Great job. They were professional, communicative and very kind. I feel like they went out of their way to take care of me. My vehicle looked great. It was ready on time. I would highly recommend Joe Hudson and definitely use them again.

My insurance company placed me with this business, so I felt like I was going in blind. However, I left feeling like I knew all the lyrics to, "I Can See Clearly Now!" I was well informed the entire time, the work performed met my expectations, and was also done in a very quick time frame. I have no complaints about the customer service or the quality of work performed. When it came time to look over my vehicle, the individual who had first received my car and had done the work was the same guy who was there at the end, and told me all about the steps he took, and he echoed what the Office Manager told me about after care for my vehicle over the next month. This was nice to hear multiple people providing the same care message, and presented a good team feel from this business. Overall I had a good experience and I would return to this business again as well as recommend them to any of my family and friends. Thank you Collision Veterans!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Initial customer service was excellent. I was told I'd receive an estimate in 2 to 3days. The work on my car is nearly completed and after having my vehicle for a week I still have not received an estimate. Will follow up on my rating after I get my car back.

These folks have their process perfected. They give regular updates along the way even if something is delayed and nothing really to report they still give the weekly update to just check in. I think is the first time i've ever experienced that level from a body shop and I really appreciated that. They know what they're doing and talking about and stand behind their work. The place appears to be clean and somewhat busy. I spoke with Tammy and she was very friendly. I had sent photos to them and asked if somebody could look at them to determine if my wrecked 2007 Tacoma was worth saving, since it was in an underivable condition. I followed up every day for a week. I was always told that they would try to get back to me today. They never did. Based on this experience, I don't think I would want my vehicle to be tied up in a repair with them if they can't keep their word and get back to you. Especially when you are proactive and follow up daily.

My car was rear ended and suffered minor damage. Collisions veterans office staff were friendly! Did great repair from accident that the other driver s insurance paid for. While there I had my insurance pay for new windshield I had been needing for 3 years, and got door hinge replaced so now my car door stays open when parked on ourdriveway. Pick up and return of rental car at same location! Convenient! Satisfied, smiling, customer!!Service: Body & Trim

Didn't feel that the paint was blended well, and when I picked up the car, the residue from the tape on the door, mirror, and window was very visible. After showing to tech, they gave excuses why paint didn't blend well and a line was visible due to lack of sanding, but they did clean the tape residue after we asked them too. They obviously didn't do a final inspection on the vehicle.

I m impressed with Collision Veterans in Garner. My vehicle was ready two days before the promised date. It was detailed both inside and in the front interior and deodorized it.The secretary was pleasant as was everyone else who walked into the office. Had a concern with a repair and they took me right back in without an appointment and made it right. After 4 months of being lied to about my parts not being in yet they tell me they were never ordered!! The administration staff is horrible and rude, when they cannot answer your questions they just say ok have a good day and HANG UP on you! Choose wisely. I have found a reputable business that knows how to communicate with their customers, finally!

We trusted Collision Veterans with our Brand New SUV because they are a Geico partner.While there was an initial concern on the repair, John the manager swiftly resolved it and the car is like new once again. I took my car here for body repair due to a car accident. The office staff was friendly and extremely helpful. They called and texted with updates while they had my vehicle. The guys there are great. Even though the repair took longer then expected and our insurance rental ran out, Collision veterans covered the cost of the additional rental days at no cost to us.. They did a great job.

CVAR is who my insurance company used for fixing my car after a small accident with a deer. Their customer service was amazing. The paint job turned out so well. My vehicle is a unique color and they went the extra mile to match it perfectly. They cleaned the car and the whole works. Will definitely use them for all my repairs now.Service: Painting

Initial work was ok, but still waiting for them to finish the repairs. One of the parts in fairness not their fault and is on back order, the other should have been replaced from the outset. Which is completely unacceptable.
