I went there Sunday and asked a simple question. I was answered rudely. 2 other employees heard and came over to help me after I was blown off by the first guy. The products I ended up buying didn t work for my car. I had to return them and the manager was very unhappy and it was obvious. I later went back because the card they returned my money to didn t match my card number. I later realized it was my fault because I didn t remember which payment method I used. Even though it was my mistake, the least I would ask would be politeness. The manager just gave off some very upset signals. Something is wrong at this location. The AutoZone down the street is way nicer and friendlier. I work retail myself. I know what working retail and sales is like and supposed to be like. This location is terrible for customer service.

Manager was completely rude and over domineering. It was a product marked as 24.99 due to the fact that it was a damaged box with a big brown stain on the actual product. Apparently it was the incorrect item number, and then proceeded to tell me I had could pay 10% discount. I then proceeded to haggle with him for at least 15% which is more than fair something so damaged. I proceeded to take the item from me and slam it on the metal countertop. He then proceeded to be very sarcastic and told me to leave. The is unprofessional and definitely has a chip on his shoulder. I won t be going to that Autozone anytime soon. Buyers beware when the two tone Beard Man comes to assist you.

This location's employees are the most unprofessional not helpful does not have a very good adequate about themselves also they are very very racist they were openly talking trash about white race Americans to the point to where it was sickening. This was to the point to where my husband literally turned around and walked out of the store and did not even give a chance for rebuttal because of the fact that we have been loyal customers of this certain location for many many years and now there's individuals working there who are just so unprofessional that it's sickening. And the manager who we don't know if he was intimidated by or agreeing with what they were saying, however he never spoke up and said anything didn't tell them to stop talking like in front of customers not sure. They need to be taught that God doesn't like ugly and mean- ness and stuff

Not sure if the employee was just mis informed or what I brought a battery to get charged he tested said it wouldn t charge if we tried said it would be waste of time I kinda got the impression he just didn t feel like dealing with it luckily I had a buddy with a charger and the battery charged fine haven't had an issue since. But auto zone gotta do better literally just needed it charge but thanks for nothing I guess lol

The customer service associates were on point and provided me with the best service I ve ever had at a parts store! They had a part in stock that every other store would have to order. When life happens and the only car you have is down having a dependable parts store means everything! Thanks guys!

The manager is a pompous jackass. Refused to put my windshield wiper on my car because it was a courtesy. as he put it. I had to wait 25 minutes before he's deemed it fit to perform search courtesy. I would not send my ex-husband there for auto parts

Stopped in today to pick up some oil for my truck, friendly environment must I say walked up to the register and spoke with an employee. We started out laughing and joking about the prices. I then asked how much were the funnels, he walked over and got one for me. We then proceeded to the register to check out. He then said Here you go this is on the house.. I was very gratefulThis doesn t happen often but I will pay it forward

This was unfortunately the only AutoZone in my surrounding area that had the parts I needed for my car. So I entered this shop and was greeted by a Hispanic Humpty Dumpty who asked me if I needed help finding anything. Upon giving me an answer to my question he taunted me loudly after I walked away just because I was a female. Maybe if he stops letting his mom cut his hair and changes that attitude he'll find a girlfriend. Until then, don't let his crusty attitude stop you from getting the parts you need ladies.

Had to go cross town to this store to get to get the part I needed as soon as I walked in they had plenty of help to get me out of there quick, I had to make a return trip to return unneeded excess parts. Between my two visits I did not spend more than five minutes in that store which I thought was pretty darn good!!!!

Behind the counter help will sell you whatever the Computer pulls up with your year make and model, If the computer says you need a bannanna for your 91 civic not a battery then a new banana they will try to sell you.

I was in process of getting a return corrected, they had $450.00 of mine floating around. They have a great staff but, the manager Lue worked diligently with corporate until the issue was resolved completely. Got all my money back on my card by the end of the same week. Once again that s what makes a great store is great leaders. Thanks Again!!

I had a really good experience at this location today! The staff was so polite and helpful. The employee that stood out the most was Krystal S, her energy was amazing. She sold me on a item that I had no intentions buying lol.Her enthusiasm and confidence in the product is what sold me to purchase the item, the drive that she had was amazing! Keep up the good work Krystal and know that you can be whatever you strive to be!The employee Tim was so patient even though the register was not performing as it should to print out the receipt for me he still remained professional and patient until it was resolved. Hints Autozone may need to change to a new program ~peace~

The staff are fantastic. Highly motivated individuals. I saw the young woman with blue hair handle several rude customers. She was so professional even in the face of extreme disrespect. She deserves a raise.

No assistance at all! I asked 2 people for help I was told to ask the people in the front. No one was in the front. Then a guy appears and tells me he told me where to go. Well clearly I had more questions!

Went to the store 0499 E Franklin Blvd, Gastonia NC at approximately 5pm. Only 1 customer in the store being helped by a sales associate and the manager on duty was assisting a customer on the phone. After the phone call, the parts sales manager (couldn't make out his name, faded) asked what I need. Iasked him to put my newly purchased lawnmower battery on a fast charge. He told me there was no such thing as a fast charge. I explained to him that having previously worked for Autozone that there was a fast charge and that if the battery wasn't fully discharged it would only take about 15 minutes. He shrugged his shoulders as if he didn't care. While I was waiting for my battery to charge, I also purchased a DL-800 jump starter, and all the sales associate could do was tell me how bad the product was. Not the typically good service that I usually receive from Autozone. I guess I'll just visit the other locations.

As my friend was talking to her friend, after they checked out, leaving the counter, the 2 associates did not ask me if I needed help, & both walked away in 2 different directions. I was facing the register, while she was facing her friend. The only reason I waited around is bcuz my friend still had to ask them a question. One finally came back & asked if I needed help. I asked a question, but bcuz of how that was even handled, I was nice enough to brush it off, & say I'll take care of it later! I quit going there a long time ago. I made the right decision.

I went to this location 02/22/22 for a simple headlight bulb when I entered the stored the manager and the young ladie associate stands at the desk neither say Goodmorning or nothing so I purchased the bulb and asked for assistance (wrong answer) she knew nothing and apparently wasnt interested I'm learning where light bulbs go Watch YouTube and learn something I guess you get what you pay for!

I've been there 2x the last few weeks. Zack G. an assistant manager asked me what I needed, but then was too occupied helping a customer on the phone that called after I arrived to sufficiently help me, so I left! Forward 2 weeks, I went in and an associate named Jamie helped me like one would expect. A 1 star and a 5 star experience between the 2 trips made me rate this store as a 3.

Went to the store to get a new battery, it was going well until they had to install the battery into my car, took 40 min to put a car battery, I end up being late to my destination.

Went in looking to plug my tire and the employee was very knowledgeable and helpful with finding most of everything I needed. They had some new items I found that he didn't know about felt good to show him something new.

Great looking parking lot improvements. I saw Sosebee Pavement Markings doing the work. Best work I have seen around. Oh yeah, parts were well stocked with great supply. Friendly, helpful staff with good attitudes

The attendance found the item I needed. The only concern I had was she called me honey. I am a grown retired woman. I think training is needed with her to ensure she uses appropriate language when speaking with customers.

Horrible attitude from the store manager. His name is Robert and I would like to let him know that I will NEVER EVER go back to his store again. He forgot to give me my change after paying for something there. I didnt think of it until I went to another store and realized he had forgotten to give me my change. Mind you I was very tired and just gotten off from work. I went back to him and explained that he didnt give me my change. I even offered to let him count his drawer see if he come up over in his drawer but no he slapped that money on the counter and threw his hands in the air. Realllly??? He looked at me like I was stupid and his attitude showed it all. Guess what?? Im calling the corporate office and letting everyone know not to go to his store. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Yall need a new store manager.
