Gerber Collision was extremely professional and had my car fixed in a timely manner. It was in the shop for only 3 weeks and it looks as if I never got in an accident. They even took matters into their own hands to get my car out of the storage yard when USAA took a long time to pay the storage fee. I definitely recommend coming here for any repairs to your car.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

Took our car here in Juneof 2022. Exterior damages were repaired and look nice. However, our driver side window control needed to be replaced. Gerber was unable to get the part, so replaced it with a part that isn't meant for our car. They explained this and said that they have ordered the correct part and would be giving us a call to swap it out when it arrives. Currently the window still does not function properly as it will move up and down a few inches at a time. I may have to get my insurance provider to assist here to get this resolved as Gerber has been paid in full and has not completed the work. For quite a few days after the initial repairs were done, we were asked over and over to submit a good review. I didn't due to wanting to wait until the car was fully repaired, understanding that car parts were still hard to acquire at that time. Now, over 1.5 years later, they are getting the review that I feel they deserve based on following through on their word and work.

Fantastic job! Was able to pick up my car 5 days earlier than the original date emailed to me, and it was as if I picked up a brand new car. They replaced my front bumper and my hood, and were successful with following up with my insurance. You couldn't even tell I was in a fender bender. They did an amazing job, my car looks great, and the staff there were all very helpful. Maggie explained everything to me so I could understand it and I had such a great overall experience. I would definitely recommend Gerber Collision for any type of body work.

Gerber did an excellent job! They were so helpful & very informative. I was in a fender bender & I stopped by to get an estimate & they were able to take my car same day! Jim really walked me through the process on what was going to happen & what to expect, he said that he would call me every Tuesday & Thursday with an update & he sure did! They even called the rental car place to let them know I needed a pick up. They made sure every step of the way I was satisfied with the process & what my car looked like at the end. Would highly recommend to anyone!

On March 5, 2019 someone backed into my new car while it was parked in a parking lot. I only had the car for two weeks at the time. Unfortunately for me they left the scene without leaving any contact information. I was truly devastated and unsure on how to proceed. I called my insurance company and they recommended Gerber Collision & Glass. I was very skeptical from past experiences with Auto Mechanics. I decided to step out on faith and trust this company my insurance recommended. Let s just say the process from start to finish was phenomenal. Maggie walked me through the initial process, schedule my appointment, and she also set up my rental car arrangements. Mr. Jim really took great care of my car. They did it phenomenal job at restoring my car back to its original state. I am so grateful for Gerber Collision & Glass. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs auto repairs (body work). I would like to give a heartfelt thank you to all the staff at Gerber Auto Collision & Glass!

Disappointed to find this cut on the front driver tire after receiving my car Friday 3/1/2019. I thought safety was a priority but I guess it's only a marketing gimmick. This should've been found during wheel alignment.

I own a 2010 Ford Mustang and a beaver ran into the road one evening.I couldn't swerve or break safely so I hit him unfortunately. He cracked my front bumper, whatever holds the a/c and radiator, and all coolant had leaked out. From the minute my insurance contacted Gerber the process was very smooth. I received up to date emails and they even took the rental car when I picked up my vehicle so I didn't have to figure out how to get it back to Enterprise which was a super relief. Maggie at the front desk was the main person I worked with, but they are a solid team and everyone was friendly and helpful. Jim is super knowledgeable and did a great job on my car. 5 stars well deserved.

Great Repair Shop! Had a simple fender bender and within 48 hours hand a brand new bumper, painted and it looked great. Also without my asking sanded down my head light original to the car so it would match the new one that had been installed a year ago.They treated me well and did a fantastic job!!! Every dollar was worth it.

I'm upset. Gerber Collision damaged my car, now it doesn t work. My car was taken there Friday, January 25, 2020 to have rust removed and cured around the windshield framing. They said the roof would have to removed so that they can do a Lifetime Guarantee. Therefore, they had to wait for my insurance approval. It took several days to get an Insurance Adjuster to come to inspect.The Insurance Adjuster inspected my car Friday, January 31, 2020. I got a call Friday night around 9:30 pm. He said I would have to pay to have the rust removed and cured. Then the insurance company will pay for the windshield to be replaced.My car was released today, Monday, February 3, 2020. I called AAA Towing to pick it up. The AAA contractor lives across the street from Gerber. Therefore, he picked up my car around 1:48 pm. Then I called around 3pm to let him know I was home. Then he had one of his drivers to pick up to bring my car to me around 4 pm.The AAA contracted driver gave me 2 keys??? I had only given Gerber Collision 1 key. I had a key hidden in my vehicle. They rummaged through my stuff and found my 2nd key!I requested the driver to start my car. He said the car doesn t work. I said when the car was taken to Gerber Collision on Friday, January 25, 2020 it was working. I had been driving my car everywhere with ABSOLUTELY no problems.I called Gerber Collision. The Representative stated since the car was on their lot it hasn t been working? It was working when it was taken there. The Representative also stated, "Well your car was totaled." It was like saying that they can take anything they want from my car. Besides, when I talked to the Insurance Adjuster Friday night around 9:30 pm. He said to keep this matter simple and just take it somewhere else to be repaired (I would have to pay). Then the insurance company will have my windshield replaced after I have the rust cleaned and cured.I've provided pictures to show coverings missing for the sensor boxes.

Someone Backed into my Parked 2019 kia, My Insurance Company Allstate suggested Gerber Collision &Glass! Oh my God! They came and Towed my car kept me updated and did An Awesome Job . Take it from me . Take your Vehicle there. Katie was polite and very friendly and John was amazing kept me informed and how to pick up my car after closing.Gerber, Keep up the great work.Thank you so much.Be SafeGod Bless all of you

Jim and the manager when above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Gerber Collision and Glass located in Gardner.

My vehicle was involved in a hit and run where my bumper and side panel was damaged. The other person did not leave their information so I planned on getting an estimate to see if I should go through my own insurance. I dealt with Noah at this location. He was amazing. He drafted up a quick estimate and then offered to buff the scratches to see if I needed both pieces repainted. He then redid my estimate draft. He went above and beyond my expectations and was super friendly during the entire encounter. I highly recommend Noah for any collision needs you have.

** I'm updating my review since I was reached out to by the manager of this shop. He sincerely apologized for the lack of communication I received, and lack of service. They have corrected everything on my van and I'm now satisfied with my service. **I was rear ended in august by a motorcycle and my van had significant damage to it. I immediately knew that I wanted sherbet to fix my vehicle as I have had a few great experiences with the Holly Springs location. Unfortunately, that location was booked weeks out and suggested I go to the Garner location. No problem in the beginning. Noah reached out to me immediately and communicated with me frequently so that s I would be up to date on what was going on.They ended up finishing my vehicle a couple days early even and I was pleased to be picking up my car! Upon arriving to pick my car up, I noticed there were still shards of glass in the floors, seats and trunk of my van. My back windshield had shattered when I was rear ended, so the glass was everywhere. I noticed that they definitely had attempted to clean it well, but having two little ones I was not willing to take my van back for fear that they would cut themselves.Gerber said they would get it detailed and have it back to me the next day. Sure enough, we got a call the next day at around 4pm that my van was ready. My husband went to pick it up and while looking at it, still saw glass and noticed there were small rips in my middle seats that were overlooked upon initial inspection. He pointed those out and while they were noticeably frustrated, they agreed to take it back and work on it some more.Now, another week or so has gone by.. the covers for the seats were taking longer than anticipated and my rental agreement was ending. I agreed to take my van back without seat cover replacements and they would call me when the covers came in. When I picked up my van, the cleaning was done (however they supposedly hired a 3rd party to detail it and the dash and cup holders weren t wiped out at all) but we noticed that my right rear light wasn t working.I mentioned the light not working to Gerber when I dropped the van off to finally get the covers out on my seats and they assured me the light would be fixed as well. When i picked up my van on September 29th (the accident happened on August 10th) the light still isn t working.I called the shop and left a message saying how frustrated I was on the 29th and haven t received any calls back from the shop even 3 days later.I am very frustrated that this has been our experience. We are not above and beyond people and don t have unrealistic expectations. I feel like the shop has been exasperated with us even though our pushbacks have only been about their shortcomings.Prior to this accident, I would have recommended Gerber every single time. Now, I hesitate with that suggestion.

I had a great experience at Gerber Collision & Glass in Garner. They quickly provided an estimate and scheduled body work repairs while in touch with my auto insurance company. Andrew Salvia kept in communication with me throughout the process. They even finished earlier than expected!

I took my car in for an appraisal and they damaged the latch for my hood causing it to slam into the windshield on my way home. They then lied to my insurance company claiming they told me about it before I left. I can t speak to the work that they do as I will never be taking my car back to them but I can say that they are not honest and I would not trust them if you take your car here.

Kept pushing the estimated repair time back. Never called to update us even after we asked and they said they would on multiple occasions, we always had to call. Plus, they kept blaming ford and geico for them being so late and it's just not professional my car was in this shop for a week with minor repairs to be done before they started working on it and even then it took us bothering them and calling before they said the repair time went from 10 days to the next day. Everytime we called we got told something different and Just seems like they were planning on taking their time and i do not like that, would not use them again.Services: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance

Don t stand up to their promises finish date, my truck still isn t complete and it s been a month since my wreck, wouldn t pick up the phone when I was leaving messages to see if my part came in so I called the distributor and they said they delivered it the week before, refusing to fix something broken from the wreck when the insurence is paying them to fix the wreck damages. After they finally get my truck right it s the last time they will be seeing itServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I was in my first car accident a few weeks ago. The insurance agency suggested I take my car to Gerber Collison. They were wonderful. Super professional and easy to work with. For obvious reasons I hope to not be back but I would recommend Gerber to anyone!

The insurance company handling claim referred Geber. Walk through the door was greeted by a dog! The two humans looked at me crazy when I asked them to get their dog!! So rude!! Mr.Jimmie can out and shucked my hand. Did my estimate. Very pleasant. They will not be repairing my car! Consumers service is so important.

I would advice customers to seek services from another company. Very rude female receptionist answering calls for setting up estimates. Refused to answer my questions, ended hanging up the phone on me.I do know know if this was a racial issue due to the fact that I did not disclose my race to her. I simply told her I was referred by another customer and that I was interested in replacing my bumper. I even offered to give her my specs so she could have a better feel on my situation. (Click!)I reported her to the manager who claimed to be having phone issues in the office. He even offered a hypothesis that accidentally the phone fell off her face and landed perfectly on the dial button. I m not buying it!

Gerber Collision and Glass in Garner is amazing! They have excellent customer service and do great work in a timely manner. They really care about their customers and you can tell. I would recommend them to anyone.

My experience with Gerber Collision in Garner, NC has been awful. When you walk in, you are greeted by a receptionist with the most condescending tone. One of the "Managers" speaks to customers in a defensive manner. I would never recommend this collision center to anyone. Even if you have to pay to have your car taken elsewhere, it's worth it to not have to deal with this place. They are getting 1 star rating because I can't rate ZERO stars!
