GREAT place! Have always had hard to find parts that I could never find anywhere else. Not even online. Owner is a GREAT guy. I came in with a specific part in a few different sizes to find something similar in a size between the pieces brought in. He let me look through his boxes to find what I needed and even helped me when I couldn t find it. So he offered to custom cut the part he had that was close to what I wanted and he also cut the amount of grooves I needed on it. He don t even ask me to pay for it. He just said instead I could leave him the other pieces I brought in that I don t need. They also have atvs and dirt bikes for sale often. They ve fixed a dirt bike my husband brought in a while back. I called ahead of time before we took it and they told us to go ahead and bring it in. They were very fast at fixing it and did the job right. They are very knowledgeable in what they do and deal with. You wouldn t think much of this place seeing it driving by or pulling in, but it really is a GREAT place for your offroad needs.

Each time I have swung by I have been treated with the upmost respect and they will gladly help with any problem. I have a kinda unique motorcycle they never heard of before but still was able to help me get parts for a brake caliper that is hard to get a hold of. Extremely reasonable prices.

Had front and rear tires on my busa replaced today. Great communication by the owner and his employees. kept me up to date throughout the entire process. I couldn't be happier. Bike ran great on the way home. Honestly couldn't beat the price. I will return. Thanks again.

Andy stole my 500.00. jump in truck and left after I pick up my 600 four wheeler after a one year. they didn't do anything to my bike. worst ppls in world. don't bring your stuff here. I will be contacting an attorney.

Update: came here a year later. Oil change- ended up with oil all over the side of my bike and new saddle bags. They didnt clean up the hand prints and oil they left on the bike. Was not happy!They guys were friendly and great to work with. They fixed my start switch and did a tune up. They even cleaned the bike when they were finished. I recommend this place!!!! Great work, good prices.

Had a great experience last fall and the turn around was quick on a simple repair. My second experience not so great, my four-wheeler sat here for 5 weeks and they never called. I finally called to check in and they haven t even looked at it. Take your units somewhere else, anywhere else. It appears they only work on what they can fix quickly for a quick profit and ignore anything involving some work.

I've been having my motorcycles and 4 wheelers worked on here for 30 years. Never again. I brought my son's 4 wheeler here about 12 weeks ago. They told me they were 3 weeks behind. After 4 weeks I started calling and every time I called I got the run around. My son finally went to get his 4 wheelers after 9 weeks and it had not been touched and was left outside the entire time. I'm not sure what has happened to this place but I will not return.

I had a very unique scooter and was turned away by multiple shops. GMC replied to my email very quickly, and took me as a walk-in the next day. Serviced it perfectly and did it quickly. Great guys, great mechanics.

This place Doesn t even deserve one star Went there last week to get head light replaced, full tuneup service and brakes adjusted Ended up costing me $200 and then a week later the same headlight that was replaced burn out again then when I called and told them about it, they was wanting to charge me again.... His excuse was that headlights burn out regularly But not within a week so I figure they re just replacing everything with used parts. Definitely not a good place to go to They have lost my service for good

I had taken my bike here 3 times. The first he changed my pistons and stripped a bolt to my top gasket for my honda rancher which he said he didn't do it but was the only guy to take my gasket off. Then i take it back for him to fix it which I had to pay for because he blamed me for it. Then the 3rd time my pull start assembly had broken off into the motor so i took it back and he changed the pull start and its leaking from the pull start. It has missing bolts and lines cut off from my carburetor but he tried to say he didn't do that. Long story short DO NOT take your bike here because he will mess it up more than it is. These people do not know how to work on bikes this is a junk yard full of bikes he couldn't fix. Sorry place to call a mechanic. He will never return your calls and have your bike there for 4 months and leave it outside.

If you re looking for someone who will make sure your bike is safe to ride and be able to customize to whatever standard you d like come here.The owner, Benjamin is thorough in explaining what work is done and makes sure you re happy with the results. Don t go anywhere else.

These guys are hands down awesome! We were referred by another shop that doesn't work on TaoTao's and these guys fixed it super fast and it runs better than the day we bought it! They are extremely knowledgeable and they now have a customer for life

Another excellent visit to the BEST motorcycle shop within 50 miles! New tires and an inspection done by the owner who CARES that his work is top notch and your motorcycle is running great. I wouldn't take my ONE owner 34 years old motorcycles anywhere else!!

Hands down the best of the best are here! Extremely knowledgeable and honest guys not looking to rip you off, but rather getting you back on the road with a reliable bike.This was our first visit, but they now have a customer for life.

TAKE MY WORD, TAKE YOUR TOYS TO BESSEMER CITY MOTOR CYCLE SHOP.I had a yamaha warrior 350 that needed a top end.......these people just did the absolute worst job I've ever seen. My 4wheeler still doesn't run right, and I'm done taking it up there for a 25$ fee to "adjust the air and fuel"But the 3rd time they didn't charge me...... they also didn't fix it. They claimed they clean the carb, so I tore it apart and it was full of mud...... keep in mind I DON'T RIDE THIS ONE. I wouldn't let them watch my dog. But hey, they are friendly. Ow, and extremely over priced.

Decent job and pricing, but these guys take off Saturday a lot even though they advertise to be open. You can plan on missing some time at your work if you want to deal with them.

I have taken 3 ATVs here and have quality work at very reasonable prices. If you need something worked on, bring it here. You will not be disappointed. Extremely honest and genuinely nice owner!!

I took my bike here after I had taken it to another shop that fail to to the repair. The owner Andy has been working on motorcycles for 39 years. He immediately found the problem and was able to fit it while I waited. Two thumbs up!Amy

Andy did exactly what he said he would and got it done for a fair price. Fixed the leaking forks, bad taillights and speedometer on my Kawasaki Vulcan.

Awesome service with great customer relations. Tech's are highly qualified and give the best service available. The staff is friendly and place great care not only in what they service but also, what the customers needs may be.I highly recommend this business....

Gave me a great deal on my scooter tire.. And I broke down about a week ago and one of the guys remembered me and stopped to check on me.. All the guys were so friendly. And I didn't have a long wait time.. Thanks yall

Kept our bike for over a month and kept promising to have it done every weekend. After we gave up and picked up the bike we could see where it had been dropped and damaged the side of the bike but staff would not admit to damaging the bike. Will not be back!

Terrible customer service. Picked up my bike after supposedly having it repaired. I got 2 miles down the road when it broke down again. I called to see if they can come get me or wait for me to tow it back to them. They refused to help so I will never be back to Gaston Motorcycle Shop again.

Had a flat tire they had it fixed in about an hour. Very satisfied. The price was exactly what they quoted me on the phone.

Brand new tire and rim and they didn t check to see if thier tire machine had a nylon guard piece put a huge scratch on my rim
