Took my Audi A6 to them a few months back to change my drivers side headlight and initially things appeared fine. After driving for a couple of days I noticed that moisture was gathering in the head light and eventually it flickered out. Mind you, the shop charged me $170 + for the HID bulb not including the cost for labor.I called and informed them that there was moisture gathering in my light and that it had now burned out again (on a Friday). I was told to bring my car back on Monday so that they could take a look at it. Over the weekend not only was I without a headlight, but now my daytime running ring had gone completely black as well. When I arrived I was told that I needed a new HID bulb (again), but this time I decided to go to advanced auto where I was able to purchase the HID bulb for about $50 cheaper than what the shop charged.After returning in the next few days and finding that the new light did not fix my issue, I asked the shop manager if they were going to take responsibility for their work because prior to bringing my vehicle to them I did NOT have an issue with moisture gathering in my headlight. Instead of taking responsibility for the damages, he tried to convince me that there was a leak around the seal of my light and that it was no fault of the shop! He even told me that I needed to purchase a new headlight assembly for $1200 (they are actually $810 on Audi Parts) and that he would see if the owner would allow him to give me a discount on installation.Needless to say, I cut my loses with the shop and I will NEVER go to them for any repairs because they price gauge and refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes. Luckily I was able to find an honest auto mechanic that properly diagnosed my issue, replaced my module, and got my headlight working again.I uploaded a few pics of what my light looked like after taking it to Garrison Car Care. The first picture is the driver s side light after they changed the bulb and the second picture is my passengers side headlight that hadn t been touched by the shop. 0 out of 10 do not recommend!I also discovered that they damaged the light cover behind the wheel well and neglected to say anything about it! It was hanging on by God knows what because the plastic piece that holds the screw is completely broken!P.S. Go to T & T Auto Repair in Belmont, he s honest and does great work!

Always a great experience. Any repairs are explained thoroughly and completed on time. Very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend! I had a Chevrolet Malibu that was having brake problems . I took to dealership and I was quoted a price to repair which seemed high so I brought my car to Garrison and they quoted half what dealership did and when the work was done I was told I owed less because some of the work took a less time then expected. Ive been coming here for years and have always been treated fairly.

Months ago I took my vehicle for an oil change. It wasn t done right. They didn t put the screw on right. That same day on the freeway it dropped all the oil and the filter. Thankfully I noticed in time and it didn t damage the motor. Instead of taking responsibility they blamed it on us. We had to pay a lot more to get it fixed. Please don t take your car here!!!

Took my car to get an alignment when I left the abs light was on and the horn stopped working. They refused to fix it charged me 52 dollars to look at the horn they broke then tried to tell me it would cost 1000 to fix it when everything was working fine before the alignment and no abs light was on.Edit; when I took it back to get the horn checked they broke my clock spring now everything on my steering wheel won't work and they deny breaking it so somehow it broke by itself I guess. Do not take your car to these liars. They said the Clock spring would be 800 I found one for 47 dollars

I've been coming here for about 20+ years since they used to be called Exxon and had gas pumps. This is a single lady's saving grace. I love this small family run business. They stay busy doing repairs. They are very popular in Gastonia. I think the only thing they don't do is transmission work but they will refer you to someone who does. Go in and check them out. Go early if you think you might need to leave your vehicle. They also have a drop box if you need to leave your vehicle overnight, which I have done before. I left a note inside the car explaining what it was doing. They checked it out and called me with a solution.

For car inspection, Garrison is quick and easy! This business definitely does not over charge!!! There s inside and outside seating for customers comfort. My dad is retired Firestone, where I qualify for a substantial discount. However, I always go to Garrison! They re great!

My chevy equinox was in thier shop 3 weeks prior to it having catastrophic engine failure, was told at that 3 week apointment that it was running just fine and the werid start up noises were normal because it burns oil. Then they tired to fix the timing chain by taking the entire side of my engine off with out draining the oil first. My engine oil leaked out alll over the tow truck and on the road, the could have had an environmental issue. I could have been charged extra for clean up for the tow truck. I will never use this shop ever agian.

Had an absolutely amazing experience dealing with this location. Just moved to the area 2 years ago and it has been hard to find someone reliable to work on my car that also has fair prices. I got my inspection done there twice and inquired about additional work. They found my issue (which was a misdiagnosis from what my car dealership said) They were helpful from beginning to end and even went the extra step to arrange for me to get home from the shop and back to it. I'm very big on customer service and customer experience and I will definitely be back for routine maintenance. Don't let a busy parking lot deter you from stopping as it did me for a while... they work efficient but fast.

My 2018 Accord was serviced here for AC problems. Ken fixed what was wrong, that the dealership covered up, and I didn't feel like I got the run around in what it could be and the cost of it all. No pressure and no hassle! Thank you, Ken and the staff!!!

These guys are spectacular. They re very honest and reasonable. I m honestly afraid to give them five stars because if I do, I may not even be able to get my car serviced because everyone will want to go there.

I had a great experience at the Garrison repair shop. Garrison's is an awesome place, with super welcoming staff. Particularly the lady at the front desk. Needless to say, my Nissan Rogue is working perfectly and I am happy to support a Christian business.I would definitely come back and 100% recommend them.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Those guys rock they make sure your car is running smooth as a button I have no problem taking my car there and you should to they let you know the problem and tend to the problem no job to big or small they do it all keep up the good work guys and girls
