"My brakes went out while heading to work one morning. Nearly needed to cancel. Yet, big moment whenever called mayimbe Auto Fix for a tow administration, they were there in twenty minutes or less. They took me straightforwardly to there auto shop, right to the lift. They lifted my vehicle then, at that point, showed me that my brake line blew. They let me know I didn't need to pay for the tow until it was fixed and I pick my vehicle later. They gave me a ride to work. How quite sweet! I didn't need to go home for the day all things considered. They called me later let me know they fixed my brake line issue and that I was all set. My insurance agency repaid me for the tow on account of my towing plan I pay for. This maintenance continues to improve. It was brilliant to Finish it off there cost. They needed to fix and supplant two brake line segments. Gotten my vehicle after work. Gratitude for all the assist with enduring Possibility! I've proactively told my companions at work how decent your group is."

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE!! They are shady and don t do the work on your vehicle that they say they ve done. While we were there another customer was there and said his car had been there for four (4) months. They had our car for 2 weeks and kept adding stuff to what was wrong and we ended up having to take it to another shop to be fixed. Their customer service is horrible!! Luis, the owner is terrible!! PLEASE BEWARE!!!!Service: Auto maintenance

I never do this but I have to; never go here. The owner is nice enough but the service for my car was terrible. I broke down on I-40, had my car towed here because the address was for what once was a carmax maxcar facility but apparently that changed recently. So now in its place is this shop. Mechanic said my car needed a new muffler and new starter motor, he replaced both for $640 and when I picked my car up it started. Then I got down the road and the car was having the exact same issues that shut it down prior to the service that was performed on it. I asked the guy specifically if the car would make it home and he said yes. Well my car did not make it home without the assistance of a tow truck. I broke down AGAIN and when I texted and tried to call the guy he was not responding. I implore anyone who wants honest good work done to their vehicle avoid this shop.Services: Engine repair, Auto exhaust system replacement

I needed a tow truck, and my insurance company called them to come and pick up the car. The app that they use said there was 120 minute window, so we called the service and the guy told us he would be there within an hour. Over 2 hours later he did not show up and stopped answering his phone. We left a voicemail and he never called back. The insurance company sent the request to another company that was courteous and came and picked up the car right away. I would not recommend this business to anyone, the other review is dead on.

NOT A TRUSTED BUSINESSWe did graphics for their towing truck, Business card, signs, etc. couple months agothe owner paid us with a check which bounced. After that he never picked up the phone. And obviously he never paid us back

I wish I could give this place negative stars!!! Do not take your car here, the owner told me that my car was fine but it wasn t. I drove my car for TWO minutes and my car was worse than it was when I brought it there. I went back and told the owner and he said he would fix but still charged me for something that wasn t fixed. I wish I never took my car here and I will be telling everyone how bad this place is!

My insurance company requested a tow. This company never showed up. They don't answer the phone, and don't return messages. Do NOT recommend this business! Unreliable!

Absolutely bad experience bad mechanics won t recommend it I which I can give negative cero negative cero ..but thank god I was available to get my money back because I paid with credit card !!!! Bad bad bad

If you need tow service, do not call this place. I would give them zero stars if I could. Unreliable and no showed the job.
