I love this auto shop From the owner/manager down to the shop. Hands are excellent people. Wonderful customer service. They do not rip you off. They help you all you all. They, can they answer questions if I could give them ten stars I would.

Exceptional service EVERY time I come! I always come here for quick tire plugs or any time I have any issue with my tires. They are always polite and take great care of me. I am here now on a Saturday afternoon and they got up to help me right away. My family and I have been coming here for years and we will continue doing so!Service: TiresService: Tires

A great group of guys who always perform quality service. I got here for all my auto maintenance. They're usually very quick! If they can't get me in same day, they always give me a time to come back the next day. They always remember me and follow through. My car was overheating and being new to the area, I decided to bring it here to have the thermostat replaced, my headlights installed and an inspection done. Upon drop off I made my request clear, was asked to write my name and number down as they would get to it after the holiday. I was fine with that and grateful for the help as I truly just didn t want to do it myself. The day after the holiday, a call came in from the establishment giving me a quote on my request. The gentleman speaking had quoted me over $400 for the thermostat order and install. (2016 Hyundai Sonata) Yes, you read this correctly. Over $400. He proceeds to tell me it s because it s a special order. He then continues to say that my headlight install would be $120 as they would have to take off the bumper, and $30 for the inspection. As shocked as I was to hear this quote, I had asked if I order the part myself and bring it in for install like the headlights, how much would it then be. He puts me on hold briefly to come back and say $170. I tell him to stop everything as I will be coming in once I get a break in my shift. After hanging up, I call one auto part store to find out the cost of my part needed. It was $57 and would have to be delivered but could be with zero issue. At this point I am now very concerned with my quote as it made no sense to me why I would be quoted so high. On this particular vehicle to replace the thermostat its not more then an hour labor and that s generous. I ve done it myself as stated I just didn t feel like it. I get to the shop and speak to the same gentleman as I did on the phone and very graciously asked the same questions. Why such a high quote. He claimed with my headlights the bumper would need to be removed. I told him that is also not true, it was simply a knob twist and pull. He then quoted me $40 for the headlight install once realizing I knew what I was speaking of. I also went through a thorough description of how to replace a thermostat and he then quoted me for $150 to replace the thermostat. When I asked him if I was getting such troubles, because I am a woman he told me no, it was because the mechanic didn t speak English . He then continued to tell me that with my inspection it would be $30 however it would not pass because of my window tint. My window tint was put on legally here in the same county and has passed inspection twice before. I then realized this was not going to get any better and removed my vehicle from their services. The reason I m writing this out now is to let other women know this is a type of service to expect; these are simple problems and the cost they were asking could pay the mortgage. I highly suggest finding somewhere else to get your vehicle worked on. That is all.

The best guys for the right job. I'm from Chapel Hill and I make sure to come here no matter what! The speed they do things is great, the rates are perfect and they do one of the best jobs around NC. I highly recommend this place.

We had a trip out of town planning to leave at 6 that evening when our battery light came on. Called then and the guy worked us in to change our alternator and because of him we were able to go out of town with no stress or worries. They are great and reasonably priced! Definitely would recommend them when you need fast work and it done right. Will be going back when I have other things needing to be done on my van in the future.

They're in down town Garner and super fast plus open till 6pm and they have Saturday hours too. Great place to get an inspection or oil change etc.

Called and asked if they did alignments and guy was so rude as if I was bothering him by asking that question. Hope their work is better than their customer service is! I was completely giving them my work but just cause his attitude over the phone they ve lost my business.

Went for inspection, in and out, affordable, very nice staff. Went again today, other car, again a positive experience. Very nice and quick.

Those men are GREAT.. They go above and beyond fixing your car. They dude a great job on my truck they even balanced my tires. I would keep coming back OUTSTANDING PRICE TOO.

I was very disappointed when I came to the shop to ask about my tire shaking when I push the brakes I expressed to the gentleman that I just got in my brakes and rotors done in the front and all he did with kept nodding his head and saying yes yes yes will go back to the person who did them and I m telling him I wanted him to check to make sure if that was the issue and apparently if I didn t speak Spanish or I wasn t Mexican that I didn t get the same service as a Mexican or someone speaking Spanish would I m kind of disappointed because they re close to my house so now I have to go out further but I do not like their service if they don t want to serve anybody else other than the people that they should put that on the sign the Jeremih next-door who does tires it s very nice but the auto parts they are very rude and he doesn t want to help anyone other than his people so if you re Mexican you get a thumbs up you ll make it fine

If I could give negative stars I would. Never returning, had something stolen from my car while I was getting a tire patched. After confronting them they told me the only person that had been in my car was the tire guy and he said it wasn t him that it must have been another customer that went into my car and took it out. There was only one other customer there and they were sitting inside the waiting area with me. And ironically the camera wasn t pointing in the direction of where my car was. Don t go here!!!

The man at the desk was very rude. Took him 15 minutes to get to me. I was the only one in line. Then he told me he couldn't help me out. This establishment is racist. He mumbled racial slurs in Spanish. Fortunately I speak spanish

I came here because I had a blowout coming off hey 70 and I rolled up there on my flat tire. When I got there they didn't have my tire size so I left my car and went to get a tire from THE TIRE GUY on ROCK QUARRY rd because THEY ALWAYS HAVE ANY TIRE, ANY SIZE used and new. After calling a ride to get the tire and bringing it back just as before I had to constantly beg to be helped ... if you are not Spanish DO NOT COME HERE. Anyone that was Spanish was acknowledged immediately and I watched them swiftly change multiple tires. I will say they are fast and know what they are doing but seems as though they are only to serve the latino community. I ended up waiting so long I tried to just do it myself I even asked for the tools and they watched me try and while trying I break my lock key and then I had to beg for help the whole way through and it was very embarrassing am young black female and pregnant and I would never recommend anyone not mexica to come here for anything you will be ignored or not taken seriously

I had a tire pop unexpectedly and my boss sent me here they charge $40-50 for a used tire. Everyone running around charging whatever they want doing their own thing......I was just inform by someone else of a different race and gender they were charged half what I was. Completely ripped me off

The welder blew my alternator because he forgot to unplug my battery before working on my car. The owner which I met for the first time called the cops on me and hid the gentleman named fredo from the police. That lets me know that he shouldn t be working on cars at all. Be careful of this place. There was no need for police just pay for my car. I have reported them to the attorney general and definitely will be involving my lawyers. Steer clear of this place.

very unprofessional, waited 2 hours for an oil change they weren t even that busy. either.. paperwork incomplete, no 32nds documents for the tires, just put a zero for all readings.. customer waiting room looks like it hasn t been cleaned all year.. last time I go to

Charged me twice for inspections, when I showed him the error says my money is worthless anyways and threw my money back. Hurrling racial slurs in Spanish (he didn't know I speak spanish primarily at home and must have assumed I was african American). Absolutely awful for a mistake he made
