Horrible service. Didn't want to sell a battery to my fiance. Told him the item didn't exist until we showed him the photo from the website then was a absolute jerk about it. Will not return.

Tim Came came out quickly and check my battery and alternator. He took the time to explain everything to me. He was very careful during the process, that I understood what was going on. He was honest and to the point. I also encountered two very helpful young man inside to work busy helping other customers. I always trust this store and the advance auto parts store in Greensboro on Randleman. Always great service. Highly recommend.

I'm astounded at the great service I got. Came here with several problems, left with all of them solved. Lashanna was amazing. She gave me options of different products available without pushing any and letting me choose what I thought was best. She also installed my wipers and new battery. Will certainly recommend. I came in about an hour ago to shop and when I asked the gentleman at the counter for some help, he gave me negative energy. I had asked if something would be in store since it said it was available for in stock pick up online, and he rudely pointed and said that s what I ve got I just walked out. This day and age, I d much rather spend my money somewhere that appreciates my business.

Just went into the store wasn t greeted by the two employees. Was getting some power steering fluid. When I got to pay I notice a lot of fluid on the product I had and it didn t feel like it was completely full. So I let him know it s has fluid on I proceed to open it in front of him to see how much fluid was in it. It wasn t full instead of offering to switch for a full product. The manager guy was like you opened it.I can t let u exchange for another I m like ok whatever man. He clears sees the product missing fluid did he try to make it right no.I will never buy anything from Advanced auto again I ll definitely go to Auto Zone.

Jason has the worst customer service, his attitude was very disturbing, the 2nd time with horrible customer service, as I m talking, asking questions, he is nonchalantly answering with his head to the side as if he is bothered because I m trying to see which part my BF called abt, another guy seen this rude behavior snd assisted me, I m not sure if he just miserable or against women or black people, but there is definitely an issue, I need a fuel pump now and will not go here or any advance, will be contacting corporate

Needs fuses for my car, they can't look up what type your car needs? Okay, purchased some to find out they were the wrong kind couldn't use a single one, brought back with receipt told no refunds or exchange, Thanks Dan!

Stopped in to get some brake pads and started a conversation with the cashier about having a family member in the hospital and being tight on cash. There was a gentleman there named Gordon who was so helpful in getting my brakes and he made my day. He gave such uplifting words and it restored my faith in humanity. Gordon seems like a humble and helpful, understanding man. Hes definitely a great addition to the team!!

We like advanced auto but today I am giving them 3 stars due to lack of service. I was advised by AAA that my battery needed replacing after having to have a jump start. I went to get it tested but their battery tester is broken. I mentioned getting a new battery and he advised it is better to get it tested which I appreciated. However he did not offer any information about other stores close by, theirs or others which would have been helpful. He could have stepped up and made a difference but chose not to.

Thank goodness for the nice young men at Advance on West Franklin in Gastonia. They were a blessing to me today. I wish everyone had that level of customer service

I went to get windshield wipers and the guy sold me the wrong one then his boss lady was so rude to me an another customer . The guy helping me had to go and ask her about my wiper and she told him that he couldn't help me he had to stay Inside the store she was to sick to be helping the customers. So he couldn't help me with the whisper blade . It was the wrong whisper that he sold me any was. I returned the whisper and i still need a new. Blade

Good parts house easy to find what I need and very helpful staff and if I can't find it they are more then happy to help. My only real gripe is supply is kind of limited, but they mainly cater to the area around them so I can't blame the parts house for that it's just a matter demographs

Lousy. They claimed to price match items but Walmart has item for $18 they're selling for $26 paired along with a filter I neither want nor need. According to manager who didn't originally even bother come to talk to us, Walmart isn't considered a competitor. That's okay... especially since he wouldn't say WHO was a competitor! Guess I'll be switching over to those non competitors from now on.

Needed antifreeze for my car, bought the wrong kind and the employee was helped me get the right antifreeze. Has free wiper installation as well. Good place if you're not knowledgeable about cars

My husband ordered a part online and had me go pick it up. I go in and give them the info, they look all over the store and cant find it, even though it said it was in stock. He comea back and tells me ill have to go to a different store.

Good deals ... but all the employees were too wrapped up in personal conversations and personal business to ask if I needed help. So, after 15 minutes of looking, I finally found what I was looking for.

Darren quuckly diagnosed the problem I was experiencing with my Lincoln Aviator....the yelliw GBS buttons and red BRAKE lights were both on after I slid in leaves in my front yard. Less than five minutes later I drove off....problem solved!

Used to be my go to until today when I was told exemption or not I had to wear a mask, was told rudely as well, that's alright AutoZone up the street didn't mind getting a couple hundred dollars from me.

Very dirty stores in the Gastonia area. I was employed many years ago and the look of the store was just as important as the sale. Not so much anymore.

Well my clutch goes out on me the tell me my car was fine that I could leave it over night and then soon as I left they had it towed so that was not only a bad experience but an expensive one that was totally uncalled for...
