Iam writing this review for Mr. Boswell....first of all he has used CRTS for a lot of years..good company and never had any problems until now....he brought his trailer in because wall was damaged ..so his insurance company was involved with this ...the service department took the wall down but never communicated with Mr.Boswell nor the insurance company about the damaged...needless to say they put everything back together but never fixed the problem ..after paying out $7000 dollars the wall is still not working ..having the same problem..CRTS said they would repair it again BUT WANT TO CHARGED HIM ALL OVER AGAIN BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T COMMUNICATE NOR TALK TO HIM BEFORE THEY PUT WALL BACK UP....ALL MR. BOSWELL WANT IS GET HIS TRAILER FIXED ..HE HAS SPENT SO MUCH MONEY ON THIS PROBLEM AND IT NEEDS TO BE RESOLVED ...

Had a wonderful experience there. They didn't try to take advantage of my wife and treated her with the utmost respect. I am only making this point because of the stigma associated with women in the trucking industry being disrespected. We had a misdiagnosis and they corrected the problem soon as we brought the trailer back. They will definitely keep our business and we highly recommend them for any trailer needs.

I had 2 separate trailer incidents in the Raleigh NC area and both were in the vicinity of CRTS, Inc. They were the easy solution! I am riding again.

Everyone was very respectful professional courteous kind they spoke to me once I walk into the door the receptionist she greeted me with a smile she let me know where the break room and restroom were and I had a very good experience and I also had a chance to meet the ownerMr Thomas very nice man. Excellent service. I got my box truck rear door replaced there. Steve Eger was a huge help and kept me informed each step of the way. I would recommend CRTS highly.

You can always find what your looking for here. They have a great service department too and couldn't be friendlier. I was even offered free lunch last time I stopped in.

I had a very nice experience with CRTS, I purchased second trailer from them and they offered a great service and good quality trailer, in special mr. David he helped me a lot, and they treat you right. Thanks. Recommended.

Called them to inquire about wanting to buy a trailer. David refused to sell to me even if they had something in stock because I live in NY. I'll take my 6 figures somewhere else.

Guys there are pretty good. Had a minor issue. Someone backed beside the trailer I picked up and sheared off the trailer light and they jumped right on it and had me in and out in no time

The customer service is great, the place is clean, they practice social distancing and you have to wear a face mask.

Dispatch for repairs is trash !! been waiting on hold two hours get a order issued to repair flats and 15 minutes later recieved text dispatch cancelled .. on hold again now might as well wait to 8 am when real people get to the office .

No wifi inside the building,if you need to call your office for information you have to go outside then come back in
