I ve always taken my vehicles to David Wilson Collison. They have repeatedly given me excellent service. I have never had any issues with my repairs from them. They have the best customer service. They provide you with timely information and keep you updated on the status of your vehicle. My 17 year old 2006 Honda Civic, which now my 17 year old daughter drives daily was hit from the back. Attached you will see the damaged caused and the repairs they made. I am always satisfied with them. Thank you again and if a need shall arise I will see you then.

I had never had a fender bender before and I had no idea what the process was. I was very stressed about the situation but Carstar made me feel so much better and comfortable with leaving my car with them. The ladies up front were so sweet and super nice to work with. My car was handled with care and it looks absolutely amazing! They had to replace one headlight and I was worried about not matching my old one and Ryan took the time to buff out my old one so it would look just as good as my new one. My car honestly looks better than it did before the wreck. They even cleaned up the inside and outside. It was cleaner when I picked it up than when I dropped it off. I hope I don t have another fender bender but if I do I will definitely use Carstar! I cannot recommend them enough!

We had an amazing experience at this collision center. I was updated on the status of my daughter s car and when we got the car back I was seriously in shock. It came out looking like we got it from the dealer clean, shiny & most important it was repaired and didn t have any sensor lights on! Just an overall very happy customer, amazing job guys! Also, the lifetime warranty for the repaired parts is a big bonus. I wouldn t take my car anywhere else.

From the first welcome and courtesy call to the day I picked my vehicle up, customer service was excellent! My car looks excellent! I am a very satisfied customer. Highly recommend! They went above and beyond to update me on my car and when it would be done. They were done 5 days earlier than the original time. Bonus they even detailed my car inside to where it looks like I just bought it. Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication to make everything perfect.

CARSTAR did such an amazing job on my vehicle. They made a stressful situation much easier for me. The receptionist (I apologize for not getting her name) is the nicest lady and had the best attitude! It was refreshing speaking to someone so kind and made sure I never had any unanswered questions. My car was also finished a week earlier than anticipated and they waited until I got off of work which was after hours to pick up my car. Such a great team and will definitely be recommending them to everyone!

Finding CarStar was great. They took my car with no issues- other body shops in the area wouldn t touch it because it was electric. They communicated with me throughout the process- never left me guessing about the timeline. I got my car back quickly and it had been detailed! CARSTAR will always be my referral to friends.

CarStar Wilson Collision Center was so helpful and patient with me. George was very nice, supportive, helpful and patient with me to answer all of my concerns. He went far and beyond to help me. My car looks great now and I m so glad that he was the one who was picked to fix my car. Also the ladies up front were so nice to helping me out to. I ve used David Wilson s Body Shop for almost 2 decades and have always been given great service and 5-stars treatment. My car goes in for bodywork and comes out looking like new! Very friendly company!! Repaired my car and cleaned inside and out which was very shocking but I was very very happy with how everything turned out!!! I would definitely recommend again and will be back if I need anything done!! They communicated about everything and the front desk lady was an absolute pleasure!! Recently used CARSTAR Wilson collision center due to a car accident. They have excellent customer service and super fast turn around time. Brett was very knowledgeable and helped me feel comfortable about the repairs needed. This was my first time using this center but I will definitely be using them in the future if need be.

Had my car repaired in July. Got hit right side front. Where they sent my car to get aligned I had to take it back 2 times because it just wasn t right. It seemed to pull to right. They couldn t find anything wrong. Bought new tires in Oct & then took to get oil changed & front end checked, he came back telling me you have a slightly bent left tire rod. He said that doesn t happen driving, they usually wear out after years. Then I realized Carstar/Wilson who repaired my car must not have checked the left side at all! That s why it was always slightly pulling to the right & the alignment place couldn t get it right. I ve contacted State Farm & sent the adjuster 3 messages! Guess I ll call State Farm once more, they are going to fix my car right, even if i have to lawyer up. I ll keep an update on this. This is December 20, 2023. Robin Wise

Carstar Wilson Collision Center in Gastonia exceeded my expectations in every way. A car wreck is inherently traumatic and disruptive - the kindness of the front office staff was much appreciated! Bret assessed the situation quickly and capably, communicating his findings and recommendations much quicker than I anticipated. Unfortunately our car was totaled, but the situation was completely resolved in a matter of days - remarkable! Hope we don't need your services again anytime soon, but if we do - we know where to go first!

Very pleased with my experience here. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and transparent. Ryan stayed in contact with me throughout the process of getting my car repaired and got it completed ahead of the expected time. My car looked brand-new! They also cleaned my car very well outside and inside which was awesome. Their process with the interaction with my insurance and the rental car company made the entire process easy and stress-free.

Not really one to leave a review, but I have to leave a good word for this company. Got into an accident and this was the only company around that was able to get my vehicle in at a reasonable time. They had my car for about 4 weeks. They kept me up to date throughout the entire process. After the repairs were finished I felt like I had a brand new car! They made my 2010 feel so much newer. They even detailed my car! Drives better and definitely looks better. Really happy to do business with CARSTAR! I recommend this business to everyone. Customer service was 10/10! Everyone I came into contact with was super nice and friendly. Thank you again CARSTAR. I m a very happy customer.

Carstar had my car put back together and it looked better than new. I received updates on the work being done. Staff were beyond fantastic, from the front desk to the ones in the back fixing it. Hopefully won't need collision repairs again, but if I do I would trust them again.

I have been a 20 year customer because Wilson Collision is the best of the best. My untouched 2010 Camaro 2SS was damaged in a parking lot (1/28/20) There s only one place I was heading to, the only collision shop I trust, Wilson Collision Center. Nothing but fantastic service from the minute you walk in the door. Excellent customer service and phenomenal workmanship!I can t thank Wilson Collision enough for restoring my vehicle to factory. Thank you!!

The service and the people were amazing! Brett kept me informed at every step. Even when a small issue with my battery came up, he went above and beyond to make sure my car not only looked great but was also running like it was when I brought it in. Everyone took the time to explain the process and put me at ease. They even contacted the rental car company for my pickup and drop off.I would highly recommend this company! It was such a great experience that I didn't even mind paying my deductible...lol

Thank you so much for the excellent service provided. The customer service by Bret was more than exceptional. The expected service date was sooner than you predicted, sincerity, honest and straightforward on was was to be done on the car. The paint process was explained in steps. My car looks amazing, you can't tell the difference from the older paint to the new one. I was treated as a respectful top customer, something that now a days we see less and less.
