I bought a car here a couple weeks ago and I was very pleased with the whole experience. Lorenzo was my sales representative and he was very laid back and easy to talk to without feeling any pressure. The general manager was also part of the conversation at times and he was really good at answering questions and working with me on what I needed to get a deal done. Their pricing was straightforward and transparent. They never tried any number trickery or hiding fees or anything like you might worry about when going to buy a car. I would definitely go back here to shop for my next car.

Finally my NIGHTMARE with Kia Motors ended! I purchased a brand new Kia Carnival from Courage Kia in February 2022. Within 6 months the engine light came up and the car had to be towed to the dealer. After supposedly fixing the problem I picked up the car and stalled again. This went on through out 2022 and 2023 landing the brand new car another 6 more times for lengthy repairs . In September they finally deemed the car a LEMON! After promising to buy back the Lemon they sold me within a maximum of 90 days .. (cannot trust them)Today marks 172 days later, that s right 6 MONTHS LATER (unbelievable)I finally got a check.As for me and my family I will NEVER purchase a vehicle with Kia again!I sent countless emails, phone calls . I paid at least 3 times to get the car towed. Meanwhile purchased another car and have been paying 2 cars and 2 insurance policies. I Lost time of work including this morning to go sign the paperwork and get the check. This process brought me a lot of anxiety, stress and financial burden. Worst customer service I ve ever experienced! This Kia sucks! Don t purchase from them.

This was by far the easiest car buying experience that we have ever had! We traded in our 2021 Kia and upgraded to a 2024 Kia K5 GT-line at Courage Kia. We initially worked with Lorenzo via phone/texts that first night before visiting the dealership the following afternoon. He sent me a detailed video of the car that we were interested in and was very helpful and answered all of my questions promptly. The next day I called the dealership and spoke with Gerald, the general sales manager. I can not say enough good things about him! He was honest, patient, straight-forward and negotiated a deal that worked for both of us. We headed to the dealership, where Marquell our salesman, showed us the car, thoroughly explained it's options and navigated the paperwork to make the purchase feel effortless on our end. From start to finish, all of the staff at Courage Kia displayed great communication and were helpful and professional. They addressed a few minor concerns and overall did everything to make us leave happy! Their customer service is top-notch. Go see them for your next purchase, you will not be disappointed!

This dealership was by far the BEST car buying experience I ve ever had.Me and my husband were working with Morris as our Salesperson and he was the absolute best. He communicated with us and answered all questions before we even got to the dealership the following day. Their GM & SM were also very kind and involved and wanted us to leave happy. I asked for a specific car and immediately fell in love. In no time they worked our deal and I drove home with my K5. I would recommend anyone to Courage Kia! They are the most kind, professional staff and not to mention the Kia brand has evolved into some really sleek good looking vehicles.I can t thank them enough for their customer service. It s definitely top tier. And if you re looking for your next purchase, go and ask for Morris.

Lorenzo was so AWESOME! He made sure that they could get me the best deal for 2024 Kia Sportage SX Prestige. Which I love. He also, offered me water and snacks. Not to mention that this was the fastest I ve ever gotten out of a car dealership! Everyone was very nice and friendly.

I purchased a 2023 Kia Telluride and absolutely love it. I worked with John, Edwin and one of finance managers. Each one was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to find the right financing options. They were fair and wonderful to deal with. The facility is clean and well maintained. I have never owned a Kia but they have gained a customer for life. I highly recommend checking them out. The price on vehicle was a great deal and I got a fair price for my trade in. Thanks Edwin and John!

I purchased my first car here yesterday. Only went to Courage Kia to look at this one car. David H took amazing care of us. I Decided against the car I originally had come to look at. However as we were about to leave the manager Gerald i believe, mentioned a car he had just received that I might be interested in. The minute I saw it I knew it was for me. David and Gerald did everything to make it work for me and my budget. 10/10 experience here. In love with my new car. Will be going back here in the future for any new vehicle purchases i decide to make!

Buying a car can be an overwhelming experience and it sucks when you get a salesman/saleswoman who rushes you, doesn't listen, or push their own agenda when trying to sell a car.I worked with Da'Quan (DQ) at Courage Kia. I submitted my app online and to make a long story short, he responded and the rest is history. I knew what I didn't want. I knew I didn't want to test drive any thing until I figured out the numbers. My credit wasn't in the best of shape, I had money to put down but let's face it, cars are expensive.He communicated by text for the most part but I was okay with that because I was home working and multitasking but I knew I wanted to try and get into something TODAY and him and Gerald, the sales manager made that happen! They were kind and honest with what they could and couldn't do!I would highly recommend DQ and Kia for making doing business easy!! Thank you guys for it all!

The K5 vehicle I had looked at was no longer available when I came back next day to purchase, The crew at Kia made sure that did everything they could to find another car from another lot and find the best price.I ended up with a higher end K5 that I love.The process was super easy and was honestly the least stressful car buying experience I ve ever had. Everyone, even the guys that weren t selling me the car made sure that they were polite, spoke when passing by, asked if I needed anything and that I was comfortable, relaxed and taken care of.I was very happy with my purchase and the entire process.

I experienced some of the worst customer service in my life including disrespect towards my Mother. The management team is horrible borderline incompetent. I took my car there for a engine recall (car died), they lied & said they did a engine test, kept my car for a month wouldn't return messages had to pay $1,000 in Uber fees just for them to say it was the catalytic converter. I took it too another shop they said the catalytic converter was fine those guys are idiots but the engine is burning oil (recall issue) causing the problems. They lied to me and made me waste money & refused to fix the engine. They are snakes & liars I don't want anything one else to go through what I did.

Left my car to be service@ 8am the engine light was on. At 12 none emailed for an update, received none. Called at 12:30 employee confused my car with another told me the oil change was done. I told him he had the wrong vehicle. He spoke to the Technician who told he would know something by 3pm. I went to the dealership @1:30 the was not insight. Anyway I waited until 2:30 , they gave we a $1600 estimate. The were charging twice for everything $535 for a purge valve, then $499 again. I did not get any work done, but the diagnostic was $179, use or service $33 plus tax. I paid $232 for 7 hours for no repairs. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!. It's truly a joke. now I have to go to a mechanic that will do the work that took them 7 hours to not break a sweat. Lesson learned! Just imagine what the bill would be if they actually did the work. Please find a place that is not about fancy design, hot coffee and free bottle water, because it's NOT FREE! Use of service fee......RUN....$180 Diagnostic fee RUN....Courage Kia is a joke....RUN

The service department here is pure comedy. I brought my car in on a Tuesday thinking it would be a one or two day job. Technician couldn t figure out what was wrong, so I came back to pick it up on Friday. As the technician is bringing my car around, all of a sudden the lights that I had intially brought it in about were on, now he s able to see an active code to diagnose the issue. I m asked to give them until Tuesday to figure it out since the technician doesn t work on the weekend. I agreed. Tuesday comes, no phone call. I called at least 4 times, no answer. I had to call the sales department just to have someone go to the service department and get me an update. I m then told, the receptionist had gone home early, but the technician was waiting to hear back about a warranty. Now it s Wednesday, after being told it would be $2800 to fix, I come to pick my car back up only to be sitting in the waiting area for 20 minutes as they search for my keys and paperwork. I m still waiting. I will never come back here.

Reply disappointed they say they change the oil and they put the sticker on my husband check oil was really black Warranty don t cover anything we just pay for nothing be careful .we bought this new van and seats was one fabric and one lather they don t fix it ., ac don t work they say warranty don t cover this brand new!!!! First time I bought Kia and last time too

Courage Kia in Gastonia, NC has truly blessed the quality of my life and children today!I initially book an appointment for vehicle maintenance on my *then 2016 Kia Sedona as the engine at start-up was beginning to give off and sound. The vehicle had been reliable and sustainable since my ownership in 2017. I figured I can either check out what s making the noise or resolve to sell the vehicle to dealership , either option I was completely open to.The miracle I never expected was to be given the option to trade in my vehicle for a newer vehicle at no cost to me! I know you may read this review and think this is impossible BUT IT JUST HAPPENED FOR MY CHILDREN AND I TODAY!As of today I no longer have a loud noise at startup vehicle over 100Kmiles. I literally was put into a like new 2022 vehicle at no additional cost to me . If you don t believe in God you are trippin ! This was a God breathed, right on time blessing for my children and I in this current season of our lives!May God continually bless the owners who offered our upgrade with out any petition from me at all, Kyle the very professional customer service rep, Markell the diligent sales agent and DQ for stay until after hours to complete paperwork for our new ride!When you do good to others it always comes back to ya. Courage Kia is an excellent dealership. From purchase of my vehicle to its service, all staff was/is kind, courteous and well informed. No pressure sales is an absolute must for me and you get that at Courage Kia. The facility is very clean and well lit and the waiting area is comfortable. I choose to drive an extra 20 mins past a closer Kia dealership just because I am so impressed by Courage Kia and plan to do all my future business with them!

I was very aggravated at my last appointment. I scheduled an inspection @ 1:15. And told them I was waiting on my carthey didn't pull my car out of the service area & into the mechanic's bay until 1:45 when my daughter arrived with my other car for the same service. At 2:36 I texted Robert stating "hi, checking on status of my car." No reply. I go out to service area @ 3:15 and he was sitting at the computer on his phone. He said was talking to employee. He went to check on my car, came out & said still working on it & told me they had some call offs and only 1 inspector today. I said "oh i thought they found a problem because I've been here for 2 hours"! Walking away, I over heard another customer ( who arrived around 2:30- 2:45) asking about their car with same service and they were told 40 minutes. Then about 3:30- 3:45 MAGICALLY ALL 3 cars were done at the same time!! ??? There was NO communication with me.Honestly, I think I deserve 1 or 2 FREE services from this experience. Absolutely the WORST experience ever!! I made an appointment for recall work. They had all my information and were supposed to have all the parts BEFORE my appointment. They had 3 weeks to get the parts. I took my car in and they did NOT have the parts. Instead they did a 100 point check on my car to see what they could do to charge me. There was no mention of any recall work. Then they gave me the keys and sent me out to FIND my car. Finally the "manager", I think, went to look for my car and it took him 5 minutes to bring it to me. I don't know where it was parked. They have never called me back in for the recall work after 3 weeks. I will say the "manager" was nice & helpful but overall the experience was a waste of my time and nothing accomplished. Look for another dealership.

They could not have been nicer. I had just had a small wreck on the interstate and needed help to figure out if I could drive my car the rest of the way home. Not only did they take me in immediately, but then gave me great advice as to what to do next. I will absolutely be back and will recommend to anyone.
