I would like to Thank Ruby (ASM), Russell (Tech), Tony (ASM), and Sheila (ASM) for providing a wonderful experience at the Garter 0128 Pep Boys location! As soon as I walked through the door Ruby provided a warm and friendly greeting. She was very professional and polite with reviewing and providing details about my vehicle service repair. Russell went above and beyond with honesty and explaining the exact issue involving my vehicle. This entire team provided me with an outstanding visit this morning at Pep Boys 0128 in Garner NC!

I saw all of the bad reviews, but decided to go anyway because of the recent reviews on google. The front desk person was SO RUDE to me that I asked for my keys and registration back and canceled my appointment. It is really easy to be kind and treat people with respect. Back to jiffy lube I go.

Renee was amazing, welcoming and I will definitely be back. She told me I needed an air filter and I said I would have to wait and she gave me a quote for a later date while being totally understanding of my position. Also they let me use a coupon for my oil change which helped out. Plus it was an incredibly fast oil change!

Tony gave me A-1 service. I called to have a headlight bulb put in and even though they were booked he agreed to work me into the schedule. All the other places I called told me that I needed an appointment for 4 days later. It only took 5-10 minutes to install and I was on my way. Great service! Kudos to Tony and the techs!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Pep Boys, Garner Location for automotive services, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a sense of professionalism that immediately put me at ease.The first thing that stood out to me was the friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were not only willing to answer my questions but went above and beyond to explain the services my vehicle needed. This level of transparency was greatly appreciated, as it made me feel confident that I was making the right decisions for my car.Pep Boys' waiting area was clean and comfortable, with complimentary refreshments. I took my vehicle into the Pepboys Garner location for a noise issue when turning. I was told that replacing both the front hub bearings and my tires would resolve the noise issue. I did what their mechanics suggested me to do (costing me over $700) and the noise problem was still there. I tried to speak to the service manager Renea for some type of compensation, she told me that I can get a free oil change even though she didn t think I deserved one . They had my vehicle multiple times and couldn t figure out the proper cause. I took my car to a different Pepboys and they figured out the problem in less than three hours. If I could rate this location zero stars I would! The service manager is unprofessional and isn t willing to work with customers.

This is where I routinely take my car for service. Service is completed well and quickly. If there are ever any problems, I can always expect good communication from this location. Thanks to Tony, Marc, and Logan for their help with my car on my most recent visit for an oil change and inspection.My inspection report even got a gold star sticker!

Had a great experience today bringing in my car for a rear bulb replacement! Logan was very helpful with my questions and Peyton had me in and out in twenty minutes. Would definitely recommend making an appointment and bringing your vehicle in for servicing :)

Made an appointment online to have my NC Vehicle inspection done today at 6 PM. A store associate called me at approx. 12 PM to inform me the trained store associate performing the inspections that day would be leaving by 5 PM and asked if I could come in by 4:30 so I could still get it done. I agreed to the appointment change and arrived 10 min early just to ensure the person conducting the inspection could still be done by 5 PM. I got checked in provided all my information and went to the waiting area. After 30 min the front desk associate called me up and said the person conducting the inspections today decided to just leave and apparently did not inform her or anyone else in the store wasting my time after leaving work early to accommodate this person's schedule. After making time to accommodate the store I was left empty handed due to the poor communication skills of the staff who could at least have notified me when I arrived the person had left rather than making me wait the time it would have taken to actually conduct the inspection itself. Very displeased with the treatment in the store and waste of time.Also got this lovely email afterwards as a cherry on top.

Great work by Logan and Peyton. Logan at the front desk completed all the initial formalities very fast since this was my first visit and Peyton did a neat job inspecting the tyre and fixing the issue. Even though my visit was for flat tire caused by a small nail, very much satisfied with the quick turnaround and also courtesy free health check for my car.

I normally come to this location for an oil change and have no issues. Each visit I m assisted by Logan, who always provides great customer service. Today I interacted with Ruby who was very rude. Ruby's tone of voice and body language when answering my questions came off as if she had an attitude. I m not too familiar with anything about a car so it was very off putting when I asked simple questions about the service being provided for my car. I did let Ruby know that I didn t appreciate her tone. After our interaction she continued to be unprofessional as I waited in the waiting area to the point where she excused herself outside. Outside she proceeded to fuss to the mechanics. It made me feel uncomfortable being that they were not done servicing my car. The way she handled the situation was very unprofessional and uncalled for. I ended up receiving a free service due to miscommunication between the mechanic and front desk additional to the oil change I paid for. I m definitely going to reconsider going back or recommending anyone to go here. My rating is two stars because my previous visits and interaction with Logan were always good.

Got the Jaguar an oil change here today, Shelia was very polite, she noticed me as soon as I walked in n started helping me, she quoted the oil change n then she offered me a discount. I thought that was super dope. The wait time was decent , so Shout out to Sheila keep up the great work boo, I appreciate the service.

Peyton and Logan had great customer service and got my tires put on in a timely manner. Only issue I have is that back in September after my front tires were put on, my low tire pressure light turned on, and I called and was told I could go to the Clayton location to get it fixed and when I did , they refused to being understaffed. I just now made it back to Garner and asked them to check it while replacing my back tires, and they said they would.. Needless to say, the lift is still on.. All 4 tires have been replaced , so not sure why the light is still on or if the sensor needs to be reset and wasn t.

My experience started pretty rough with my tire but with great customer service we were able to turn it around. Thank you for being reasonable in the situation! A little understaffed tech wise but still pretty efficient.

I have been coming to this location over the last few years for maintenance and repair services and they've earned my trust. They can certainly get busy so plan ahead but they are transparent with their ETAs as well as pricing. Their waiting areas are clean if you decide to use them as well. If you're looking for a discount, check out their website coupons. Renee is excellent but Ruby and Russell also provided great service at my last appointment.

Thank you very much to service manager Ruby who did an excellent job at working with me for an inspection, oil change and cooler gasket replacement based upon my request. The experinced and skillful technician discovered the oil leak on my 198K mile, 2011 Xterra (35K whenever I bought it) was from the valve cover gasket and not the oil cooler gasket, which I knew could be the issue. Since I already had the oil changed Ruby suggested I apply for a Pep Boys CC, and get it free regardless of being accepted or denied. The interest free period will allow me to payoff the large repair bill that I knew was coming but wasn't planning on for today. Ruby gives awesome customer service and I noticed it for every person who came in or was waiting. She was always looking for a solution that benefits the customer.

Finally made myself get an inspection today and I'm very glad I chose this Pepboys location as they made it quick and easy to get in and get out. The waiting room was a nice size and I will be keeping them in mind if I ever need to come back, thanks to Marc and Logan for the nice service!

Amazing service! Renea was incredibly kind and patient with us. We had a lot of questions about the car and wanted to make sure we got the best deal for the work we needed done. Renea made sure to communicate exactly what the fix would entail, how much it would be, and she made sure to check in with us throughout. I will definitely be coming back to this location!

It was a long day, but they got the job done. Two of my four weren't in stock even though the computer said 6 were in stock.After some checking, they were able to get the two tires from another store.It ended up being 5 hours before I could drive back home.I hope I'm just one in a million.The staff were very courteous and helpful, and like I said, they got it done.I'll go there again. They do my oil changes too.

Brought my car in for a simple bulb replacement in my headlights. The staff was helpful and cheerful when checking me in for my appointment. While I was waiting for the repairs, our area went under a tornado warning with reports of tornado rotations and touchdown just two miles from the shop. I was the only customer waiting in the shop at the time. The two girls at the counter made sure that not only the employees were aware and in a safe location, but also went above and beyond to ensure my safety too. In the panic of it all, the employees could have easily retreated to the back of the shop to safety but instead made sure to run to the front of the shop to lead me to safety as well. While the tornado missed us at the shop, I am extremely grateful and appreciated for the staff at this location.

Todays experience was amazing the team was awesome . Logan was who I scheduled my appointment with . She got me in with no problem . Marc was amazing. And ruby really set it off for me . Her customer service is above and beyond . She really made my morning. I was nervous going this morning but walked out feeling so much better . Took car by to figure out why the rear wheel was losing air. Car went in 30 mins after the appt time and they couldn t find any issue and didn t seem too bothered to try that hard to figure out why. Took it to Murray s, the best around and they found the huge crack in the rim in less than two minutes and gave me the referral to a place that could fix it.
