fees they added that we couldn t opt out of. I understand fees and taxes but when you re just adding on things that are unnecessary and not optional it just feels like you re just seeing how much money you can get out of a person. So I decided not to move forward. As soon as I said I needed a day or two to think about it because of me being overwhelmed the man turned red and basically started blowing steam out of his ears and nose and slammed his hand on the desk because he didn t have a sale. He then proceeded to bring the manager out to try to convince me but I was completely turned off by his attitude at that point. This is not the way you conduct business with potential customers. I would ve been willing to work something out or purchase another car from them if he didn t throw a fit because I didn t immediately say yes to him pressuring me to get the car right then and there through them instead of using my bank. Honestly the experience was very overwhelming and disappointing in the end because it started off going off really well.

This was an awesome experience. Mr. Watts was an excellent salesperson. He was caring, he listened, and worked to meet our interests. The gentleman in the Finance Department clearly explained each sheet we signed and made sure we had understanding. He worked with us to make sure we received appropriate warranty coverage and maintenance package without pressuring or trying to upsell us.We left with a great vehicle, but even more, we left with confidence and piece of mind that we made the right decision with regards to our purchase.

My experience here was very stressful and I felt it could all have been avoided with better communication and better employee training. Every time the sales rep was asked a question she had to go confirm an answer from her sales manager, EVERYTIME. This is one of the 8 wastes in continuous improvement. We waited hours (on different days) just to be told to come back with different options such as, getting car appraised elsewhere, getting options for Co-signing, looking at getting repairs, coming back with DP they requested, in order to proceed with our trade in process. Another waste from CI. We took the time to complete all of the previous requests in order to make it work on our end. It was like we were given hope, just to be given another barrier in order to make the process move forward. The last straw was when the sales manager added MORE DP from what he previously said was needed after confirming we could move forward with the amount they requested. I'm upset so much time was wasted when we could of been told that we could not be helped in this dealership with what we had to work with from the beginning. Needless to say, we left with all hope lost and ended up finding a solution to our problem in a neighboring dealership with no issues at all and much better customer service that same evening. Customer Service and Communication is key value. Its okay to say no, without wasting time, effort on both parties.

I was quoted around $250 for the diagnoses and recall. I was called later to hear the cost to replace the entire wire harness would be around $4300. It was taking a little longer to diagnose so I was told it might be more like $450 at pick up. I called back with my decision to not replace the entire wire harness and was told it would be $250 at pickup. I was charged $450 and no issues had been resolved.Edit:Mr. Tyler Dennis called me and explained the diagnosis of my Nissan in depth and offered helpful solutions to resolve the electrical issue.

The whole experience was fantastic. Joseph was so great to work with as was everyone else through out the process. I have purchased a few new cars over the years this was the smoothest experience I have had buying a new car ever.

The Service Team at Nissan Gastonia is the best that I have encountered in a very long time, and I'm a loyal Acura woman, well until I met their team. The service manager Tyler, and his team, to name a few of advisors/managers that I've personally been helped by: Austin, Wes, and Paul, have all provide A+++ customer service. With this team of specialists, they actually genuinely care and make sure that you and your vehicles are well taken care of. It is always a win-win resolution how business and customer-relations should be. Great job guys, thank you, and continue to be the best at what you do!

The service writer (Jason) went out of his way to try to save me money anyway he could, he was very friendly and professional and if I have any other mechanical needs I will ask for him every time! The techs were amazing. As soon as they got approval they knocked my car out and got it back to me very quick and it drives perfect! I'm sure the other service writers are also very good but I didn't deal with them. Great experience!.

My husband and I have purchased 3 vehicles through Gastonia Nissan- each time we ve had a wonderful experience! They make the buying process quick and easy. They re also excellent to deal with for repairs- our transmission slipped in one of our vehicles (after we had owned it a good while) and Nissan immediately put us in a loaner and worked with the warranty company to get our vehicle fixed and back to us as soon a possible. We will continue to go to Gastonia Nissan for any needs we have in the future.

Chris Dean is the man. I appreciated his diligence and genuine want to help me find the car of my dreams. For the past while, I ve went to many salesman, and none of them showed genuine interest in wanting to help me with what I needed, only wanted to hurry up the process so they could make a quick buck. Not Chris. He s an honest man and made me feel like I was actually heard and valued. Ask for him if you plan on visiting this dealership.

Received a recall request. Made an appt at Nissan Gastonia and was out of there in 30 minutes. Had a complimentary cup of tea and a granola bar while we waited. Great service! And we traveled from Lake Norman.

Everyone was pleasant. I arrived on a Saturday afternoon and was told, it would be about 2 hours. Work was done and completed in 45 minutes. I was very happy because I did not want to spend 2 hours at the dealership on a Saturday. Also, the environment was very welcoming and clean.

Just want to thank Wesley for being wonderful this morning! My key fob battery was low and I stopped by to get a new one. I pulled up in the line to ask where to park and he guided me to a spot and wouldn t let me get out of the car but told me he would fix it for me and to stay in my vehicle and stay warm! He took my key and was back in a jiffy with the new battery installed. Such a kind and friendly young man! You have a keeper there, Gastonia Nissan!!

After driving for 50 minutes, the car was sold. Excuse: we didn't have your phone. Not true. Sending emails forth and back with the different assistants. They had my phone number and my email address. So unprofessional!!! I would not recommend this dealer at all. So far from the +4 stars reviews they are proud of. So disappointing!!!

My experience was awesome. Kimi was my sales person and he was great. He was very professional, funny, patient, and made sure I was well taken care of. Please be aware, finance is adding more to purchase price before documents is signed. I caught the person in the act and he quit on the spot. I have two contracts for the same vehicle with different amounts. This dealership did nothing to make things right and what s worse is they won t fix the contract that has me as a co-buyer and not personal guarantee. The owner still has not reached out to me

I never leave a review but if this helps someone else then so be it. I bought my car 18 months ago used from rock hill Nissan, sister company to Gastonia. It was certified and and was still under the 3 year warranty AND 5 year power train warranty. My car started having issues and when I took it to the Nissan service department, they told me I needed a new engine at 42,000 miles. I have receipts of my maintenances and oil changes starting at 16,000 miles, which is when I BOUGHT the car CERTIFIED.power train refused to pay, Nissan refused to acknowledge they sold me a screwed car, and I was out 20,000 dollars. The manager even stated there was NO way I caused the amount of damage that the engine had. So ACKNOWLEDGING THAT IT WAS A FALSIFIED CERTIFIED CAR.I was screwed every way possible. Put 20k into a car that was worth 20k or let the car blow because power train refused the services WHILE UNDER WARRANTY.NISSAN refused to do ANYTHING in their part. They KNEW they screwed me but yet didn t care that a customer who has bought every car I have EVER owed at either ROCK HILL or GASTONIA Nissan, again sister companies.The quality of service has DRASTICALLY fallen with the past few years.Please be very careful and make sure YOU inspect the car every way possible before buying from NISSAN.As odd as it sounds, I am not only heart broken because they have put me in HUGE debt by refusing WARRANTY services that I have documentation to prove MY upkeep, but I m also saddened because I have always LOVED my Nissan vehicles. But I will NOT return.Please be careful.

The customer service that I received in the vehicle service department was exceptional. Service writer was Shayla and not only did she get the answers to my questions, she was genuinely interested in me as a customer. I was more than just a number to them, which is rare these days. Nia and Van, the sales associates, were super nice and took great care of me while I was there. The finance manager was also very nice and worked to make sure the deal met my needs. I have 2 problems. First, when I test drove the vehicle all four floor mats were in the vehicle. Then on Saturday dealership for about 5 hours. Trying to finish up paperwork so by the time I left it was about 10:00 p.m. needless to say, I was too tired to even notice that the driver side floor mat was now missing. I noticed the next morning and contacted Nia and she said she would look into it. Later that day. I took the spare key that I had for the car which I traded in back to them and gave it to me and she said that management said there was nothing they could do about the format because it was a used car. So basically I have to turn around and buy more floor mats which is a problem to me. In addition, I took my spare key back yet the facility only had one key for the new vehicle that I bought which was a 2021 Rogue. When I asked about a second key I was told they could tell me the name of a place to go get one at that. It would cost about $300. Again. I have a problem with this is as much as I'm spending on a vehicle. The vehicle should have two keys, not just one. Then today I get in my car to drive to work and get about a quarter of a mile down the road and was met with a sensor that popped up and said I will drive error and the parking sensors were going off. Plus it was idling rough. So I spent the last 3 hours or so at the car dealership with him looking at my car and they replace the mass air flow sensor. Services. Great! They do a great job and I greatly appreciate it. However, as far as the sales side goes, once you have completed your deal they could care less or at least that is how they made it feel.
