These folks are great! Came in 870$ less on repair quote. Got the job done in three days, the other company said they would need my car two weeks. Then they detailed my car too! I really feel confident in their capabilities, and their trustworthiness. Highly recommend!

Great people up here who actually care about their reputation. Very easy to work with and fair pricing. As well as being very flexible with scheduling. Will service my vehicles here again if needed.

I have taken quite a few of my cars there,and I have treated with respect and the service has been great. My cars has been diagnosed with what the right problem was,not given the run around. The oil changes have been done at a good price,and I recommend them all the time to family and friends.

Overall, my experience with Carolina's Auto was pretty good! It did take a little longer than anticipated to have the repairs on my car complete due to finding parts needed, but Sierra was amazing with communicating with my insurance and the rental car company to extend my rental until my car was finished! They went above and beyond with communicating with Kia and Kia Corporate to find a piece needed for the last repair on my car. I was rear-ended and the body work on my car made it to where it almost looks brand new! I would definitely recommend!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I only got an oil change but I highly recommend this business! They worked with my schedule and took my car in immediately when I got there. I brought my computer to work but this is the fastest oil change I ve ever gotten done and didn t even have time to. I will definitely be back for any other car needs! My daughter was in a collision in her car, and when all the other body shops in the area were booked solid our insurance company recommended Carolina's Auto. They were extremely helpful, responsive, and customer focused. The same day we picked up my daughter's car, she was in a hit and run collision in MY CAR! After we had such a great experience with Carolina's Auto, we told the other driver's insurance company we wanted the work with them once again. Now, keep in mind, the following is not a negative reflection in any way regarding Carolina's Auto. First, due to supply chain issues parts delayed the body work completion - but Sierra with CA was very upfront and provided timely updates and timelines based on what was available to her. When the body work was done, the car looked great! My wife and Sierra took it for a test drive, put gas in the car, but the fuel gauge was showing empty and the check engine light was throwing codes. It appeared that there was more to be fixed than cosmetic issues.Sierra from CA went to the local KIA Dealership in Gastonia, where she explained what had happened to the car, and they insisted that the car needed a new onboard computer (in the front of the car, in the engine compartment) even though the car had been hit in the rear quarter panel (nothing near the engine). The car sat at the dealership for two weeks - they never touched it, and they never communicated with CA. When they finally did change out the computer, the issue persisted - because the sensor in the fuel tank had been damaged - just as Sierra had told them. Ladies and gentlemen, CA knew more about how to fix my car than the KIA dealership. When it came time to finally pick up my car, over two months after the collision, they had detailed the inside of it for me because of the long wait and process. They handled all contact with the other driver's insurance company for me, and did their very best to make this painful process as easy for my family and I as they could.This is a family owned company that prides itself on good service, and making things right for the customer. The communication was so positive with them that they knew my wife's phone number when it popped up on caller ID, and greeted her by name! Very honest, extremely friendly, and I cannot recommend them enough if you have auto mechanic or collision repair needs.Services: Tires, Painting, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

Was told to bring my car in on Tuesday before they close so they can start on it Wednesday morning I called a couple times to try to get update never had anything for me even though I even went and found parts for them to try to speed the process up and then I went down on Friday to see what was going on my car was sitting in the same spot that I parked it and they tell me they're not going to be able to get to it until Monday when called estimated $100 for the repair and then mechanic Jack's it up $200 when I saw my my car was not touched by Friday afternoon I decided to pick it up and take it elsewhere would not recommend this place to anyone that doesn't know the people. Not the type of person that mines rating my turn on the repair but don't put people in front of me after you've already given me a time

I have brought my Dodge Cummins my Ford F-350 7.3 my Mustang GT. Most importantly I bring my daughter and son car to this shop because of the trust that I have in there abilities to do the job right. It s a family run business it s also another thing that I admire of them. Very honest people and very reliable. I would recommend them for sure!!

We had now a 2nd great experience with Carolina Auto. A deer hit my son's car. He was worried it would be totaled. Luckily most of the damage was on the side of the car, so it was just body work. They worked very well with Allstate. We tried twice to get a quote from the local dealer. The car dealer seemed to not be able to help us even asking twice for a quote! The body work was very reasonably priced. They even painted his hood scoop to match the new hood. They always keep you updated on timing and go the extra mile. We will be back (if we have a body problem again.)

Excellent experience with this shop! So happy to finally have found an honest place to take my car. Being a single woman, I've had trouble for decades with that. It seems wandering in without a man gets translated by some people to mean, "cha-ching!" Not here. I received an itemized quote for what I asked for, no additional "you need to do this $200 service too" boloney, and they were polite and respectful both on the phone and in person. They stand by their work, evidenced by me driving a short distance away, hearing a noise and driving right back. No hassle! He got in the car, drove it, pulled it back in shop, fixed it right away, drove it again and said it was good, probably something from the road stuck in the wheel. Great price too, cheaper than the other quotes I received. They've got my business! I recommend them.

These guys are freaking awesome they are good with prices good on getting your car repaired on time as they promised and Sierra the owner is a very very very nice lady and her husband is a very nice guy and these people are really the top-of-the-line I didn't wait long at all for my car
