Quality work for a fair price. My family has been bringing our vehicles for years. The folks at this store have always treated us fairly, kept us informed, and finished the service we requested in a timely manner.

Process took way too long. I paid for the Complete Vehicle Inspection Plus and the report is not even checked off, so how do I know any tech even looked at these things on my car? They said I needed new wiper blades and it would take 5 minutes to put them on. I figured since I'm here, go ahead. I know how to put them on myself. Easy. But since I'm here. Then they charged me Labor! On wiper blades? And made me wait 20 more minutes!! I never would have gotten them if I'd have known that. So really, 2 hours for an oil change. And it cost $178.44. Sucks.

My hubby and I went in on Sunday.I can't remember his name, but the service advisor at the desk was extremely helpful! Not only did he assist me with the vehicle I brought in but answered questions on our other vehicle I'm bringing in next week. Very professional and courteous!

I was on a road trip and had an unexpected flat tire because of my brother in law. I called and came to Firestone and explained that I had my wife, dog, and sick baby in the car and we needed to get back for a pediatric appointment. Andrew and Benjamin readily helped me and got my out in 23 minutes. This is the best service I have gotten from any auto place in years. Highly recommend this place and Andrew and Benjamin!

Funny, will call customer fraud. Their machine cannot even scan your vin number correctly. They never admit their fault, but will call 4 policemen to force you choose leave or accept refund. Suspecting schizophrenia, there were two attitudes before and after the police came. Strongly recommend you go to other stores for car inspection.

I m so impressed! I am a woman. And I have been to many businesses where they take advantage of women. Trying to sell us what we don t really need. But not Firestone. Yall told me what I definitely needed and what could wait. That is good business. I trust you. Thank you! I don t want to go anywhere else.

Brought my car back to have a tire patched. Was told that all four of my Firestone brand tires needed to be replaced after only having them for two years and 40k miles. They had a 65k mile warranty. After being questioned, they finally said they would prorate my tires due to the warranty. Once deciding on just replacing two tires, we asked that since it was both the right side, that the new ones be placed on the front or back and not the same side. Once coming to pick the car up, both new tires were on the same side. When questioned, the lady at the front seemed very annoyed and bothered and definitely doesn t need to be in customer service. She continued to mumble under her breath but the said that she would get the manager who also came across as annoyed. He agreed to move the new tires to the back but there was zero customer service or care. They are always trying to rip you off or make money off something that s not required. We have been coming to Firestone for close to 20 yrs, including my extended family. The customer service has continued to decline.

Very friendly and very professional employees! My Jeep Cherokee wouldn't start so I used a battery jumper in an attempt to start it. Unfortunately, would not stay running if I removed the cables. So based on my experience, I knew that it was a bad battery. I called my local Firestone Repair Center and spoke with David; he confirmed that they had a battery available and told me to head over to the store. When I arrived, he checked me in and in less than 45 minutes, I had checked out and on my way home with a new battery installed in my Jeep. I will be using this Firestone location again in the future!

Incompetent Gastonia, NC operation based on my experience. They replaced one tire and its pressure sensor and then messed up the vehicle tire pressure monitoring system. Gastonia store Manager refused to fix what they screwed up.I contacted Bridgestone/Firestone HQ and they helped get vehicle properly programmed at a different store. I would never recommended the Gastonia, NC store to anyone.

I have been to the Firestone on New Hope Road in Gastonia multiple times, and each time they are great! Friendly, helpful, professional, and fast. I will continue to seek service here because of their amazing team!

They are always friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Not sure who the hiring manager is but everyone walks out with a smile on their faces! They are the best Firestone in the US in my opinion!

Wonderful experience the gentleman that waited on me was like family and he kept me notified about my car which for me was so professional I felt so secure not worrying about my car which I knew was in the best of hands!!!

After a mixed first experience, firestone reached out and made things right and I am Extremely happy with how they handled my experience, I've now been back for service on my jeep and the customer service was extremely friendly, I will continue to use firestone gastonia

I had an outstanding experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care! Randall's exceptional service made my visit truly remarkable. He was incredibly helpful and friendly, addressing all my concerns with a smile. The team at Firestone took excellent care of my Chrysler Pacifica hybrid minivan, ensuring it ran perfectly. I can't thank them enough for their top-notch service, and I wholeheartedly give them a well-deserved 5-star rating!

Wasn't perfect cause I don't think anyone is perfect there's always room for improvement . Everyone was courteous the truck was done in a timely manner.....the only thing I can complain about is the advertisement for lifetime alignment was missleading

Trash .. I m a female called and explained my tired just went flat on the highway asked could they assisted with air in tire or change tire and was turned away with a no .. we are to full to assist .. The front desk little girl lady , the black girl was rude, i almost cussed her out .. but i left with my flat tire sat below them and waited for my boyfriend to come. Thank you Firestone for not assisting a lady in her time of need .. All over one tire

I was having issues with something that was killing my battery. They took their time and tracked it down and fixed it. They explained everything that they had to do.Would definitely recommend them.

I will bring my vehicle back here every time I need something done. I went to Ford in Kannapolis and they wanted to charge me $1500 for a service I didn t need. The staff is nice and respectful. Thanks for everything!

The guys at Firestone are the best! Fixed my Jeep twice now with a fast turnaround time.The work is backed by warranties and the staff is always friendly. I will always use them for my major auto repairs!!

Had them diagnose an issue with my truck. I didn't have to wait long before they determined it was the wheel bearing assembly. While I ended up doing the work myself, they did quote a fairly decent price. All I had to pay them was a $25 diagnostic fee.

Had a state inspection done at this location. The gentleman up front was very polite & had me out of there rather quickly, even after I was a few minutes late. My windshield wipers needed replacing & they did that for me.3 days later my passenger side wiper flies off while I m going down the road, then that night, with it pouring down rain, so does my driver side. This all happened while I was going 60 mph on I-85.While it could be the actual wipers that were faulty, I bought some cheap 7$ wipers from Walmart, fastened them on myself, & haven t had any issues. Which says a lot, since they charged me 44$ for theirs. I guess because I m a woman, they didn t feel the need to complete a thorough job.

Beware of this auto shop . Sparky was down right rude and unable to answer basic questions of how they diagnosed a vehicle that was over heating. He said the papers failed block test. They tried saying it would be $3000 fix and could not do it there for a blown head gasket. This is my fiends truck. We left, I bought a block tester for combustion gases. No blown head gasket. Truck needed antifreeze due to faulty radiator cap and leaking coolant line fixed leak, Changed cap, added antifreeze and all is good. This place looks like it s abandoned. Avoid.

Called them at 10:00am on Sunday ask for 4 tires mounted and balanced and oil change was told don t have enough help today it will be tomorrow before they can do the job very unprofessional and I want ever take nothing I own there again they shouldn t even open on weekends if they don t want to work

I went in to get a alignment for my car, instead they did an inspection which I had done by someone else. Was told the car would not pass because of back window tint. Then after I told him my vehicle my already inspected, the man behind the counter says oh you still want the alignment. Told him that is why I came in for.What was so hard to comprehend for him to do what I asked, but did something completely different.

I purchased tires online and used Firestone as the recommended installer. I made an appointment and took off from work to get the tires mounted and my alignment done. When I arrived for my appointment I was told that the tires could not be installed due to the profile. Funny because Firestone originally installed the exact same size tires on my rims last year. I had to drive to Charlotte to get my truck to pick up the tires and take them to another installer. The customer service at this location is very poor and I do not recommend using this location.
