Affordable service and one of the lowest quotes I got for replacing a wheel bearing. Paid only what they quoted on the phone. Service was quick done in a timely manner as they said it would be. Will definitely go back to this place for future car care.

Had my transfer case blow up on the highway and had my truck towed here. I m not from the area so I was a little nervous at first but there was no need to be. They fixed it at a reasonable price fast. As someone who knows a lot about cars when I spoke to the mechanic he was really competent and knew what he was talking about. Would recommend

Horrible service you can t even get a oil filter tightened at this place they have 1 mechanic and some lady at the front they both don t do anything but literally play with birds all day literally. They harvest birds and do 0 automotive work idk what they got going on in there. 10-10 do not recommend to anybody for any service they will f ur car UP

Unprofessional Auto. Couldn't inspect my truck because they had a dump truck in yhe way " when will it be moved"? "I don't know" "so tomorrow" "I can't tell you I don't know if it will be days a week, I just don't know"

Was recommended by a buddy of mine when my transmission went out on my 2004 F150. Very prompt service and honest diagnosis! Was told what it would cost from Ford and another very reputable transmission shop and these guys saved me close to $1,200 and gave a 24 month warranty instead of 12 and fixed the oil leak while there without charging me or me having to ask!! Thanks Eric for the great service!! I Highly recommend these guys!!!

I called all over for estimates to replace my clutch. They had the best price by far! They stuck with the price quoted. There were no surprises when I picked it up and went to pay. Awesome business.Pros:Fast repair, fair prices, no surprises at pick-up, they speak SpanishCons:NoneBottom Line:I would recommend this company if you are in need of an auto repair.

I don't know how anyone can give this place more than a 1-star rating? I mean, how do they even make it past the woman answering the phones? Absolutely HORRIBLE service. There's a Meineke farther down 70 - great service, reasonable prices, and they know what they're doing. Believe me - driving the extra few miles will be worth it to avoid this place.

Professional Auto Repair is just that...professional! I had a wonderful experience with them. My car was making a growling noise when I would drive. My dad found them and the people at Professional Auto Repair were nice and explained what was happening to my car in laymen's terms. They fixed my car quickly and the costs were not outrageous. I will be going back to them if I have any other car problems. I met with the front desk professional and she was so sweet. She did told me what the technicians said and gave me options about how to solve my car troubles, she did not try to force me one way or the other. I would highly recommend them if you have car troubles and want someone to fix your car! Thank you Professional Auto Repair!

This shop is by far the best i have delt with around the raleigh area. I have them work on both my dump truck and my personal vehicles. The prices and turnaround time blow my mind every time. Honestly if I broke down 3 hours away I would get towed here. For me the repair price and pice of mind would by far be worth the tow bill.

Excellent service and very knowledgeable and honest! Told me what was wrong and fixed same day! Was told by another shop needed head gasket but they said it was just a timing issue and fixed for $250!! Thanks

If I could give place a half of a star I would. First off I dropped my car the day before to have A/C service due to they were busy that day which I totally understand then I was told they would get to it first thing in the morning I actually gave them until 1030 next day to diagnose what's wrong with my car and when I called the woman at the front counter stated that they had not got to my car yet and to call back around 1230 ok so I said cool I will give them until 115 and when I called back no answered from that time until about 330 and I was told front counter lady left and no one called me at all to inform anything. So I asked another gentleman could he tell me what's wrong with my car and he stated it was a condenser and air vent. I proceeded to ask what will be the price of parts and labor after waiting half of the day to get feedback and noooo communication and he told me to call back in 30 min which now I'm livid because no one has answers and it's been all day so I wait another hour and finally call back and the front desk woman answers after I CALL not a call from them at all and she states the same thing he told me. So I asked ok what's the price to replace this and she said she had to call around to get price and call back in 20 min and then my head spun. I simply told her I will not wait any longer and I wanted to pay them for my diagnosis which is the correct thing to do, And I made her aware that communication is the key to successful business and she proceeded to explain and I still told her I will just rather take my car somewhere else to get fixed rather to let my car sit there again. So please think twice before you take a car there because you will not get any feedback from anyone. GO TO A REPUTABLE REPAIR SHOP THAT ACTUALLY CONTACTS THE CLIENTS.

Awesome job well done. It was a little mix up in the beginning but once we got on the same page everything went smooth. Fast and friendly service. I definitely recommend this place.

Do NOT take your car here for inspections! They do not even have a mechanic Performing the inspections it is the receptionist and so does not know what she is doing. She failed my vehicle, I took it to the DMV, they passed it! Do NOT get trapped into unnecessary repairs on your car!
