I highly recommend this shop. I had my car towed there and within hours they informed me I had a blown head gasket which I had suspected. They're very knowledgeable and I really believe I finally found an auto shop I can TRUST. Everyone should go here. I will definitely be doing further business with them.

I came to them with a walk-in issue and saw that they were very busy, and now I understand why. This place knows that quality work and giving people a reason to trust them is going to get them business, because that s why they have mine now! I went in for a few mysterious issues, all of which were simple fixes that they didn t charge me for.They could have easily charged and replaced things and I wouldn t have batted an eye at it. I really appreciate the respect for the working person and fellow human at this business. I will be telling my friends and coming back!

As a female, I have never walked into a mechanic shop and felt comfortable. My experiences always felt like I was being taken advantage of or I was being up-sold for products I didn t need due to my limited knowledge of cars UNTIL I walked into Walton s! Professional, courteous and competent mechanics talk you through everything and explain what s happening. Not only am I completely comfortable with how I ve been treated, they have treated my college age daughter the same! No upselling, no taking advantage of our lack of knowledge related to cars - just total transparency on what is happening with your car. How refreshing to deal with honest, genuine and competent mechanics that treat you like they would their own mother, grandmother and/or daughter! Thank you Walton s for showing me there are mechanics/mechanic shops that truly care about their customers! 10 out of 10 recommend!

Look no further for a mechanic shop. This is the one you want. Why?1. Excellent service by a kind staff.2. No trying to sell you nonsense or charging up for stuff you don't need.3. Actually explain what the problem is.4. Fair prices for fair work.Really appreciate both times I've came to them with issues. And both times I left feelin like I don't want any other mechanic except for them. You won't be disappointed with these folks.

This place is a hidden gem. I found them recently when looking for a nearby shop who could do a pre-purchase inspection for me on short notice. These guys are knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and incredibly customer-focused. By far the best experience I ve ever had with an auto shop. Highly recommended and I will definitely be back!

Absolutely phenomenal customer service! I took my car in and they changed all my brakes in the same day! They did an amazing job! They have exceptional service and I highly recommend them! Thank you all so much! The owner is super nice and a very caring person! You don t find that much anymore! God bless you and your business!

Super fast and friendly service, my girlfriend and I had an issue with our brakes seizing up on her vehicle. We were able to get the vehicle towed there and they had it fixed within 24 hours. We thought it was going to be a day or two before they even looked at it. I was super pleased with their service and the price is very fair. I highly recommend doing these guys your business when it comes to auto repair

My wife and I both needed to take our cars to a garage to get looked at, and we had recommendations from two different friends to take our cars to Family Auto. We had a great customer experience. They explained exactly what was going on with our cars and did not try to sell us anything we did not need. We are greatly pleased with the service we received and highly recommend Family Auto to anyone else who might need an honest and trustworthy place to take their car. We will certainly continue to take our cars here if and when necessary.

I love this place! I ve never been to a garage where the mechanics are so genuine and kind so this place definitely changed my views on mechanics. They have never tried to sell me something that I didn t need. They treat me like family every time I come in for maintenance. 20/10. Extremely friendly and honest. This is especially important to someone who knows nothing about cars and could possibly be convinced the tooth fairy is still real. They were fast and very reasonably priced. I would recommend to my own mother.

I am new in town - figured my car is having a small oil leak. I didn't know anybody so started doing Google search to find a nearby honest yet knowledgable auto repair shop.I came across this auto service place and showed up there next day morning. Jeremy and everybody else there were so friendly. Jeremy fixed my car quickly and didn't even let me pay.Thank you, folks!! UPDATE: They've also renovated their interior space and it's now much cleaner and comfortable. Great sitting area with outlets for working on your laptop while you wait.Have had basic oil changes and simple repairs done here. Seem very trustworthy, don't gouge, and never have suggested unneeded services. Also very friendly. Much of an upgrade over experiences with Jiffy Lube and Christian Brothers.

I will definitely be back! I was recommended by family, and I am so glad I went. I was greeted by everyone with warmth while I asked for an oil change and let them know some of the concerns with my car. I was listened to and provided with honest feedback which revealed the unnecessary fixes advised by my previous local mechanic. It was refreshing to be at a place I could trust. The work was done efficiently and the cost was more reasonable than any other place I've been to. So far, this is the only place I'd recommend in the area.

Family Auto, takes good care of your vehicle needs. The mechanics are nice and really care about your vehicle needs. I would most definitely recommend them. My family has been going there for over 25years and they have always gave us good service.

Went in to have my check engine light evaluated today. They greeted me, and evaluated my car right away. They were very friendly, and helpful. Plugged in the computer, asked me questions, and walked me through all the potential causes, as well as what to do next. Had a great experience with walton family auto, especially being a newbie to engine light issues. I am new to the area, and will be returning for anything my car needs in the future.

This family-owned business knows what they're doing. They are friendly, efficient, and courteous. There have been two occasions when I wanted to do something early--get an oil change and rotate my tires--but each time they insisted on getting the best out of the car's equipment. Each could wait a little bit longer. They checked my fluids and my tires at no charge, not even trying to get a sale! Family Auto is focused on the benefit of the customer, and that is why I will remain loyal.

Jeremy and his family are the best kind of people to work with. They are trustworthy and kind. They do what they can to listen to their customers which has always made me feel involved. I don't live in Raleigh anymore and I'm currently looking for a shop in Portland to look at my car. I'm really considering driving it back to Family Auto ;)

If ever in your life you wished that you knew of a garage that fixed your vehicle quickly, were friendly and honest...then your wish is answered. I have taken several vehicles over there for many years and every thine they are honest, fast and friendly. I cannot tell you how many times they had saved me money by fixing what was really wrong and not what costs the most money. I cannot recommend Family Auto enough. The best business in Garner!

Jeremy is a friend, and I've always liked him as a human, but turns out, he's an excellent mechanic, too! Very happy to give him my business. I like that he keeps the cost of service in mind and communicates about that with me before doing the work. I loved my old place, but I've decided that Jeremy and his family are getting all my auto business now. They're great!

I've been taking my 2004 Toyota Camry to The Walton's for the past 3 years. The work is done in a timely manner and the pricing is fair and competitive. I get honest information delivered kindly about what my car needs or doesn't need. I also like that Family Auto Service continues to be a locally-run family business. It's an important part of the Garner (and Raleigh) community as can be evidenced by the interactions between Kevin and Jeremy and their customers. I highly recommend Family Auto Service.

Great service you can trust!When I take my car to Walton Family Auto I know that I am getting great service that I trust. I live in Raleigh and drive to Garner because the Walton's are individuals who are going to look out for their customer. From regular oil changes to maintenance and repairs, I leave feeling safe on the road. As I have watched patrons come in and out of the shop, I notice that many are known by name because they return for the same quality work from Family Auto.
