My wife in for routine oil change 2.5 months ago. After that it was discovered they cracked the oil pan (pretty impressive they did this during oil change). I went in and they didn t seemed too upset, I guess this kind of thing happens a lot. However they told me to get it fixed and they would reimburse us for the charges. I am almost $1000 into this and they have still not paid us back. I am hoping to get this taken care but it is not looking positive nobody there seems to care about it.

The staff is the reason I keep coming back. I can get a less expensive oil change at the dealership. But, I can't get the same people. I have been coming to this location for at least 8 years. I have never been disappointed in your staff!

I return here for their manager, Priscilla, who actively fights for her customers, engages with the customers, and keeps that ship afloat and sailing. I have on several occasions seen her manage that site very well and having to handle difficult situations with style! The way that she handles it is a lot of the way I handle myself in business and supporting my clients, customers, and team members! If you go here, you will be taking care of. All of the staff are very nice, helpful, and even if you re one of those used to getting service by your dealership, they even work to help you reset your systems so you don t have to mess with your car computer!

I asked ahead of time if they could do an oil change on my Land Rover, they said yes. I said even change the filter? They said yes. 40 min later they told me they couldn t change the filter but it s ok because it looks good , they couldn t know how it looked since they couldn t change it so they lied to make me feel better. Huge waste of time - stays away!

They didn t have my oil filter, so they went for one. That filter was the wrong one, so they went for another one. They left a cellophane wrapper with an oil seal in it, under my hood. They also left a ratchet, extension and socket under my hood. (I brought it back) They spilled oil on hoses, under my hood, without wiping it up. They overinflated my tires and I had them correct it. They put my vehicle back in to reset my tires, from 40 psi to 30 psi. They still all measured around 38 psi, when I checked them at home.They lost a valve stem cap. They put a new service record sticker on my windshield, but left the old one there. I returned a week later because an oil leak was spotting my parking space. They pointed out that my receipt noted prior oil leak, before service. They never said anything about finding such a leak. Odd too that it wasn t leaking before they serviced it. For all my troubles they did discount my oil change by $15.00. So I still paid $55.00 for a real doozy of an oil change. It will be worth it to endure the inconvenience of a dealership for my next oil change.

About eight vehicles over the last twenty years. Seen many a manager and personnel come and go. Today was a good experience. Ms. Barnes is one of the best I've seen in all my years of going there for oil changes and inspections. She stands out.

Just needed an inspection. Why are they bringing me my air filter. I know it needs changing. Sitting here for 20 minutes and witnessed them up-selling everyone who came through the door. They'll not be getting any further business from me.

This is my local Jiffy Lube and it s always a pleasant experience. The people work hard and are friendly. It can t be easy working out there in the heat and in the cold, I m grateful I can go somewhere that provides reliable service every time. Thanks everyone!

They messed up my Mercedes by over filling my oil and spilling oil all over my engine and alternator maken my car undriverble and and basically have me car less and saying they will fix but I have to pay to get it towed fixed and while my car is getting fixed which is they fault I will need to come out of my pocket to pay for a rental and towin to get it worked on which I should not have too when they at fault for my car engine messed up all the way assistant manager was helpful but it s so much he has control of but this jiffy lube will never get my service ever again owner still ain t got in contact bout it and it s been since last Friday

jiffy lube coupon wasn't valid for this store. mechanics left grease on my interior door and console. They removed my tire rotation record from the windshield.

I went to get my car inspected Friday and it took no time at all they were very quick responsive and I was out in a matter of 15 or 20 minutes including my bill paid what a wonderful service

I showed up at 812 am for a quick basic oil change. They took my car in immediately and was done by 826. They vacuumed my floors and did carefully close my hood as I asked as I have a crack in the windshield. They offered to change cabin filter and rotate tires which I declined. Thanks for the quick service!

I always come to this location. The people working here are always kind, honest, and respectful. They do their best to have you out of there quickly. The waiting room is clean, which I appreciate coming with my kids. Thank you Jiffy Lube!

The location doesn't have any pricing for services. I went for an oil change and when I went to check out I asked them that. They said we charged you what you paid last time. I explained to them I had a coupon via Groupon prior so that didn't make sense. I found it was interesting that as I was checking out they had an auditor who I brought that to their attention.*** The response states that they have a TV with pricing but this location didn't. When I asked about it the girl at the desk it's on the TV but it doesn't work. I explained that that's a bad business practice and borderline illegal. She said she would let her manager know and smirked.

Ask them to check the air pressure in my tires. They said they did, but they didn't. The tire light was still on in my car. I had to fill the tires up myself.

I went in in to get air in tires, oil changed, and an inspection. The next morning when I went to go to work at 4 am. My car had engine light on and was shaking I missed an entire day of work snd so did my son. They found that this jiffy lube had not tighten my oil filter or the plug so the oil was running out. If I had driven an hour to work my car would have been in big trouble. I m so disappointed ! I came to you because I expect careful professional care of the vehicle that helps me make a living. I took it in for an oil change this past Saturday 22 April 2023 and one of the technicians left the oil sensor out of my 2006 bmw 525i I drove away on the highway and it damaged my vehicle and the company won't pay for the damages. Please don't take your vehicle there they are substandard workers and don't know what they are doing. And to be a proud American and service member that served for thiscountry this is the thanks that we get for not trying to make things right and for customer service and accountability of standing by your workService: Oil change

Love Flip and the lady up front..fast work wasn't very expensive at all..I will be back to see my new service tech Flip..great great great job and didnt get any oil on my white car that made my day..i always have yo clean off specks of oil..
