Caliber Collision is literally the place to go for all your auto repair needs and this is from my personal experience!!!! The communication throughout the process of preparation down to the return of your vehicle there's nothing less than spectacular. I have a Mercedes Benz S550 that needed the front driver side bumper and fog light restored due to an personal minor accident and I was really worried about who's care I was going to have to leave my car in and after meeting with 4 different shops one being a family friend that's been knowing our family since I was born and does extremely good professional work I still went with Caliber Collision just off the initial office consultation. I literally walked out of their office and said to myself that's who I'm getting to do my repairs hands down!!!!

These guys were great! I was able to get in for an appraisal promptly, everyone who helped me was very polite and professional. What's even better is while my car was estimated to be complete in about 4 weeks, they all completed it 10 days ahead of schedule! Love when people over deliver on their promises, especially these days when it seems everything is backordered and delayed. Definitely, without hesitation, recommend this company to anyone who needs some collision work done. Thanks again!

This Caliber Collision Center is top notch. From the moment I left my car for repairs, which were many, the turn around time was 2 weeks. Amazing for sure. Shane and Bobby were absolutely wonderful. They kept me informed nearly on a daily basis regarding the status of work. I am beyond impressed. I will refer anyone and everybody to this establishment should they require body work. I dealt with two different people and they were both great! One was Shane who worked in the office and the other was the guy who took my car in. I didn t get his name but he was awesome also. They were both knowledgeable and very friendly.This is the second time I ve had work done by them. Both times were due to an accident. The second accident, they mentioned about bringing my car here or asked if I wanted more options. I said that this would be perfect. I do not regret that choice!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Stopped by for an estimate & left with my problem solved. They were so friendly & helpful. They could've tried to get over on me & suggest I pay for work that I didn't really need. The man that helped me took a look & let me know what I could do to solve it myself. If I ever do need body work I'll definitely go there.

The entire process was done with timelines, professionalism, polite and caring employees with my satisfaction a goal for them. They really do good work and have an excellent work ethic and especially with their customer satisfaction as high priorities to each of them. Very refreshing for the times.

Shane and her crew are awesome. Tried to get an appointment to have my vehicle fixed after an accident. Everyone quoted me months out and she took me in that same day. Had an issue with the vehicle after we picked it up and they re already on it trying to resolve the issue. She s the shop mom and she s just awesome. Highly recommend.

Great people! Cody informed me of every process viia text message.He even called me when the car was moved.My car was ready about 3 weeks ahead of schedule! The paint and wax job was great! They make the Repears of my car on time. My car needed a lot work and they fix it well and right on time. The car body work was excellent. My car looks new. We had Wheel, tire and trim work from getting hit on the side. They did an excellent job, on time and were helpful about getting it in and repaired based on our needs even though their schedule was busy. I came in on August 29th to get the back of my car fixed since I hit a street sign while backing up my 26 foot u haul truck that had the car attached to it. They took a good month to do this simple repair while repeatedly telling me that it was almost done. Then when I got the car back, I discovered the front of the car was damaged, I did not do this to my car, and they acknowledged that their before photos did not show these damages. I talked to the manager and he seemed to be willing to fix it, he just needed to talk to his boss first. Well, then he said he spoke to my insurance who told him to get it fixed I would need a new claim basically saying I damaged it myself. I said that's ridiculous I didn't do this to my car. I spoke to my insurance and she never spoke with them so they lied to me. They are giving me the run around. I have to call everyday to get updates on the issue and see what they have decided to do.Services: Exhaust, Body & Trim

Caliber Collision Gastonia is the best! I am highly satisfied with the repair work to my Nissan Kicks. The damage was very extensive. They basically had to rebuild my car from the ground up. Bobby is by far the best repair technician and he and his crew returned my car to me in perfect condition. I really appreciate being treated with respect throughout the lengthy process. Bobby made sure I was informed every step of the way and was always patient and kind. This crew worked hard to finish my car as soon as possible and returned it to me earlier than I expected even though it was a holiday! After taking my car to the Belmont location and my car not being fixed correctly and finally after weeks of fighting to get it fixed I was told to take it to the Gastonia location and the manager Joseph there is awesome! Kept me informed the entire time my car was there and got everything corrected now my car drives like it should! Thank you so much Joseph you are the best! From the first time I contacted them to walking into the facility, nothing but the best professional and most friendly service I've received in a very long time. They were very informative with me on how they were going to fix my car and just how long it may take. They definitely keep you updated on their services.
