This body shop did good work before but I'm not sure what happened lately. I took my car in to get a diagnostic. They called me in 2hrs saying it was the coils and was going to cost $1100 to replace he siad he "smoked" the car and found nothing else wrong. My real mechanic already ruled out the coils when we changed the spark plugs...Well so I paid $187 for the diagnostic and guess what it wasn't the coils. My real mechanic had time open up so he did a real diagnostic and found that a valve spring had broke which kept my fuel injector closed. He should me pics and the spring. Long story short. They was gonna charge me $1100 and then say" oh you needed the coils changed anyways here is the real problem and charge me another couple thousand. "

The managing partner of this company should be ashamed of himself. On February 13th, my car alerted me that the brakes weren t working. I called a tow truck and took it to Johnson & Johnson. No big deal, it was all set on February 14th. Well when I picked up my vehicle and drove home, a piece from my tires popped up and it left me stranded on a one way lane road. Micah Shenell Mason showed up with his tow truck and seemed to be very kind at first. This is where he took my kindness for granted and found me as a target. He took my car back to the shop and on February 15th, he informed my husband over the phone that he had to order parts for my car and that it would be ready that following day. That same night around 6:00pm, I get a notification that my car had been unlocked and when I check the location from my car, it was in Cary! This body shop is in Garner mind you. I searched up the address and my car was in a subdivision(35 miles from our home) I was told that my car needed pieces and wasn t able to drive. At this point I reach out to police out of concern for my vehicle. A little while later, my car is now shown to be in Morrisville in between Hickory Tavern and Paragon Theater. I come to find out that Micah Shenell Mason, whom I trusted, had taken my vehicle out to dinner with his wife and his home without authorization. This is so unethical! I understand test driving a vehicle in proximity to a body shop, but to take my vehicle (that wasn t supposed to drive) out to dinner with your wife in Cary and your home is disgusting without my knowledge. Micah Shenell Mason is unethical and will take your car without your knowledge. Peter said he was offended by having him ARRESTED, but I m offended to have my car taken unauthorized for late night dinner. They said this was common practice and acknowledged that this wasn t bad practice. They also said that they wouldn t charge us for an incident which was their fault and would now charge us! Lying is not okay! Do not trust this body shop because they will do unimaginable things without your knowledge!

We started taking our cars to J &J imports as recommended by Carmax as one of their repair pals. One thing they lack are good communication skills. You have to keep calling them and each time you get a different person and a differentstory. They will also keep your car for days stating they are still diagnosing it, when if they have not had they opportunity to look at your car they should just be homest. We took our car to the dealer, they called us back with a diagnosis about an hour later, ordered the parts , sent us a video, and our car was ready the next day. Excellent customer service which J&J lacks.

My first few appointments were great. My 3rd appointment which was an oil change. A washer of some type was cracked or left off and the oil leaked out. Unfortunately I was approximately 2 hours from home when the need oil light came on, which was the same day as the oil change. Arrived home at 9 pm parked car in garage. Oil leaked all over concrete floor. Stains are still there. This company sent a bootleg person to clean floor. Floor still has visible stains. He sprayed my vehicle with whatever solution was in his machine and left spots all over the car. Business repaired washer and oil leak. The owner promised to return to my home and clean oil stains and have vehicle detailed. That was 6 months or more ago. I was ghosted and he never looked back or followed up. I moved on. I believe a man's word speaks to his integrity and ethics.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

If I could give them zero stars I would. I took my c300 here and it was left for a few days last week. Everyday I had to call back and check to see what was going on I was never called for fixing my pcv valve and I was also told 3 different prices. They told me to pick it back up this past Friday and when the part arrives to bring it back mind you nobody drives my car but me and my steering wheel was working perfectly fine. On Monday 13th 2023 I took it back he claimed it would be ready that day and it wasn t I just picked my car up this morning the only car me and my 4 kids have and as soon as I went to crank it my steering wheel was broken it did not adjust to my personal setting and it would not move up and down. I went back in and told them they claimed they don t know if they did it or something before me dropping it off and they would try and calibrate but didn t know when they would get to it once again when I should have been priority knowing that they messed up my steering wheel. The manager claimed they wouldn t get to it until tomorrow next thing you know I leave the car their get about 20 minutes away and he calls back and says it s going to cost 1700 roughly I need a whole new steering wheel column. I was literally in tears and this pathetic foreign manager was smiling in my face and said I would have to pay for the repair. They are disgusting and this is a disgrace for a young mother to go through but advise you not to take your car here. That was bad business I would have even felt better if he said half and half but this dirty foreigner offered nothing but a smile. Keep your card away from here take the to dealership I don t care the cost. I will never again. I should have just stuck with carmax but bring that my warranty was up I could save some money here and receive good service. I am definitely involving my cousin who is a lawyer and the better business bureau.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I am fairly new to the NC Triangle Area and was looking to find somewhere I could get my car serviced. I found out about Johnson and Johnson in a gospel radio station commercial and decided to take my car there. I needed to get my "B Service" done, and I also was a getting a vibration whenever I pressed down on my brakes. In addition, my front cigarette light had stopped working which I figured was a fuse. In fact, I told the technician when I called to make the appointment as well as when I dropped my car off on 12-7-22 to disregard fixing the cigarette lighter if it was anything more than a fuse.When I picked my car up on Friday afternoon, the invoice showed a $375.00 charge for "Job03 ELECTRICAL DRAW TEST." This was in addition to the B Service and the brake issue which they determined to be rotors and brake discs. When I asked the gentleman about the draw test, he told me it was a test performed to figure out the problem with the cigarette lighter. When I asked if they fixed the cigarette lighter, he said they did not fix it because they did not have time to complete the test before I was scheduled to pick my car up. (This was odd since we had talked Thursday as well as on early Friday afternoon and this test was not mentioned.) Also, when we talked Friday he told me my car was finished and was ready to be picked up. When I questioned him about this charge, he said he only willing to remove 1/2 of the $375 charge. His position was firm on how much of this charge he was willing to remove.I completely disagree with the cigarette lighter charge, whether it is $187.50 or the full $375. Not only based on their statement did they perform work beyond replacing a simple fuse which was my original request, but they charged me for doing so. On top of that, they said they did not complete the test, and did not fix the cigarette lighter! When I returned home, I googled replacing front cigarette lighter fuses like the one in my car. I found out that it was a simple fix. I ended up purchasing a 100-piece set of fuses for less than $8.00 on Amazon and replaced the fuse myself. It's working fine and I haven't had anymore problems with it. Obviously, I won't be using their repair services again.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

I've been a customer of Johnson & Johnson for 3 years, the staff is wonderful, Micah the owner is great. I would only ask that when giving an estimate, the pricing is included with the work, so the customer is aware of the costs with the repair, when customer receives the estimate. This has been an ongoing concern. This costs are done after the estimate has been provided. Therefore, when picking up a vehicle the costs should be broken out (itemized) with the actual details regarding the repairs on the document. There were some repairs discovered, with uncertainty during a recent visit, I'm purchasing a pre-owned vehicle for my daughter and needed a inspection prior to purchase. There were some repairs noted, I wasn't certain to whether its needed or just a potential concern. So a phone call explaining the findings would have been very much appreciated, so there's no ambiguity. All in all, Johnson & Johnson are affordable mechanics, especially during these times! They provide great work on your vehicle and get your vehicle back to you in a timely manner. They honored and went through the extra steps to deal with my warranty company. It took way longer than I expected to get it fixed. But, they were nice and professional and worked with me and my situation throughout the whole 2 plus weeks they had my SUV granted I lived an hour from their shop. They didn't expect it to take as long either and were very accommodating! They provided me a rental vehicle in the interim! They did a great job on my vehicle and I truly appreciated their services!

I am leaving this review the day I decided not to do business with this service center. My experience as a potential client was a lack of customer service during my attempt to become a new customer to get my Audi serviced.I like most people today are doing cost comparisons for service work because service costs from independent centers are not different than that of actual dealer service center.I spoke to Tiffany on Tuesday and received a quote for work and was very transparent about comparing quotes, and said I would call back. I called back at 4:50 on Wednesday to discuss the very similar pricing to that of the Audi and asked to add a few more items to repair because I wanted to support this business. She told me that she would call me back after finishing up with a client. Needless to say she did not.So I called this morning at 8:15ish am to check in and was told by Ken that she would return my call in an 30-45 minutes. Needless to say she did not, so in my effort to support this business I waited 2hrs and dialed again, only to get the old put off.While I was prepared to take my car in, I thought that if i have to do ALL of the chasing to spend thousands of dollars with this business, I d better just go back to the Audi service, so I just let the gentleman know that I would not be doing business with Johnson and Johnson.Not sure if this was isolated or not, but never getting return communication is definitely not the ideal way to secure new business and lifetime clients.

Had oilChange & radiator flush the job was done wrong Bmw uses blue antifreeze they used green also other things came up that was done to bring it back the quality know longer is a part of this business when oil is changed they don t reset oil light know cover on seats or floor while working on car they are just trying get you out an on to the next Johnson and Johnson is just a name now it was top grade many years ago they had really good t service techs now few mechanics an there a big difference mechanics change parts an technician have the skills an care about the customer so if your new in town this is not the place to bring you expensive BMW or Mercedes Benz thinking you re saving some money you re not they charge you big money with cheap parts also I will say I know the difference because I been customer since the mid nineties I have bought two Bmw from Mr Johnson and done many repairs on Bmw of mine an had Bmw check out before I brought them . This business is under new management nothing like it used to be it s just a shop. I have three beamers and I need valve cover replacement on two of them an I never would bring them to Johnson & Johnson for this type of job if goes wrong to hear the their popular words Bring it Back an Leave it with Us

I went in a while back and wanted to have a diagnostic ran due to an oil light flashing. I couldnt figure it out myself so i thought id go to a high rated foreign auto shop. They ran the diagnostic and found "nothing" and then offered an oil change. 2 or 3 weeks later i checked my oil and it was already dark brown/black. I called and asked if they had done the oil change and they said yes and that they had replaced the oil so it should be fine. A few months later i went for another oil change at a different auto shop and they asked me when the last time i changed my oil was and i told them. They informed me that my oil hadnt been changed in what it seemed to be over half a year. So clearly johnson and johnson didnt touch my oil at all. The lady at the front desk was nice but i will not be going here again.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

It s not easy to find a trustworthy car repair shop. Obviously fixing the car is important but it s so easy to get taken for a ride with suggestions for work made by less than honest repair shops. None of that here. My experience with J & J Imports was stellar start to finish. Even though I was late for my appointment, the front desk person greeted me enthusiastically & it wasn t long before my car was back in the shop. While I waited, I enjoyed friendly conversation with Mike, up front. After they finished the technician & Mike both discussed the car with me & once asked gave me their opinion. Both were knowledgeable & forthcoming. The personalized service I received was fabulous! I left completely satisfied with Johnson & Johnson Imports. And it wasn t a fluke. I have already been back twice with different vehicles & experienced the same great service & fair pricing each time!

Tiffany was amazing from start to end. My sunroof stopped working while it was open and I was so worried it would rain. I couldn t get an appt right away so they told me to come in and they would close it for me and set an appointment for diagnostic. I came back for my appt and the gentleman in the front office was very honest. He said that the sunroof was now working and it could be a glitch that stopped it the first time. He said he could order a motor to be on the safe side but considering it was a new car he didn t think I needed one. He was honest and fixed my car without giving me the run around. Great service with a great staff.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance

Great experience at Johnson & Johnson Imports. Fast service, honest, and reasonable prices. So impressed I took and elderly relative there to have features of her new BMW set. They gladly helped her out with that free of charge. She was impressed as well. This is the location I will bring my Mercedes Benz every time it needs any service.

Had my vehicle towed in because it stopped running. It took 2 days for them to run a diagnostic test and then tell me there was nothing wrong with the engine to cause it to stop running. During that 2 days time frame I received no calls from the company. Furthermore, there were no updates from them the entire time they had my car. I had to actively reach out several times just to continually be told they didn t know and were still working on it.Today I went in and paid for a diagnostic bill and then picked up my car today because I was continuing to get no response from them or any updates on the status. I gave one star because this is the poorest customer service I have experienced with a mechanic. The not on time was because I had been originally told they could run diagnostics on Tuesday when the vehicle was towed in. If there was nothing wrong then they should have just let me know that then and I could have came and picked up my car at that point instead of me waiting two days for the same answer. The not professional was because of the fact that while they had my car I revived no updates from them during the process.Love how close this is to me but will be traveling further for better service next time.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I had my car serviced here on 2 separate occasions for the same repair.The first time for a f rough idle $700 dollars later the car still didn t run properly I returned and was too thatrepair was not what was needed but additional repair was! I reached out to the owner and for me being charged for a repair I didn t need he gave me a new battery. Fast forward to todayI am presently having to have the same tears done again after spending nearly $1300. I was told that Vow s are expensive period I guess my alternative is the dealership. I had hoped to find a regular mechanic for my vehicle I guess I ll have to keep looking.

Recently had my 2015 Mercedes Benz serviced at Johnson & Johnson. The service was fast and priced very affordable. Had the same service priced at Mercedes Benz of South Point and the price was EXTREMELY high with other services added that where not needed. Mike and Manager Micah took care of everything needed to get my car on the road again. They have gained a happy loyal customer.

Excellent service is their motto and compass. They took care of my old Volvo and kept it running for years until I could afford another vehicle. Always gave me a loaner car to get back and forth to work.I notice they have a lot of women patrons and there is a reason for that. They are honest, fair and trust worthy men who are knowledgeable and kind.If a rebuilt part can save your budget and get your vehicle up and running, then they offer that option when they can. You ladies know how hard it is for us to trust auto mechanics because of how they try to take advantage of us.I wish my latest vehicle was not under a service contract that makes me have to go to the dealer for maintenance and repairs. When the contract expires I am going right back to Johnson and Johnson.They recently replaced the battery in my remote key fob. Getting 5 Stars from me is a rare thing. Gentlemen I sing your praises because you are soo worthy. God Bless and always stay in good standing with your customers. Like the Terminator...I will be BACK.

Been dealing with Johnson & Johnson Import for the past few years and from the minute I step through the door I'm greeted with nothing but respect and professional courtesy. No problem has been to big or small that they couldn't fix so far. Getting an appointment is only a phone call away and a loaner in standing by if needed. The work is done in a timely manner and the quality of the work is top notch. These guys make you feel so at home, I drop by sometimes just to say hello. Why would you think of taking your car anywhere else? I recommend Johnson & Johnson Imports to anyone needing work done on their import vehicles. I called ahead asking if they would be able to replace my driver's side mirror. The phone only rang twice before I was politely greeted by the owner of the shop. The price at the dealership was over $100 more than how much I paid here. Upon arrival, I was professionally greeted, my information was taken and it was not long before my vehicle was attended to and fixed. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone seeking affordable, efficient, professional and friendly service. I will never go to another repair shop!

I just moved to Garner and was so delighted to find a local BMW mechanic that was honest. Paul ran the diagnostics and made his recommendations. He was polite and very mindful of determining the best plan to get my BMW 328i back on track without breaking the bank. He fixed the immediate issues and my car is back to speed! We set up future appointments to keep my car in tip top shape. HIGHLY Recommend J&J! THANKS Paul!!!!
